Dear Sir

I was wrongly billed for the broadband usage on[protected]. I had submitted complaint letters for rectification so that I can pay the actual usage available in the dataone.in . I was told that billing is to be rectified from Pune. Then, what is the duration required to rectify a single bill. Months has passed. No improvement.

what the hell is this the broadband in dimapur is useless, this is my second day of cennection to bsnlbroad band n am tell all my friends obout its uselessness. come on ur the Govt. cum up with some compettative attitude.there are many private links coming up.
I am from Kashmir (India). I am not to able see the bill of my EC325 on internet. i am not having any perfect web adress so that i may be able to see the bill of my EC325 at my home with out going to srinagar exchange .

      Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — landline phone not working

      My landline phone no.[protected] not working form last 10 days. complain already registered in office. My phone was held-up within one & two month from last 2 years. service provider not providing permanent solution.the service provider also chargin rent for non uses phone.

      I lugubriously pronounce that I am consumer of BSNL Landline Phone vide telephone Account Number is [protected], Customer Number is [protected] & Phone Number[protected].
      Customarily the Landline phone is not functioning from preceding One & Half Month.
      I have enumerated the criticism so voluminous stints on 198 by 22 times (details attached) as well as vocally articulated at Thural Circle & Bhavarana Circle. And also make the microelectronic grumble number [protected] dated 25.08.2011.
      Nonetheless the affirmative feat has not taken by any BSNL personnel.
      Although I personally interconnect with JTO (Bhavarna) having interaction number[protected] on 25.08.2011, but the riposte was identical uncouth & in undesirable tactic.
      Even though the Bill is coming in proper way as frequently derives on steady basis.


      As per Diktat of TRAI if the Basic (Landline) Phone not functioning more than Three Days, the Bill can’t raise by the Telephone Company.
      But in the bill has upstretched of one-to-one extent by your company on unvarying basis.
      Consequently enlightening to you that, regulate Bill Amount as per Guidelines of TRAI.
      Nevertheless confirming to disconnect the same connection & release the sanctuary as well as attentiveness on sanctuary on amassed center with instantaneous influence.

          SUB: COMPLAINT REGARDING THE NON DELIVERY OF THE NEW INSTRUMENT FOR THE NEW PHONE NO.22374952 AT THE TIME OF INSTALLING THE NEW CONNECTION AND ALSO THE PHONE IS DEAD FROM THE PAST 25 DAYS. COMPLAINT NO.5903.

          I AM THE BSNL CUSTOMER FROM THE PAST 20 YEARS AND I HAVE GOT MORE THAN 6 BSNL PHONES. BUT THESE DAYS I FIND LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH BSNL PHONE LINES AND IT SEEMS THAT THE BSNL PEOPLE ARE UNWILLING TO LISTEN OUR COMPLAINTS.

          REGARDING THE NEW PHONE INSTRUMENT: WHEN THE PERSON WHO HAD COME TO MAKE NEW CONNECTION, HE HAD COME WITH THE NEW INSTRUMENT, BUT TAKING THE UNDUE ADVANTAGE HE HAD TAKEN BACK THE PHONE AND UPON REQUEST WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED VERY SOON. SO I REQUEST YOU TO RETURN THE MONEY FOR THE NEW INSTRUMENT WHICH YOUR PERSON / ENGINEER HAD TAKEN BACK AND I REQUEST YOUR DEPARTMENT TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE UNDUE ADVANTAGE.

          REGARDING THE PHONE IS DEAD FROM THE PAST 25 DAYS: I MUST HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FOR THE PHONE WHICH IS DEAD FROM THE PAST 25 DAYS. WHEN WE CALLED UP, WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE IS CABLE FAULT. I WANT TO ASK YOUR DEPARTMENT THAT HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE CABLE FAULT TO BE RECTIFIED? IF IT WAS ANY OTHER TELECOM COMPANY, THEY WOULD HAVE RECTIFIED WITH IN 24 HOURS. SO I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE THE IMMEDIATE, SO THAT OUR COMPLAINTS SHOULD NOT BE ON DEAF EARS.               BSNL service is the dumbest service i evr seen in my life
              it has fatal server down evry time when i open my server
              i will face frequent server down msgs on my screen
              just imagine a service where my server went down for 6 times when i ended previous line...
              customer care executives are so rude they wont respond to any quiries (not all but most of)
              they will just say tht its not our issue visit office

                The outgoing calls for my telephone[protected] has been stopped. The reason told that payment due. But, I did pay Rs. 1114 instead of Rs. 557 for Nov-2008 payment via Bangalore telecom district website. The extra amount which I paid is not given back to me. I thought that the same amount will be carry forward to next month bill payment. So, I didn't pay for dec-2008 bill as I already paid the same amount along with Nov-2008 bill payment.

                The outgoing is disconnected for telephone no.[protected] for which payment is due / since its the first bill in this house which was recently shifted so still not recieved bill but telephone connection disconnected for non - payment..

                pls help out for bill or reconnect the line again..
                Since last two months I am not getting the Phone bill[protected] which I was getting regularly since last 1 year in the same address.For which the payment was late . Despite the payment was made on the basis of duplicate bill up to date the out going call has been barred in my phone.

                It may be mentioned here that the phone has been provided by my Organisation as my service is an essential service i.e Legal Deptt.and the payment is being made by my organisation as per my entitlement.

                It is requested to allow out going calls immediately and send my bill in my e-mail ID if possible simultaneously through postal regularly in order to avoid delay payments. For which I shall be thankful.

                My land line Telephone No.[protected] having Broad Band facility, remained dead from 4/12/08 to 6/1/09 and again from 2/2/09 to 24/3/09 (Complaint docket No.0486 dtd 5/12/08 and 19 dtd 2/2/09 respectively). Written request/application for rental rebate & Broad Band charges for above periods was submitted to Commercial Officer, Yelahanka on 15/4/09, who in turn submitted case to O/O A.M.(North) during May, 09 for implementation. The rental rebate/Broad Band charges case is not yet implemented and reportedly pending with the AM(North), s office.

                    BSNL - Cell Phone — refund of deposit Rs.2000

                    I am a prepaid cellphone customer of BSNL, Hyderabad no.is [protected].

                    Earlier it was postpaid, now I requested BSNL, migration to prepaid on 06/09/08. I was deposited Rs.2000/- at the time of postpaid connection & the same was informed me that, while disconnect of postpaid line it will be back to me within 40 days. Till now I have not yet received my deposite amount after contacting BSNL officers.

                    BSNL Cellular service — denial in making refund of security deposit

                    please refer to my bsnl post paid cellular phone account no.[protected] with the previous mobile no.[protected] which was closed since 31st. August 2007. Now the authority of BSNL, West Bengal refuse to refund my security deposit amount of Rs.2000.(Rupees Two thousand only). The concerned authority may please intimate the course of action taken at your best level to the complainee.

                    BSNL Cellular service — Poor Reception Quality

                    I am sure BSNL is not a network provider whole have inferior quality antennas and stations. But unfortunately they are having the least inferior broadcasting quality, or i should say, they are the ones who pretend to have least inferior quality broadcasting. I am not saying that they are doing it purposefully to demotivate the loyal customers to the govt cellular firm, so that once they got fed up they will move to other celluar operations provided by tata or reliance. But why?? that should be answered by BSNL "uncorrupted" management themselves. when ever i call my home bsnl mobile number the call will get disconnected in less than 2 minutes.. mostly after 60 seconds, so that they get the next pulse also. Brilliant idea. Kudos and Hats off BSNL... We indians are proud of you.
                    Here is a trick to get fast refund of security deposit from BSNL, if it was not made by them within the prescribed period of 60 days. I had the same problem. I sent a letter to BSNL Office under the RTI Act asking them (a) when the refund will be made and (b) the name of the official who is holding my application. Attach a postal order for Rs. 10 and send the letter to the APIO (Assistant Public Information Officer) of local BSNL office (Jaipur in my case) where you filed your request for refund. Visit BSNL website to get the address of the APIO. Under the RTI Act, they are supposed to respond to you within 30 days otherwise there is a fine of Rs. 250 per day of delay. I got my refund within 15 days.
