Last month I recharge Rs. 149 on channel top-up system . Then my life time validity finished on that time but only 04 days validity period extend. Therefore this week ( 01st or 02nd Sept) I recharge Rs. 112 voucher but no validity period get in on my mobile number and my lifetime validity is not mentioned. Please tell me my life time validity is expired ! yes or not?...

My land line no is 23501385 and it is on my dad's name Ganpatlal prajapat. The instrument which we were using stopped functioning, and i had complained for the same, when i had gone to get it replaced they told that they don't have the new phone stocks, i can come and collect new by next week and meanline they gave me some very old phone. After a week i had gone to collect the phone for that they again said no stocks...

I have submitted application for BSNL Landline line transfer from in June and i was informed that BSNL can’t provide connection in Ashiyana Park 2.

When i checked with my neighbors they are already having a BSNL connection.

How can BSNL office say that one side of the road they can provide connection and not other??...

BSNL is giving EXL Power scheme to reduce call rate on any two BSNL no (First Landline and second BSNL Moblie). I am living in the center of the city in Sagar M.P. (bahubali colony). There is a very poor singnal here as there is no tower nearby.
Even after repeated complaints there is no action taken by the authorities.
I am surprised as to how the BSNL aims to make customers for its EVDO service when there is no reception in the center of the city....

i own a shop i do all easy and card recharges , nealy all network of my town . but the most funny thing is that the telecom giant bsnl provides easy recharge facility but doesn't have a valid customer care for it . other networks have 1 no for both physical and easy recharge but bsnl have 2 . [protected] for physical recharge and [protected] for easy , and i[censored] dial the easy cc no a cute voice in kannada will say this no doesn't exist....

I have been using BSNL Mobile with "Excel Student Plan" offer for past three years.
I am not a student now and want to change my Prepaid Plan but unable to change the plan.
Is there any way that I can migrate from Student to General Plan?
Its not fair to continue in Student Plan when I am not a student.
