Dear folks,
Thanks to GOOGLE to bring up these complaints and hats off to all the people who have come on board to register a complaint against this fraudulent actions that are taking place. It's a mere shame to all the companies who share their database with the fraud people like this. VODAFONE must take some action and catch these kind of people. I got the similar message of winning 30, 000 Great British Pounds in draw that was organised by FIFA 2010 World Cup which I found out to be fraud when i searched similar things happening to all on Google.

IF VODAFONE IS NOT GOING TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND SAFETY TO CONSUMERS THEN I THINK THEY SHOULD STOP PROPAGATING THEIR ALL NAMELY GOODIES, ZOOZOOS AND WATCH DOG...ALL WASTE!!!

THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A FREE LUNCH FOLKS!!! YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING. TO BAD THAT THOUGH WE ARE PAYING VODAFONE FOR GOOD SERVICES, THEY STILL FAILS TO DO THE SAME.

    I have a Nokia 5130 xpressmusic mobile. BSNL Cellone (Kerala State) is my service provider. I activated GPRS. I am browsing Internet. But Some applications are not working in my mobile, that need network support. BSNL Cellone is not giving those settings. Other telecom companies are giving those settings.     Bsnl/ cellone — internet browsing and downloading

    I am a regular coustomer of Bsnl/cellone postpaid service but the company can't hear my complain because i am a student. So pls sir kindly hear my complin and work on my problem. Thank you.

    I am a plan725 costemer and from the launch of cellone a strong promoter of bsnl network.my average monthly bill is Rs 1100.In my family we 9 people are using only bsnl network as it is a public sector company.In my company we 52 people are using it.I don't think bsnl only has to think regarding profitability, more over bsnl has some more commitment to the society.so i am not understanding why bsnl has withdrawn the the fecilities what we were enjoing with our jodi and jodiplus connection.If bsnl is so adament on this decision we people have to re-think regarding our selection and we will have to shift to some other network who are only charging in one second billing.I think this decision of the company will only help the private companies.my mob no is-[protected].

    After having lengthy sessions with customer service I found that BSNL(prepaid- don't know abt post paid) is providing only wap. And internet applications wont be connected with GPRS/Edge. So u can use internet to browse your mail. but cant access it through any aopplication instaled in your phone. Even opera doesn't work!

    Even the call center guys are not understanding what we talk!

      BSNL Cellone — unsubscribe subscription service

      My no.is [protected] n i didnt subscribe for FHM VOD, but charges of Rs. 5/- deducted from my account every day.its the 5th day n i have allready lost Rs. 25 .I m really frustrated now. So, Please deactive the service from my mobile number immediately

          Initial responses provided were that it was due to cables being cut for road work. That has been sorted now and my neighbours' phones are working fine.

          My Land Line No.[protected] is dead for almost 45 to 50 days, on 7 occassions complaint has been lodged, my last complaint docket no. is 324.

          Regret to inform that till now no action has been taken from the department, if the same can not be repaired please take back the instrument.

          Hope atleast with this mail appropriate action will be taken from the department.

                I had taken migration voucher for VENNELA TO VENNELA PLUS with voucher no[protected].only RS.50was added to my account on 3-9-2009. no migration was done so far even after 6days.the complaint no was given by the staff on duty on 3-9-2009 at 10-52 pm as AP[protected].iused to contact your toll free no [protected] every day.but i was verymuch astonished and felt unhappywith your staff on duty reply at 05.30am on today i.e on 7-9-2009 regarding my sim migration literally with words MEELANTIVI CHALA VUNNAYI AVUTAYI EPPATIKO and disconnected me abruptly even though i request him to note my complaint no given on 3-9-2009.

                If you have Old VENNELA plan, use Rs 110/= TOP-UP voucher, don't use RC (Recharge coupon). If your Validity period is over, you will have 15 days grace period, in this you need to recharge with Rs 90/= easy recharge or C-TOP, it will be done by the shop person or BSNL outlets only (Don't use any coupon or Top-UP), it will be done thru Easy Recharge of Rs 90/= for extension of your SIM for other 3 months.

                    my dataone connection was irregular since beginning. Since December, 2008 till today I have not been able to connect to the internet. In Oct., 2008 I went to our SDO( Internet) at Panbazar office of BSNL @ Guwahati (Name- Mr.Sarma) who after checking told me that my telephone(Land line)no.[protected] is not fit for Dataone and he assured me to take action.He further told me to meet Mr. Deb/ Dey who is SDO (T) in my zone.I could not meet him on two occassions due to his absence.Till today it is not resolved. But every month I am paying Rs.500 being the minimum amount without any use. Many time The phone line is disconnected due to default in payment.But I am regularly paying. For last one month the phoneline remained dead. Today I went again to the office. the concerned officers were absent(Mr.Sarma and Mondal). from office one person enquired about my problem from another officer and told me that my line is having an EARTHING(?) problem. He suggested to lodge complaint which I did.
                    Now my querry is - will I get the connection back? when? I want refund of my money with interest for the dataone charges service of which could not be provided. Is there any record with BSNL System to let me know the days on which the phone line and Dataone were not available.

                    i have been a customer of bsnl broadband for the past 6 months
                    recently i recieved a bill from bsnl saying that my bill for the last month(january) is Rs.29046
                    i didn't use my broadband to that extent..

                    This is regarding Billing Issue for the month Of Dec-2009. chargeable units (Excluding night usage) as 494.92 MB but the bill is generated for the usage of 7029 MB.
                    you can find details of the actual usage in attached document.

                    I had requested for plan change in December from unlimited 750 to 250 RsPlan from Dec 15. But the bill is generated as per the 250 Rs plan for the entire month of Dec 2009.
                    Also, I was not in Bangalore from Dec24 to Dec 29, but during this period it is showing as internet usage which i have not at all used.

                    I have given the written complaint regarding the above issues in BSNL office, Near Viresh Theatre, Magadi Road Bangalore and had called the customer care, Customer relations officer to get it resolved but i got a very poor response from them. I am very sorry to say that BSNL is really not caring it's customers.

                    Please do the needful. Hope the issue gets resolved ASAP

                      Hi, I have received bill of Rs.35000 for one month of internet usage. I had applied for Home UL 750 PLUS plan, but bill says Home 500 C+ combo plan.
                      The free download/upload bytes are being charged and hence bill is showing Rs.35000.
                      Please resolve this billing error ASAP.

                              The BSNL TopUP in UP is not mentioning the MRP. for eg the topup of 20 Rs is as
                              RS 20 + S.T (+ service Tax) this is not the fixed MRP so the shopkeeper ask the money

                              I am Sumit and facing a problem with bsnl mobile service. Sir I was activated a tarrif of 230 Rs. on my BSNL No. [protected].
                              But BSNL changes my connection in 3G from 2G.And my tarrif not work . This tarrif is for 30 days up to 31DEC,09. But it is not working from 15th Dec. When i contacted the Selaiyur Bsnl telephone office ofr new landline connection, they refused to accept my application form and said "no new connection can be given to my area". i was shocked to hear these words from the officials there.

                                    My land line no is 23501385 and it is on my dad's name Ganpatlal prajapat. The instrument which we were using stopped functioning, and i had complained for the same, when i had gone to get it replaced they told that they don't have the new phone stocks, i can come and collect new by next week and meanline they gave me some very old phone. After a week i had gone to collect the phone for that they again said no stocks next week. When i just got down a man from bsnl told give me 500rs i will get you new phone. I said why should i pay, for that he said then you will never get new phone how many times you come here...
                                    I just want to make a point here that is BSNL soo corrupted ?????
                                    Pls can you ask them to replace the landline with new instrument.

                                      I have submitted application for BSNL Landline line transfer from in June and i was informed that BSNL can’t provide connection in Ashiyana Park 2.

                                      When i checked with my neighbors they are already having a BSNL connection.

                                      How can BSNL office say that one side of the road they can provide connection and not other??

                                      BSNL — Landline Transfer

                                      I have applied for shifting of landline telephone 1 week ago. I was told that work will be done in 2 days. There was hovewer no response from them. The telephone operator said there was no such complaint. Moreover, today I got to know that it will take 1 month for shifitng.

                                        My telephone no. 2765702 at H-330, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad is not working since last one month. I have lodged complaints repeteadely in Govindpuram Exchange. Ihave also met authorities at Govindpuram Exchange. But there is not responce from BSNL, Govindpuram, Gzb.

                                        BSNL — Broadband connection not working for last one month

                                        My BSNL Broad band connection hardly worked since I received the connection. It is now down for last one month. Have logged several complaints with BSNL Gurgaon but no luck.

                                        MY LANDLINE 2322975 IS USUALLY REMAINS DEAD.
                                        BROADBAND NOT WORKING FROM THE LAST 10 DAYS. HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS NUMBER OF TIMES BUT OF NO AVAIL.
                                        BSNL IS VERY INSENSTIVE AND DOES NOT BOTHER ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

                                        My Phone[protected] is not working for lat seven days. I have tried 100's of time to complaint on[protected]. It answered once after 100's of calls inlast few days. Aftre that it was never pick up or complient was attended till date.

                                        Gret BSNL- They deserve wage hike definately for golden performance.

                                        BSNL Landline and Broadband — not working since last 14 days

                                        my name is mr. nitinkumar.c. vyas.my resi.l.l.no.is[protected]. this phone is not working since 3rd aug.2010. i complainted online for which no.NAR40529 WAS GIVEN TO ME. then every day i contced naroda tele. exchange and area managers office becoz the broadband was also not working. today or latest tomorrow your line will be o.k.---- this standars answer i was listening .nobody came to my home till today. when i went to tele. exchange at naroda with another written complaint they did not accepted and denied to take it. since last six months this happens to my phone. i dont no why ??????
                                        last month it was 19 th july to 30th july when the line was dead.
                                        the bill amount is not deducted for non working days apaaaart from mental harrassment. we are tired of b.s.n.l. will somebody look in this matter ?

                                        BSNL — Telephone Line is severed since last month

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I am Sameer Bhalekar having a BSNL land-line (No.2289253) the service line of which is been severed since last month, i have tried an electronic complaint system but the system keep flashing me a message about a complaint that i have been registered ages ago, So i approach the Khamla exchange and register a complaint with Technical Section but till today nobody from BSNL attends the complaint. I would like BSNL to overhaul the electronic complaint booking mechanism or there should be a alternative system and furthermore i would like to have my complaint resolved at the earliest.

                                        BSNL Land Line Telephone — non functioning of telephone for 1 month

                                        Dear Sirs,
                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that above telephone no is not working since 7 dec 10.Our repeated visits to mahanagar exchange and meeting with Sri S Ram DE have not yielded any results.
                                        Kindly ensure that this telephone is repaired as soon as possible and proper discount is reflected in the bill for this period.The telephone is dead from 7dec 10 till date except for on25 when it was fonctional for one day.

                                        I have shifted my telephone from earlier address to my new address A-103, Devnandan desire,Motera, Ahmedabad in April 2011. My new Telephone No is[protected]. Since April 2011 I could not avail the facility of Broadband inspite of paying rent regularly. After my repeated complaint daily one engineer comes and return after blaming others.
