[Resolved]  BSNL — refund of sequirity deposit

I have surrendered the Land Line connection[protected] on[protected] and submitted an application along with the forms of Telephone Closure and other formalities and cancelled cheque under clear acknowledgement. The instrument had been deposited on[protected] under clear acknowledgement.

I have been chasing for the refund of Rs3000/- and Rs 176 discount i.e. total Rs 3176 with the Makarpura SDE Mr D.R.Sharma but no action taken till date i.e.[protected].

As per the directives issued by TRAI for refund of Security Deposit within 60 days from the date of application or pay 10% pa to the customer.

Requested for early action as self will proceed to the Consumer Forum.
