[Resolved]  BSNL — data one password not told, bangalore

i got my internet connection on 24thdecember, bot i still do not know my password.i have made several calls to bsnl office and even gone there but they told me to call 1500. from there i was told to call [protected] , and when i selected the option of customer care they told me to hold on. till know no response.

one month over. i still do not know my password.

I always not able to connect broadband(dataone) every day from 2pm to 6.30pm, iam getting the error message as "the remote computer did not respond" error:678... Iam facing this problem for past one week. What is the reason?

BSNL DATAONE — data one password not told

i got internet connection on 24th december. but till now i do not even know my password! i have been constantly calling their office but they keep telling me to call 15oo from where i got another no. [protected]. when i selected the option of customer survice they tell me to keep on waiting(hold on) even sometimes for half an hour. still no response.




1 month over & i still dont know my password!!
got my internet connection before 4 month, bot i still do not know my password.i have made several calls to bsnl office and even gone there but no response.So, i request to give me my dataone password.
My username:Shah_Rajesh R . So, give me password on my e-mail ID.

I am facing Broadband problem from past 15 days and CC people could not rectify the problem . They told us to call up the respective exchange office.
I really struggled very hard to get this BSNL IIM exchange phone number ( Bannerghatta Road).

My landline hasnt been working for the past 2 weeks ..
i have launched a complaint twice already with no response .

Dear BSNL concerned officer:

My tel no. (landline) is[protected] and user ID kfdsouza_bgm. Presently I log in automatically to Broadband via BSNL Dataone. Sometimes error 691 comes and I cannot connect because I forgot my password.

I request you to please email me my password. I do not want to change it, I only want to know it so as to handle the error 691 when it arises.

Sir I registered for the dataone connection on 2nd december and the work order was generated on december 6 or 8 but till date i have not been alloted the user id and password. I request you to send me the user id and password via e-mail as i Have my tests on 15 december and before that I need it urgently.
i cant change my passwords. whenever i try to open the login pages from dataone.in the page doesnt open. infact some other page opens about anti-phising from rediff.i dont know why is this happening.plz do take some action as quickly as possible.
