[Resolved] BSNL — Safe Custody Removal
I have put a request to BSNL BTM Care Centre on 03/11/2009 to remove my Phone and Internet connection[protected] from safe custody. I was told that the service will be restored in 2 days. When i contacted the Local Exchange ( Behind IIM Bangalore) on 6th November, i figured out that the Order was not even initiated. By requesting and pursuing like a begger, they agreed to get the order out. I was told that now the connection will be restored in another day, but i have been making many phone calls but no action has been taken yet. Today 11th Nov. at 10:00 hrs, the phone line as well as internet connection is not functional. Will somebody look into my issue and not make me think that BSNL doesn't care for customers!!
