Dear Sir,

We had purchased the bsnl Huawei data card from BSNL office at Ranchi, Jharkhand. They assured me the good data transfer rate on the modem. But it failed to give the service as it was assued. We are trying to complain for it to there office but no one present (no number or not a authorised person or call center) to recived the complains.

    I am Mohammed Arshadullah with BSNL mobile No. [protected] in Andhra Pradesh under VENNELA PLUS plan. as per this plan, 250 SMS are free per calendar month. I am not able to know the free SMS balance in the calendar month but many of my friends get the service reply showing the free SMS balance for the calendar month under the same plan. In my phone there is no message counter option also. But it is the responsibility of the company to give information to its customers. It is really giving a headache for me. Even customer care is not able to solve my problem. I will be very thankful if my problem is solved at the earliest.

    my plan is vennela plus.according to it we get 250 msg free...bt iam getting only 160...i want to knw why is it like tht?
    hiii can we have msg offer in this plan...not the 250 given...more than that...how much does it cost???

      I had lost my SIM ([protected]) will be 15 days left. from Cuttack, Orissa.Pl block the sim.

      My Mobile No is [protected] which was now oneside its resion is I am not recharge your (monthly, Yearly, Half yearly, Qtrly) in few months. Today I am going to your recharge counter tray to recharge yearly subscription @ 280 and another Power plus @49 but the power plus is charged instantly but yearly subscription card is not recharge. Sir I want to what is its resion and what is its solution.

        I herewith post my complaint that I have activated my booster 99 plan on 10.11.09 to my connection and till this time this booster has not effected and I only receive the message that the "Voucher is Pending" and I have been charged by Rs. 1/- for bsnl and rs.1.40 for other gsm instead of 0.10 paise for bsnl and 0.49 paise for other gsm.

        though I have reminded atleast 15 times in the past four days, the pubils working in bsnl is not even care or giving any reply with responsibility.

        So I expect your kind help in this regard and do the need full.

          This is my 10th complaint on the same matter. I hope it would be the last complaint (by changing to other service providers). My phone number is [protected]. Even after complaining at different places, no action has been taken to deactivate the BSNL tunes but every month I have been looted about Rupees 60/- in my account. Is it govt organization or a cheating organization? Do they want to respect their customers or cheat them in all possible ways. With so much of dissatisfaction, I am going to throw this filthy organizations sim card. I will not be using it any more.

          I am a cellone connection holder using the number [protected] since December, 2002. In the month of September i got a massage for sending sports news for which Rs.30/- will be deducted from my connection per month. Inadvertantly I have pussed the O.K. and the amount is deductiong from my connection. Now I want to stop the deduction. In this respect you are requested to kindly arrange to stop the payment immediately otherwise I reluctant to disconnec the number as well as BSNL mobile connection.

          I want to get it deactivated. ihave tried many times but unable to get sucess. i have been charged Rs 30 each month. Please deactivate it.

            BSNL — network fail

            i am not able to make calls at the evening time
            at around 8 o clock i hav to try the call for at least 5 times ...
            it show the message as network failure ...

            I have applied for the internet connection on monday at Karungal office ( kanyakumari district, Tamil nadu ), and waiting as they didn't said anything about the duration of waiting and type of connection also. I need the WLL's 250/- unlimited one.

            So pl.let me know, how long to wait & for what type?

              sir,
              I want to pass on information to income tax deptt. against one of my class one officer,who have gathered huge black money & taking bribe from his sub-ordinate and taking bribe to finalise the tenders & possess dis-proportionate wealth against their known souces of income .

              The said persons is great briber however he is working as Dy General Manager in the office of GM Telecom District, Krishna Nagar ,Main Telephone Exchange at Bharatpur in Rajasthan.

              This officer Mr. Govund Singhal,who is working in BSNL from last 10-15 years approximately but he have gathered huge black money & possess dis-proportionate wealth against their known souces of income. He owns a lot of properties in Bharatpur, Jaipur and other parts of country. He has a lot of cash in his house at a given time. He also has a lot of cash stored in the banks as well as lockers.

              kindly let u raid at the house of this officer and the Deptt. of Income Tax will definitely be collect more black money and concerned document of black money from his house.

I have lodged a complaint on 15.1.10, 27.1.10, 28.1.2010, 29.1.10, 30.1.10, 31.1.10 & 1.2.10 at 10.30 AM, 12 PM & 3 PM, 02.02.20at 10:43AM, 12:52PM & 3:02PM, Tomorrow 02.02.2010, 3.2.2010 Again Rs 5 Deducted From My account, Also 03.02.2010 at 10:02 Am, 12:52PM Message are Continuous Disturb Me, regarding unnecessary deducting money from my mobile prepaid account by +[protected]. The message are continuous forwarded on my mobile Even Today 04.02.2010 at 10:04AM, 12:54PM & 04:39PM, & Today 05.02.2010 At 10:31AM also, Each & Every Day 10:00 Am, 12:00 Noon & 3:00Pm Three Time Every Day Message Disturb Me, & Today Also Rs 5, Deducted From My Account, Please Cancel the Service 53030, which is UN necessary disturbs me. They used to send unnecessary messages and unwanted questions. They further stated that they are renewing my subscription for TWOMEN5 pack and deducted a sum of Rs. 5/-. Earlier also they deducted Rs.15/- from my mobile account. I have never been a subscriber for the above pack and I cannot understand how they can steal money from me like this. Is there anyone to look into this matter? The unwanted messages are received continuously on my mobile through 53030. I request every day but your service provider does not help me, kindly take positive action as possible as quick.                   Safe Custody Removal

                  I have put a request to BSNL BTM Care Centre on 03/11/2009 to remove my Phone and Internet connection[protected] from safe custody. I was told that the service will be restored in 2 days. When i contacted the Local Exchange ( Behind IIM Bangalore) on 6th November, i figured out that the Order was not even initiated. By requesting and pursuing like a begger, they agreed to get the order out. I was told that now the connection will be...

                  This is Amit Sharmaand i want convert my bsnl postpaid mobile to prepaid plan.( As per TRAI order released in press dated[protected] stating that any postpaid subscriber may migrate to prepaid plan with same number or vice-versa w.e.f.[protected]. But when I requested to CCN (BSNL) Shastri Nagar, Meerut for converting postpaid connection to prepaid plan. They orally replied that it is not possible because their system is not ready for this type of conversion.

                  So, Please suggested me what should i do for changing it.

                    MY LANDLINE NO[protected] IS NOT WORKING SIENCE LAST TWO YEARS BUT I STILL WAITING FOR IT. I COMPLAIND AT JHUNJHUNU OFFICE ALSO BUT THEY HAVE NO CABELS FOR LANDLINE PHONE. I WANT BRODBAND CONNECTION ALSO BUT I CANT. I PAID EVERY BILL BUT LAST TWO BILLS I NOT FIND.

                      I am in VENNELA PLUS plan, I have recharged Rs 45, to active 1p/sec pulse on 8th Nov' 09.
                      Talking to customer care person, they told that it will be active within 24 hrs, but still not activated or not came any balance.

                        RESPECTED SIR ,i have a broadband connection and in october ,i saw that there is a column in which it is written "september unbilled data" now this data is added in my october bill and thus it is beyond my free usage limit so i have to pay for that ,while i have free usage data left in september . so why i should i pay it in october.
                        And above all if BSNL donot carry unused free data to next month then why they are carrying used data to next month.

                          I am very upset while using BSNL Online Mobile Bill Payment Option. When I want to see my short bill while clicking View/Pay Option its never open the next window. only shows in the bottom JAVASCRIPT"Invoice no" "Mobile no" this window never function properly and I am compelled to go to near BSNL Office and deposit mobile bill standing in between huge crowd.
                          My another complaint is that I am working in Allahabad High Court and in court corridor BSNL Mobile did not work. if you want to talk in emergency in High Court campus; you will be completely helpless if you have bsnl mobile only redialing, redialing and redialing nothing more. I have been made complaint to nearest bsnl office several times but they only said that due to over rush in High Court that's why mobile did not work. Really I am completely fed up about BSNL. They all are shameless. I think that BSNL have no enthusiasm to challenge others service providers.

                            Mere paas UP(West) ka 9411 series ka 02 lifetime prepaid mobile no hai ([protected] & [protected]). Is series ke mobile no se Bihar Reliance GSM ke 9608 series par ([protected]) call nahi ho pati hai, dial karne par yah bataya jata hai ki kripaya no ki jaanch karen. Jab ki Tata, Idea other se dial ho jaata hai.

                              Hi,

                              Excess money is getting deducted from my CellOne pre-paid nuber: [protected].
                              Overnight I see money is getting deducted for no reason.
                              I have not subscribed for any services and all that has been verified.

                              I had call call center number [protected] hundred times and reported this complaint.
                              The only response I get from them is "SERVER IS DOWN CALL AFTER 1 HOUR"
                              Such a stupid online support.

                              I had requested many times for last 4 months billing report and requested them to verify when their server comes-up (if at all that happens).
                              But I never got a response.
                              A complaint is also opened recently, that I could do after 3-4 weeks of constant follow-up.
                              Complaint# KT[protected].

                              Can someone help me in getting last 4 months billing details atleast so that I can take the necessary next steps toclaim my money (which is not less than 600 to 800 Rs.)?

                              for the past three months the amount is deducted for the Mobile radio but i didnt offer any mobilr radio facilities. kindly look in too. and cancel the mobile radio option.

                                I Renu verma, W/o Sir Anjani kumar sinha had disconnected my landline connection in 16/08/07 and submitted all the necessary document to get back my caution money, My total caution money amount is sum of Rs 2000/ I made so many complains in BSNL office Sahibganj, but they didn't give me positive response and BSNL SDO said I cant do any thing ,I sent all the document Dumka. I am residing in Sakrowgarh, Dist- sahibganj State- Jharkhand. Sir Sahibganj BSNL off ice has given me this dispatch no-

                                BSNL — BSNL landline application given, waiting...waiting....and still waiting

                                I applied for a BSNL landline and broadband in the month of Feb'2008 & paid Rs.500.

                                I got WLL in the month of July 2008, saying no cable. Now even though few other apartments in my flat got their landline connection I am waiting...

                                Their customer care people are either stupid or kings!

                                Their JE in Kilkattalai area, Chennai is acting like a KING! He can only give whenever he feels like. GREAT !

                                India's Navarathna - BSNL??? Superb!!!

                                  BSNL Landline Connection — refusal of new landline connection

                                  When i contacted the Bsnl office in Selaiyur, Chennai, They refused to giva a new connectiuon saying that in my area connection is very difficult and u wont get connection at all. pl hepl me to get new connection.

                                    I applied for an BSNL WLL phone with broadband in Avadi Telephone Exchange. WLL phone has been installed but the offficials have not given me the required installation CD and username, password for internet. None of them in that office know about this WLL phone broadband and they are refusing to give me any such CD and usename password.Now the phone is idle in my house and is am not able to use the internet.
