[Resolved]  BSNL — Message sending Failed

I am a Custmor of BSNL Arunachal Pradesh. I purchased Nokia 6303 Classic in Karnataka. I was on roaming mode, but I am unable to send any message from my new mobile. I have contacted Custmer care but everytime they said this problem will be solved in 24 hrs, some agent told me I will get a call from customer service but nobody call me. They advised me its my handset promblem. But if I put Airtel or other network SIM its working fine. I checked it from Nokia dealer also. I checked message centre number also.

While roaming I got worth SMS service.

Please advise me what's needs to be done???

How to: Call ended. Call failed. problem. Just go to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID. AMessage sending Failed you need to do is visit this menu

Bsnl pre-paid -no outgoing sms-- i am unable to send an sms for the last one month due to some problem with the service. I have launched several complaints with the customer care.After talked with customer care, with direction of customer care, i have changed message center number but after sending 1-2 messages...Automatically changed the message center number..I am continue facing this problem. My mobile number is [protected].Please solve the problem.
