[Resolved]  BSNL — Negeligancy of A.O.T.R. Office

I am the consumer of your company ,My phone number is [protected] . My Current plan is HOME 500C , if you want you can see in Ghaziabad telecom record Which was signed by the JTO Mr. Tyagi of patel Nagar exchange but I am receiving the different plan bill , last month I went to AOTR to correct the bill they said to me Its not necessary the next bill will be generated correctly , but the current bill is also wrong , I went to the AOTR office two times but they are not doing correct my bill. According to my plan (HOME 500 C) Plan .My right to make 175 calls and 1.5 GB for internet free . I request you to order the concerning officer to correct the bill and Correct the plan in companies record. I Have deposited of my first bill already . I will be highly thankful to you ….

I am a working employee of BSNL working as JAO TR, Orissa Please go to JTO Brodband and tell him/her to change the plan in his PC i.e in his package i don't want to tell how he will change it just tell him change the plan i.e Converion Of Plan from 500c to UL900 as your wish, AOTR is not the person who will change the plan he is responsible only for the billing don't ask Ao abt that go the concern JTO and tell him change now infront of me and then i will go tell him politily and give me the feedback to my mail as u completed it.
I, Vijay bhakser, my Phone No is[protected], I recently changed 250 plan to 500c Plan. it is activated October 1st but it showing when i used nearly 1.GB in night usage time (2-00a.m. - 8-00a.m.) but it showing day usage. What is the use of 500c plan.

So, please take action and correct 500C plan

I am writing on behalf of Mr.D. Naresh a customer of BSNL – Chennai having telephone number 24831248 and Customer No. : [protected].
On his behalf, I had paid his telephone bill number[protected], for an amount of Rs. 672, today i.e. 01/12/2008, through my AXIS Bank Net Banking. But I am unable to get either the payment receipt or confirmation, online. But the above said amount has been debited in my Axis Bank account.
Kindly do the needful and advise on the status of the above payment.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My telephone number[protected]. I have took telephone and used for more than 1 years after that last year jan i took data card with this telephone line i used for two months only but the network was not gud at time i closed the telephone line on march and returned the telephone to the office and next month i went and closed the internet connection i also wrote the letter due to the bad connection i am closing the internet in that and hand over the data card to the officer and i came back.

So now you are sending that you have to pay 6000 to close this if you pay we will give the telephone line.

Why i should pay this.

I am in foreigh now my parents are not educated they dont know what to do. Please reply me.

BSNL appears to have entered into some agreement to sell Games On Demand of through their broadband. Now suddenly I am seeing a charge of Rs. 200/- p.m. from March 2011 in every month's bill for Games on Demand! And to cap it, it is being mentioned simply as One Time Charge! Therefore I advise you to Be Careful and check your bills thoroughly every month! I never imagined that a Public Sector Company like BSNL would resort to such arrangements.

I strongly protest to BSNL for arranging such marketing techniques through their company and request them to refund the moneys already made to the gullible customers.

I find that since 1st March 2011, my Monthly Land Line Telephone Bill of BSNL phone No.[protected]Customer Id [protected] and A/c No. [protected]) is being debited by Rs. 200/- every month for Games on Demand, which I never asked for.

Therefore please deactivate the same immediately and arrange for refund of Rs. 800/- + Taxes to the credit of my above BSNL A/c, so that the credit is reflected in my JULY Bill that I would be receiving in August 2011.

I request you to ensure that the Bill for July 2011 is credited by Rs. 800/- + Taxes as mentioned above.
I am Satish Kumar who applied for disconnection of BSNL landline No.[protected] in Aug. 2012 with an instruction to disconnect the phone by 31.08.2012. It was not done. It was done only in sept. 2012. I had deposited the telephone instrument in Aug.2012 itself and obtained receipt. Now I have received a Bill for rs.472/-. I was about to deposit it on 23.11.2012 when i rceievd an SMS from BPBSNL Care stating that i have been billed for -Rs. 1688.56. This means i need not deposit the bill now as Rs.472/- has been deducted from the Security deposit of rs.2160/-.
I WUD REQUEST BSNL ACCOUNTS DEPTT. TO PLEASE REFUND ME RS.1688.56 as early as possible on the billing address. And inform me on [protected] as well when a/c payee cheque is despatched.OR else let me know what i have to do to get the amount due on my mobile or e-mail : [protected]

Dear BSNL AOTR Bangalore I have a problem with billing for my telephone No 26681235. The adress is printed wrongly, My correct address is 302 Brigade Lakeview, 35th Main, 4th cross, BTM 2nd stage Bangalore 68. The lelephone bill sent to me by email, does indicate the name of my apartment "Brigade Lakeview" but only indicates the Street name which not correct. Please arrange to print the correct address as below:
