[Resolved]  BSNL — Do not call registry complaints

Regrating to say that my outgoing call is not working since eleven days. i have complaint many times. Customer care registerd complain and revert that u r problem has been resolved but till now it is not done. Now I am roaming, it is not possible to contect customer care everytimes. I will be out of state at least one months more. therefore it is very problematic to connect my office every time. Please, it is my hearty request to solve my problem as as possible. If not possibel just call me i will change my service operator. Really i am fedup with your response.

i have problem with paid sms jokes.i activated joke sms by sending sms "sub joke" at 5888 and recieved sms is "thanks 4 using Indiatimes subscription services.your total cost is Rs 1".
by receving this sms Rs 1 is cut from my mobile balance, but after some i got 20 repeated sms 20Rs cut .
how can i deactive this service, customer care and exchange is not even know about it

worst connection & worst response from customer care. totally illiterate people working in bsnl, they dont know manners, no seriousness about the issues. pakka waste.
YOu dont have to introduce new technology, but make the existing technologies to work fine. Dont know who is maintaining bsnl . Such a worst management.

Sir i bought a bsnl prepaid sim [protected] but it is not activated till now.Whether i have submitted all document like voter id card, pan card & local company id card.

We had shifted our landline connection to the Mark Properties India Pvt Ltd, 49/2022, Ground Floor, NH 47 vyttila from Xl 3095, First Floor, Jew Street, Cochin (in 14-5-08), but we are not recieving any our bill through post, we submitted the complaint so many times but sorry to say there was no any positive action from your side . we have given the request letter in the month of August 08'.so we request the authority to take the nessessary action for the given complaint.
