[Resolved]  BSNL — Closing of Docket numbers without rectification.

It has become the habit of Thillai Ganga Nagar Telephone Exchange to close the complaint docket numbers without rectifying the fault for my Landline 22672508.
Docket No.56127863 dated 14th Feb 2010 was closed without attending to faults.So I had to obtain another Docket No.56131208 dated 15th Feb 2010.
Similarly Docket No.55504940 dated 27th Feb 2010 was closed without attending or rectifying the defect with a SMS "[protected]Landline complaint No.55504940 dated 27/20/2010 is CLOSED-TEST DESK Sender:BSNL-CHN Message centre:[protected] Sent:1-Mar-2010 18:08:39".
Hence I was forced to lodge another Docket No.59000156 dated 1st March 2010.
It appears that the officials of this Telephone Exchange are eager in "Closure Statistics" without attending to rectification process.
