Dear Sir,

My Name is Nikhilkumar Shah.

I am residing at 249C-Regent, Shiprasuncity, Indiarapuram, Ghaziabad.

My Home phone no is[protected]. I have submitted application for cancellation of my phone & broadband services on February 22nd, 2010, as i am moving to another state. I have done follow up with respected authority for arround 8-10 times personnly but, there are no action taken on this matter. I have fully paid up my bill for my phone & Broadband services.

I also have 1100Rs deposite with BSNL.

Sir can you please kindly look in to it to cancel my Phone & Broadband service.

BSNL Broadband — Installation not done

Dear Sir,

It's been 3 months since I applied for a broadband connection with BSNL. 15 days back the phone was installed after lot of trouble. I was told within a week all the installation will be done. But till date, nothing is done. Also no number has been given for the telephone connection. When I call to enquire the status, phone rings but nobody lifts. I went in person as well, but no change. Just for reference I m quoting the order no I was given, 65002112. Hoping they'll look into this complaint and act.

It's been 1year 3 months since I applied for a broadband connection with BSNL.I was told within a week all the installation will be done. But till date, nothing is done.     With reference to above mention complaint i.e. Deactivation of FHM video of the day. I request many time to stop this subscription of FHM video of the day, but they never stop the same. Everyday they deduct 5 Rs to my account. So please stop this stupid & nonsense FHM video of the day as early as possible.

    I had also got a message saying that I got GBP 200, 000.00 ans to contact Dr. philip in uk. I thought it is a fake message to take our credit card number or some thing like that.what is the matter behind this.i called up my telephone company customer care and they did not know about this.

      Dear Sir;
      I'm using BSNL prepaid mobile[protected]on 24 th feb i had recharged it by Rs. 100/- but in two days my balance become Rs. 6/- I din't have activated any value added services. I have a 1P/Sec. plan 3 months back. Itried to find out the resan for this deduction from BSNL Service centre from last 6 days. But nobody is giving a satisfactory ans.I'm really fed up with this. If i did'nt get any solution ;I'll surender my both Mobile card.
      I am also facing same problem, it is better not to recharge BSNL sim card.

        Sir, I have presently Broad band plan of Rs. 250.00 & incomming
        facility only of Rs.99.00 plane . (linked with BSNL Rani Talab, Jammu,J&K,)
        Therefore I have to pay Rs349.00 for the same which I am paying to BSNL for last few months.But this time When I went for submitting the same amount the authority asked for paying Rs.1567.00 instead of Rs 349.00 .But I only paid Rs. 349.00 Please look into the matter

            Sir my mobile no i [protected] . i had accidentally activate the wap service of indiatime some month ago they charge Rs 30 per month . when i try to unsubscribe that service they sen me a link for unsubscrib service but when i try to open that link i opens a blank page and nothing eals . so i request to u please stop this wap service in my no .

              I am using "https://portal.bsnl.in" for Top-Up my mobile. Every time I get the desired Talk Value after Top-Up through online Service. Recently on 11/02/2010 at 16:34:14 hrs I have made a online Top-Up from "https://portal.bsnl.in". But till the date the Top-Up money has not been Credited to my Mobile No. and the same has been debited from my SBI Bank Account. I have contacted the Customer Care several times and nothing action has been taken till now. Every time the Customer Care peoples are saying that recently you will be informed, Few days ago one of the Calcutta Telephones Employee called me on my Mobile and saying that Online Recharge / Top-Up may not success sometimes. If so then some kind of tracking facility should be there or CLOSED DOWN of ONLINE Recharge / Top-UP Facility.

              But till the date no Talk Value has been credit to my Mobile Account or the amount has not been refund back. I have also logged a complaint on Public Grievance (Reg. No. DOTEL/E/2010/00508 on 17/02/2010) and which has been forwarded to Calcutta Telephones on 19/02/2010. But still no action has been taken.

                sir,
                ph.no 24532721 is dead since last 2 weeks.& complaint made last week no one has come &attended . when ever we r reporting complaint regarding dead phone in the area santoshnagar offic simply noting down no interest is taken .if action is not taken we will feel that bsnl is not interested in customer& we will ask u to cancell the land phone as well as the internet being a regular payment customer we feel trouble with the bsnl .in future we will like to have facility with other phone department.
                the facility calling 10 paise per min. with family &friends after 9.pm.is available with the land phone or not.the information we need.

                  To day in the evening of 28.02.10, I lost my mobile with SIM No- [protected],while doing marketing around Kankerbagh Tempo stand/Mandir.
                  Immediately, I informed Kankerbagh Police Station.
                  I want to have a duplicate SIM.
                  Please let me know whether contact no stored in the lost SIM can be retrieved or not when new/Duplicate SIM will be issued.
                  I have made some advance payment against my mobile no.
                  Please let me know what should I do to get the new SIM and whether number stored in the SIM and Balance available with the no would be retrieved or not ?

                  I have lost my Mobile bearing SIM No [protected] today in the evening of 28.02.10.
                  Ihave also intimated the jurisdictional Police Station.
                  I want to block the SIM .
                  BSNL customer care no [protected] is not functioning properly since 4-5 days. Only computerised tapes are running , no one is taking the phone/call manually. I have hopelessly tried to contact them for activation of GPRS in one Pre-Paid connection, but due to non-receipt of call of Customer Care Executive, and non sending of settings of GPRS on mobile , GPRS could not be activated.
                  Please guide me as to what should be done by me for GPRS in Pre-Paid and blocking of SIM in Post Paid no No-[protected].

                    i sent sms 'M3G120' to 53733 frm my Sony Ericsson W700i mobile out of my curiosity in 3G. i thought it wont change anything and 'll only add some extra services if eligible. but got confirmtn msg saying 'Your plan has been changed to EXCEL 3G-GENERAL' ! hw can i change bk it to Student Suvidha, my old plan? i enquired in some shops but they dont knw bout this since its a new thing. also customer cares r busy 2day.

                      In my bsnl mobile no.[protected] outgoing call is ok to all network, incoming call barred from other network (exchange repply this no. is does not exist) in my local area.I call to so many time to bsnl customer care regarding this problems,but bsnl customer care says you wait 24 hours,48hours and some days,what I do ?                       I am facing the same problem, and its been 30 hours and no resolution has come from BSNL. And neither they are serious about their customer. BSNL services are worst i have ever seen, Even their customer care executives are not enough technically sound so as to respond customer properly.

                      BSNL... please take care of yourself and your services.

                      Cheap in call rates doesn't shows your capabilities.

                        on 27th feb at 10:18 am i got an sms

                        "NOW GET (RS.330/- ND 90 DAYS) ON RC 300/- OFFER UPTO 08.03.10 ONLY"

                        WHEN I APPROACHED TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE REGARDING THIS HE CONVINCED ME TO RECHARGE THE SAME TO AVAIL THE BENEFIT. ADDITIONALY HE TOLD ME THAT THIS OFFER IS VALID ON YOUR NUMBER AS THIS IS A PROMOTIONAL SMS WHICH IS BEING SENT TO SELECTED ONES.

                        WHEN I RECHARGED IT I GOT NO BALANCE INSPITE I GOT BSNL TO BSNL UNLIMITED CALLING FREE PACK WHICH IS OF NO USE 4 ME.

                        NOW WHEN I CALLLED THEM THEY ARE REFUSING THEIR WORDS ND NOT REFUNDING MONEY.

                        plz look into this matter soon.

                        BSNL — fraud in recharge information

                        sir,

                        i just want to complain about the wrong information provided by the customer care executives of BSNL.
                        when i asked about the recharge under 1000 rs. he told me that there is a recharge of 200 rs. providing 200 days validity and 200 rs.talk value. but when i made this recharge i only received 129.46 rs. and 30 days validity.
                        in order to hear the conversation later, i also recorded it. In the recording it is very clearly told by the customer care executive about this 200 rs recharge.

                        Now, after receiving a lesser amount when i again made a phone call, they say that there is no such scheme available and say that the previous executive must have by mistake provided a false information...

                        now whose fault is this.!! and who is the sufferer????
                        I am the sufferer and now who is responsible for this..
                        sir, i have that recorded evidence and if needed i can produce it at any stage..
                        please make a reply soon...

                          Dear Sir / Ma'am,

                          This is to inforn you that I'm a bonafide prepaid connection holder of BSNL having number [protected] for more than 6-7 years.

                          Today (27th February 2010) I dialed an international number[protected] at around 4:46 p.m. but within seconds I got a message, which writes Rs.48 deducted from my account with a duration of talk time of 3:00 minutes even before I get connected with the number.

                          The number was not connected and within seconds I got the message. I'm surprised and this was happening quite some time for local calls also but I'm unaware of this. Today I saw the message and believe this discrepancy done by BSNL.

                          Please help me and many others who were affected with this type of illegal deductions by BSNL.

                          I'm having same problem of illegal deduction from my account when made to local numbers and that too to BSNL also.

                          BSNL — Illegal deductions from prepaid connections

                          Yesterday (14th March 2010) I want to make an international call to the numbers:[protected],[protected],[protected] of Gulf countries and[protected] o[censored]SA but even before having any conversation I got my account was charged for 5-6 times and I have almost lost Rs. 100 for the same.                             dear sir,
                            i purchased a topup voucher of bsnl mobile for rs.220/- from karimabad exchange counter(ghoddod road, surat) on last date of the scheme(i.e. 15.02.10).employee at the counter told me to activate the card before 12.00 midnight. after coming home i scratched the card and dialled the number "[protected]" as per instruction written overleaf on the card.at the right side of this number there is another no."[protected]". i trid repeatedly to recharge my phone as per instruction but could not get the amount added in my account balance. then i dialled customer care no.[protected]. at least 4 to5 times. but my complaint was not attended to. then i got a sms from bsnl asking me to give grade to there service. i gave "1" which means "BAD" and sent this sms on 53735 as they asked on dt.15.02.10. then two days later i was told to contact mr. khan on 6th floor of the exchange. i contacted him personally. he activated my card but only rs.200/- was added in my account balance.so i was not given benifit of the scheme as published in the news paper.without any fault on my part. please do the needful and inform me. thanking you.

                              BSNL Stopped Selling USB type HSDPA Cards in Kerala wef. 15.02.2010 as per the Order No. MS/CML/1-9/2009-10/S1 dated 15 Feb 2010. As per BSNL Kerala Circle website dedicated for 3G (http://210.212.237.100/MobInd/3GHom.asp and goto DATA PLAN) shows "Note : IF HSDPA card USB based is supplied by BSNL then
                              1. 1GB Data for Normal Hours and 5GB Data for Night hours is free for two months period for Rs.4343.
                              2. No free usage for Rs.2500/3000.

                              This page displays its "Last Updation on 22.02.2010" and "[protected]@kerala Telecommunications". But the official release as in the first link shows the sale stopped.

                              BSNL Plays the tricky game to sell their device at higher price and based on this order they are not giving even the connection for those who own the 3G Data Card / or 3G Modem enabled Phones.

                              I have received an e-mail from CMD, BSNL as follows.

                                Dear Sirs,
                                I applied for BSNL-may way IPTV on 24th Jan 2010. I was promised a connection within a week.

                                I did not get the connection even after a lapse of more than a month and added to that my Internet (broadband BSNL) has become very very erratic since I have applied for IPTV.

                                I once got a call from 'myway' telling me that they are testing the Internet and I complained about the erratic service of Internet. I was told it because they are trying to give me IPTV I may have disturbance in the Internet. I was promised they explain the matter to the concerned Linemen and the staff of BSNL how to rectify the defect.

                                I told 'mayway' people that the Internet connection will be alright in the morning but from 4 O'clock in the evening the DSL lamp starts blinking and I do not get the Internet connection. At times when I get connected to the Internet then I will get the message 'unable to find the server'.

                                I am in Investor in the share market and Internet connection is very important for me.

                                Could somebody try to do something so that I get the Internet connection properly. And if it is no possible to give me 'mayway' connection. Please refund my Rs. 1,500/- which I have paid.

                                telephone, Broadband, IPTv — All went o/o order

                                I am a subscriber of telephone, broadband & IPTv (cable TV ) services provided by MTNL. It is my experience that one should not subscribe all the services from a single vendor because all the services may get disrupted in one go & one is left totally helpless in absence of all these services which is quite necessity these days. My internet connection remains o/o for full 7 days, then telephone & IPTV also gets disrupted & now I am not being able to view bare necessary news for the last 3 days.

                                  Dear Sir ,

                                  My father has been using the landline for Ph.No:[protected] with Broad Band.Now for the connection the past 3 ths billing for Broadband alone has gone up very extensively upto Rs.8,900/-Wehre the Broad band bill alone is around Rs.5000/- whereas i.e not used.

                                  I personally feel as it has the option WiFi ,some other people would have used.Now when I raised the objection,the BSNL officer told it had to be secured while installing (wifi )& has suggested for unlimited option.Now ,this is the mistake of BSNL that they have not secured the network a.As a lay man I will not know all these things .the BSNL engineer had to do it initially.Even the BSNL officer has told that ,if required the engineer will secure.Now tell me why should I paythe additional bill for no fault of mine but hte negligence of BSNL.

                                  The billing plan for Broad Band is Rs.500,where night is free & 2.5 GB free Download.

                                  So kindly provide a solution.

                                    BSNL Broadband — BROAD BAND CONNECTION NOT RECEIVED

                                    I HAVE APPLIED FOR BROAD BAND FACILITY FROM BSNL A MONTH AGO. TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM BSNL. THE REPLY GIVEN BY LOCAL EXCHANGE IS IRRATIONAL. WHETHER IT IS WISE TO OPT FOR SOME OTHER BROAD BAND CONNECTION ( LIKE RELIANCE, AIRTEL,ETC).

                                    BSNL Broadband — BSNL Broadband absolutely frustrating

                                    I've applied for BSNL broadband as a non BSNL consumer on 23rd June,2007. They told me that they will provide phone and broadband within one month. But after two months when i went to Jadavpur exchange (Kolkata-700032) customer care they told me that due to lack of sufficient ports they are unable to provide connection and told me to wait for another one month. After that whenever i asked them over phone they used to tell me that they don't know when to provide connection due to lack of sufficient ports.
                                    I went to Ranikuthi exchange (Kolkata -700040) to meet the Area manager but she/he was not there. But i gathered his/her phone number anyhow and called couple of days later but all are in vain. Almost one month ago i read in Anandabazar and Times Of India that BSNL will clear all pending connections within 15 days but i still searching for it. I'm totally depressed and frustrated.
                                    I've also called "Public Relation Officer" - Nodal officer (Public Grievances) at[protected]/[protected] numbers but no one is picking up the phone, i also tried "District Officer" - Consumer Affairs at[protected] but all are fruitless.
                                    I'm seeking your help and support.
                                    I work in a company so physical visit all the time is not possible for me. I dont know why a telephone company not receiving phone calls? So whats the use of "Grievance Cell" and "Customer Care"?

                                    BSNL Broadband — No Internet Connection

                                    I have not been able to use my broadband service from past 8 days. Even after repeated complain to customer service nothing is been done.We are not able to reach Tech support for BSNL its always busy and after 15 mins of hold the line automatically gets disconnected.Everyday i have been waiting to reach technical support for more than 2 hrs but no luck. Moreover the Customer Servivce is so rude that if we complain about the bad service and bill adjustment they disconnect the call.Being a government no WONDER people are so rude and have no CUSTOME SERVICE skills . They don't know how to speak to the customer.

                                    WHAT a CRAPPY SERVICE BSNL PROVIDE.
                                    I wish that there is somebody to listen to the Customers Grievances.
                                    BSNL should probably be the worst in customer service. They have a low quality call center workforce who are unable to solve any issue really. Go for Airtel broadband

                                    3 If i see the videos, images, if i visit any email site, or if send email or chat with someone, are these actions about Price or Rent? If yes then howmuch

                                    Hi, This is muthu from gummidi poondi, I have applied new BSNL Brad band connection before one year also i have personally asked them so many times, still now no response from them, they are not talking any action for it. they are providing some business people but not providing us. I don't know when the govt employees will work. they are simply sitting and getting salary.

                                    BSNL - broadband — NONWORKING SINCE LAST ONE WEEK

                                    My Bsnl broadband is not working properly and i heard that bsnl is cheating with us . I heard that bsnl is very good but is is so poor and dull connection . Also my bill was also wrong . My wrong bill details are :-
                                    My bsnl home plan is 500 C
                                    1. In 500 C plan there is no fixed monthly charges but my bill has invalid monthly charges was Rs. 280/- Rs so why this happen
                                    2. And i am cheated with over billing that there is 175 free local calls per month but the bill has 50 local calls so why my bill is incorrect and my total bill was Rs 497/- . And when i go to exchange the officer deals with very bad manner ... Then i want to dicontinue the service of bsnl .
                                    3. I can't check my broadband usage ..

                                    So i hope that you should correct my bill and take steps to avoid mistakes .
                                    inspite of contenuos chasing with the exchange technical team and lodging complaints by phone i think none in the BSNL do really bothers about the customers or their probs of the broadband, this always through me out of my opinion that BSNL is completely different from the other Govt. dept's. hope they awake and put a little effort to throw away these change of opinions from customers.

                                    BSNL — Sheer Negligence and no Customer care

                                    I have a Bsnl landline. The connection was dead for last more than four years despite many requisitions. Six month's back, I was askes to pay about Rs. 4000 for reactivation. I depositted the money and the connection was reactivated. After less than one month from the day of activation, the connection got dead again. Surprisingly I am continuaosly receiving bills for last about five months since the phone remained dead. The BSNL have no right to operate the landline services with so much of poor performance and no customer support. On their Cellular service, OH! you can hardly listen to the caller. Jai HO BSNL JI.
                                    I want to sue the company for their fraudulant attitude which has caused freat inconveniance to me. Please guide.

                                    I was not able to use broadbad internet connection for 2 months instpite of taking 25o plan. I have been charge huge amounts without any up load or down load by me. Some one is using my internet connection for uploading and down loading and I am paying the bill. If this is the case with bsnl its better to take any private connections available in the market. I have given a written complaint to the head office and even then no action is taken after a month. Today when everything is at the tip of the finger why is bsnl taking more than one month to check one complaint and take any action? This is real neglegence towardscustomers.

                                    BSNL Broadband — Bills not yet received and no Internet connectivity.

                                    Hi. My name is Tuhin Chakravorty. I am from Bangalore. I had applied for bsnl broadband connection in the month of Dec. '07 which I had received in the month of Jan. '08. Then, I got the broadband connection in the month of April '08.

                                    From Jan. '08, I have never received any telephone bills till date which has resulted in the discontinuation of my telephone line several times. I used to get the duplicate bills from the bsnl office and asked them several times about the original bill. They said that it was dispatched on time. But here, I have never received it on any point of time. But still, I continued clearing the bills. Last month, they have discontinued my internet connection. Again, I did the same thing and cleared it off. Issue is, still now I don't have internet connection. I called up all the possible numbers in vain. Somebody please help me with this non-sense government activities. Their behaviour is also not very good. Please help me in this regard.

Since than no service is provided and I am keep asking concerned people in our exchange, later complained to the SDOT at taluka place many times. it is more than 15 days I got the connection but problem is not yet solved. I am ending up in paying the fees for having become BSNL customer without getting proper service from them. If this trend is not amended, many customers in this area will be forced to terminate the relations with BSNL. As it is a national entity and serving the rural areas we were proud of BSNL. Since the private players have enterd the field BSNL need to look at its strategy towards customer care.

                                    BSNL Broadband — no action on complaints

                                    Hello,
                                    I recieved a BSNL broadband connection in May 2008. Within a few days o[censored]sage, their modem has stopped working.
                                    It has been at least one month since I have tried everyday in one form or the other to get my complaint addressed, but without success.
                                    I tried their call center at 1500, 1957 and a toll free number too, but all ask me to book complaint at a local number[protected]. I have made multiple requests at this last number but no action has been taken.
                                    One person visited my premises last week and said he will come back with a spare modem to test and that I may have to pay to buy another modem. This is within 1 month of operation.
                                    Isnt there any service guideline which BSNL follows? No warranty of their equipment?
                                    In our building there is reallly a monoply of BSNL as no other provider is allowed to install equipment.

                                    For the month of June in my VIEW USAGE DETAILS as provided by bsnl for their customers on their website dataone.in, the Usage details they were showing as " 2538 MB ", but in the bill they mentioned my usage details as " 2760 MB " and when I booked a complaint to them for that extra usage they showed in bill and the extra ammount they have mentioned in their bill, then after that the nexxt day when i saw my usage detail for the month of JUNE they changed it from " 2538 MB " to " 2760 MB ".
                                    And their service for VIEW USAGE is the WORST SERVICE i have ever seen.Once in the same month of june they mentioned in their VIEW USAGE DETAILS that i have used 10 GB in 6 seconds which is IMPOSSIBLE and when i booked a complaint they changed it later.
                                    And now i want the justice to be done and sever action should be taken against the BSNL for their FROUD.

                                    Hi, I have opted for BSNL broadband connection 2 weeks ago. from the day one I have problem in connect to Internet. Even after calling customer care every day I get Irresponsible respone saying that SNR is low thats why u have a problem and it has been forwarded to the local exchange.
                                    One more thing is that even after specifying the alternate communication number. These people insist us to use only bsnl. Where as this connection is oppted only for Internet purpose. and the person who calling back also wants us to attend the connection which is connected to PC. As of now there is so less SNR allocated and after connecting the parallel phone there is no link at all.
                                    Can some body help me how to get through situation. I think in the next 10 days I will receive my bill of 750 Rs. where as I have not been served properly for.
                                    Why should a consmer go behind these people, do these people think that the consumer doen't have any work to or not.

                                    This is to inform that my BSNL line is out of order for more than week. I have informed the JE who is in charge; he is not giving the proper answer why the line is down. Further he is not behaving well with the customer. If this going be the scenario then I near further BSNL will go off. Private sectors are giving proper response for there customers. This is a scenario from Guduvanchery telephone exchange.

                                    Every time if the telephone goes down it takes a minimum of 10 - 15 days to be rectified, but they are sending the bills correctly.

                                    Atleast 2 times in a month (2 weekends), the broadband connection does not work and when we call up the BSNL authorities they say the server is down or some other problem. This is very irritating and no idea why the server should be down so frequently! We regularly and promptly pay the 500 rs bill for this and is this the kind of service given?

                                    Request a strict action against the authorities and fix the problem soon as that the customer breathes easy.

                                    How I get the Broad Band usage details and what i will do for getting the same. What is the Website name and portal name to get BB usage detials. How I can open it?
                                    I'm paying for the broadband connection since 6 months and this is what happened:

                                    First there was a link problem ad there was noone to resolve it after so many complaints, lineman came 3-4 times but went back in a typical sarkari manner leaving it to be the problem from office end

                                    After all frustations i stopped paying them and thought something can happen now, but alas the number became out of service and there was none to follow up as to why it has been done

                                    after a month when i was left with no option as airtel and reliance did not have line in the location, i had no choice but to go back to BSNL and deposit all bills for no usage even a sum of around 3000 Rs. even for the period when the phone was dead for 1 month and there was no dialtone as the complaint could not be booked for out of service numbers

                                    finally after 4 rounds to the office and continous follow ups with line man and a bit a bribery line got up and after some days the ADSL link but now ...the username and password is told to be invalid and there is noone who can resolve this...please suggest what to do here, , , , , , , , mail e on [protected]@gmail.com if i have some way out...need to be on internet on an urgent basis...is some BSNL employee is listening ...i can pay you to bring me out of this black hole

                                    my tele no[protected] last 07 days my phone is dead two time i make complain and complain no 24785 dt: 16/10/08 and second 25186 dt: 19/10/08. now this time is festival time at that time they come for Diwali Bonus. how we can do that if they do not serious for our complain last one week. i also passing today dt : 21/10/2008 from one sub branch they told me you go main branch this is not in our hand. How it can possible sir? when need new connection any branch we apply when some problem why we go main branch ?

                                    its more than one month when i gave a written application about problem in broadband connection. Till then I have gone in the office. But answer is that we have noted down your complaint and will work on that. But of no use. No person has came to rectify the problem but the monthly rental bill had reached the home in time.                                     BSNL Broadband — No internet connection yet

                                    I received the Wireless Router (Modem) on the 10th of September until now 24th of November, almost 2 months passed by nothing has been done and I am damn sure of nothing will be done. Even though I have visited the customer service center in Hosakerehalli like a fool every week and asking to fix the unknown problem but in vain. I used to call up daily but nobody has time to lift the phone call and even if somebody lifts it up, I used to get an assurance of fixing the problems for the internet connection. I really wonder why people don’t work or it is just a sheer negligence.

                                    I had tried the BSNL EVDO connection which is damn slow. I was happy to hear at first from my friends regarding the service being provided by BSNL, but everything seems to be untrue.

                                    I really pity on the system, which nobody will be able to change. People work only when pressured or bribed or with influence. Even though BSNL is India’s biggest telephone networks, people still having problems with a simple silly connections. I would like to treat this as a lesson learnt and I would make sure not to recommend anybody.

                                    I had got my broadband connection on April 2008. MY telephone no. is 25654658 is working properly. But broadband is not working properly. My modem is D-Link ADSL. It showing 678, 691, 619 & more. The main problem is not continuous link in modem.But I confirm that there is no problem in my modem. It working properly in other line.

                                    I have unlimited broadband service on my Ph. No. [protected]. In the last month (Nov. 2008) my broadband service was not working for one week. After many complaints it was repaired and this month it again went out of service. My complaint doct. No. is 27051 dated[protected]. Againg I am requesting the concerned officers for restore my service. I have consumer right to get the interrupted service as I pay the bill for whole month. The service of BSNL broadband is worsening day by day. If it remains so I have no option other than disconnection of all services.

                                      my name is rajesh jagetiya. i am from bardoli- surat- gujarat. i have a mobile connection of bsnl prepaid from last 7 years and the mobile no. is [protected] . i was activate a scheme of 49 paisa per minute before 3 months. but now i want to change the scheme for 1 paisa 1 minute. and i was called to custermor care for that matter atleast 15 times but every time i called the reply is different person to person . i was try for that from last 1 month but steel i am not succes .
                                      i dont know why this happen at all goverment companies . i think one reason is this that the all emloyees think that we ( ek am adami bichara ) cant do anything against them because the are government's employee .

                                      BSNL Prepaid Mobile — now available on scheme facility

                                      i have subscriber of bsnl prepaid moble from last 7 yrs. I recharge mobile time to time but when i cant get validity on recharge then i ask to coustomer care then they inform me that my card is life time scheem but i have reguler prepaid scheem then i ask about the change of plan. then care centre did't reply me properly. i tried 3 times but every time the try to avoid me with keeping a phone side i hold it every time more than 19 minutes..so pls informe me were to complaint ..about that.. all matter..
