    I had enquired for the validity rechare in the morning about 6:45 am, company has informed that you could recharge with 280 and you will get 240 blance and one year validity. But when I recharged with 280 I had recived only 39.99 only and one year validity then I had contact the customer support then they transformed call to the seiner and seiner has told that your balance will be provided immeditly but still I had not recieced my balance in my mobiles.

EVEN WRITING LETTERS TO PRO AND GM BSNL PROVED INEFFECTIVE MAY BE IT WAS BELOW THEIR DIGNITY TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT. NOW I HAVE ONLY OPTION LEFT TO PERFORM CREMATION OF THE BSNL SIM WHICH I WAS RELUCTANT BECAUSE OF EITHER LOYALTY OR LONG ASSOCIATION WITH IT.         since last one year i am not getting my NIC-Internet bill. Three months back i went to BSNL office, Ranchi to get the duplicate bill. they gave me a bill for six months, then i deposited about Rs.3000/-. after that again the same thing happened. that means again i am not getting bill. can you tell me, is it my my fault ? if not then why should i suffer? I advise to CMD of BSNL, that if you are unable to manage to serve the bill to its customers, then why not you take back NIC-Services provided to me, after refunding the deposited the amount ?
        please reply me, if you have a line in reply. your services are very worse since ever.

          Hi,

          We are having one BSNL landline in the my mother's name. We are shifted to our new flat which was hardly 50 feet away from the flat in which we were earlier staying. We had apply for shifting this landline to our new flat on 22nd June 2005.
          But still it is not shifted. Eralier we were told that there is no cable in our building for BSNL connection. Now all the telecommunication companies are providing their services in my building. Even I have one Reliance wired landline and Tataindicom wired broadband.
          I can't understand why only BSNL is not providing their their serices to their customers?

          Please help me.

            I applied for broadband connection with plan 'home250', i got it but after that i applied to change the plan to 'HOME COMBO 500c' on January 14,but i did't got it.
            I went to the BSNL office to check what is the problem? People working there checked their system, it was showing that the new plan is activated on Jan 21.But it was not visible in the portal.
            The just said not to use the service according to new plan, use the old one only for now,new plan will be effective from the next month(March).
            So i waited but the new plan is still not activated.

            I was presently staying at Guru Prem Complex, Badlapur (E) holding Tel No. 2692395 and later on shifted to Maulinagar CHS Ltd in 2007. I had applied for shifting the above number, but due to non availability of cable the same could not be shifted. I had requested that as soon as possible new cable be installed in that area so that I can apply and get a new connection. The urgency is that I am holding the post of P.A to Hon'ble Vice-Chairman, M.A.T, Mumbai, and because of that I am required to be in touch with the Hon'ble Vice-Chairman for day to day work. Even the use of mobile is not up to the mark. Also I am intending of going for purchasing a Computer for that Internet connectivity is required.
            I had spoken with the SDE, Badlapur for the last two years and he has informed me that the file is in process. My humble request is that necessary steps be taken urgently to lay down new cables so that I apply for a new connection and get the same at the earliest.
            My broad band on telephone no.[protected] is not working since 01-03-

            2010 kindly do the needful.
            I got a broadband combo connection at my residence in the month of June, 2010 and till today, I am not able to work on my internet as error 678 was appearing. Numerous complaints have been made to Nandivli Exchange, MIDC Dombivli office and also Kalyan office besides sending e.mails to [protected]@bsnl.com with a copy to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but of no avail.
            My residence No.[protected]. Is there anyone in the BSNL who can listen to the customers' grievance ?

                Closing of Docket numbers without rectification.

                It has become the habit of Thillai Ganga Nagar Telephone Exchange to close the complaint docket numbers without rectifying the fault for my Landline 22672508.
                Docket No.56127863 dated 14th Feb 2010 was closed without attending to faults.So I had to obtain another Docket No.56131208 dated 15th Feb 2010.
                Similarly Docket No.55504940 dated 27th Feb 2010 was closed without attending or rectifying the defect with a SMS "[protected]Landline...

                I am a prepaid customer of BSNL Haryana since many years. I got an sms on[protected] that BSNL is giving 20% extra talktime on top-up of Rs. 550/- MRP and above. I got recharge my mobile number [protected] on[protected] at 07:44 a.m., but i got talktime of Rs. 493/- only. I want my remaining balance.

                  It's been 3 months since I applied for a broadband connection with BSNL. 15 days back the phone was installed after lot of trouble. I was told within a week all the installation will be done. But till date, nothing is done. Also no number has been given for the telephone connection.                       I'm using BSNL prepaid mobile[protected]on 24 th feb i had recharged it by Rs. 100/- but in two days my balance become Rs. 6/- I din't have activated any value added services. I have a 1P/Sec. plan 3 months back. Itried to find out the resan for this deduction from BSNL Service centre from last 6 days. But nobody is giving a satisfactory ans.I'm really fed up with this. If i did'nt get any solution ;I'll surender my both Mobile card.
                      I am also facing same problem, it is better not to recharge BSNL sim card.

                              I am using "https://portal.bsnl.in" for Top-Up my mobile. Every time I get the desired Talk Value after Top-Up through online Service. Recently on 11/02/2010 at 16:34:14 hrs I have made a online Top-Up from "https://portal.bsnl.in". But till the date the Top-Up money has not been Credited to my Mobile No. and the same has been debited from my SBI Bank Account. I have contacted the Customer Care several times and nothing action has been taken till now. Every time the Customer Care peoples are saying that recently you will be informed, Few days ago one of the Calcutta Telephones Employee called me on my Mobile and saying that Online Recharge / Top-Up may not success sometimes. If so then some kind of tracking facility should be there or CLOSED DOWN of ONLINE Recharge / Top-UP Facility.

                              But till the date no Talk Value has been credit to my Mobile Account or the amount has not been refund back. I have also logged a complaint on Public Grievance (Reg. No. DOTEL/E/2010/00508 on 17/02/2010) and which has been forwarded to Calcutta Telephones on 19/02/2010. But still no action has been taken.

                                ph.no 24532721 is dead since last 2 weeks.& complaint made last week no one has come &attended . when ever we r reporting complaint regarding dead phone in the area santoshnagar offic simply noting down no interest is taken .if action is not taken we will feel that bsnl is not interested in customer& we will ask u to cancell the land phone as well as the internet being a regular payment customer we feel trouble with the bsnl .in future we will like to have facility with other phone department.
                                the facility calling 10 paise per min. with family &friends after 9.pm.is available with the land phone or not.the information we need.

                                  To day in the evening of 28.02.10, I lost my mobile with SIM No- [protected],while doing marketing around Kankerbagh Tempo stand/Mandir.
                                  Immediately, I informed Kankerbagh Police Station.
                                  I want to have a duplicate SIM.
                                  Please let me know whether contact no stored in the lost SIM can be retrieved or not when new/Duplicate SIM will be issued.

                                  Ihave also intimated the jurisdictional Police Station.
                                  I want to block the SIM .
                                  BSNL customer care no [protected] is not functioning properly since 4-5 days. Only computerised tapes are running , no one is taking the phone/call manually. I have hopelessly tried to contact them for activation of GPRS in one Pre-Paid connection, but due to non-receipt of call of Customer Care Executive, and non sending of settings of GPRS on mobile , GPRS could not be activated.
                                  Please guide me as to what should be done by me for GPRS in Pre-Paid and blocking of SIM in Post Paid no No-[protected].

                                    hi,

                                    i sent sms 'M3G120' to 53733 frm my Sony Ericsson W700i mobile out of my curiosity in 3G. i thought it wont change anything and 'll only add some extra services if eligible. but got confirmtn msg saying 'Your plan has been changed to EXCEL 3G-GENERAL' ! hw can i change bk it to Student Suvidha, my old plan? i enquired in some shops but they dont knw bout this since its a new thing. also customer cares r busy 2day.
