My Home phone no is[protected]. I have submitted application for cancellation of my phone & broadband services on February 22nd, 2010, as i am moving to another state. I have done follow up with respected authority for arround 8-10 times personnly but, there are no action taken on this matter. I have fully paid up my bill for my phone & Broadband services.
I also have 1100Rs deposite with BSNL.
Sir can you please kindly look in to it to cancel my Phone & Broadband service.

BSNL Broadband — Installation not done
Dear Sir,It's been 3 months since I applied for a broadband connection with BSNL. 15 days back the phone was installed after lot of trouble. I was told within a week all the installation will be done. But till date, nothing is done. Also no number has been given for the telephone connection. When I call to enquire the status, phone rings but nobody lifts. I went in person as well, but no change. Just for reference I m quoting the order no I was given, 65002112. Hoping they'll look into this complaint and act.
