[Resolved]  BSNL — adsl link failed all time

I am having probleme with BSNL Broad band connection for last 1 months. The broadband often goes down for hours and hours. The customer support lines never works or always engaged.For last one month the connection is down. Every time when we contact the customer service they give new complaint no

I also have the same problem. The adsl link is very unstable. At BSNL's suggestion, I replaced the telephone cabling to my apartment, tried with another modem (given by bsnl), tried with a different computer, but the problem still recurs. Logging complaints, sending mails do not seem to have any effect on BSNL officials. When it worked for a week, the bsnl official told me that it was a problem at their end which they have supposedly set right. But, the problem has occurred again.
So, if you get a solution to this, let me know.

I have also suffered from the same problem. Let me tell you one thing, if your line is ok, which means that there is no noise, then there is no problem from your side. This is either the problem with your local exchange from which you get your adsl link or it can be with the server. My suggestion to you is to go the local exchange and check your ADSL port there. And even if the problem is not solved, then book your complaint at broadband helpline number [protected]. This may help
I am also facing same problem. My adsl link fails after each 3mins and then comes back after mins. I hav called bsnl office [protected] they always give me a token number. Then I got a sms next day in my mobile saying:-
"Dear Customer Your Circuit xxxxxxxx has beed Restored."
but I am not at all getting any change in connection problem.

It is more than month or more I am continuing my efforts to solve the problem of broad band connection specially keeping the stadyness of adsl link by means of recording the complaints with 198 but no fruit ful result has been received till date. Under the cirmstrances I will be rather compelled to surrender the facility as I am not interested to suffer further by paying my hard earned money to garbage.In this connection I advise you further I have tested my tolal wiring line within my house as per advise of the local exchange. I have doubt there may be either something in the d.p. box.or from the end of your server.
please look in to the matter.
Im having the same problem, they say this and that for a while. so im going to consumer form and get some money.

I am also having the same ADSL Link down problem for last 2 months. Initially I thought it is problem
with my desktop. Then I tried using my laptop. There aswell I see the problem pretty consistently.
DSL router web page says 0/35 status toggles between "UP", "ADSL Link Down", "PPP down" every 2 minutes (approx).

So far I called the customer "care" 6 times. Whenever I ask for status of the complaint, they give
a new complaint number. Or they give some officer's phone number, who never picks up phone.
So far I got two complaint numbers. 1009/276. 1009/303.
If I ask for the previous complaint status, they say it is resolved.

BSNL broadband if it works, it has to work on its own.
If there is a problem, then god has to help us/them.
Exactly the same problem...Man!!! I am just fade up with this problem.. I am facing this problem since last 2yrs...
