[Resolved]  BSNL — Delay in new land line connection

Dear Sir,

Greetings from Shri Ram Tours & Travels, Jodhpur!!

This is to infm u tt, I had applied for a New BSNL Tel.conn Date: 25-Sept-2009 and accordingly deposited the FORM duly filled, signed with relevant docs at BSNL Shastri Nagar Office.

I've attached a copy of the FORM duly stamped and received by BSNL S/Nagar office Dated:
25-Sept-09, FYI.

(Contact Mr.L.S.Panwar for further action)
* Paota Telegraph Office - Mr. L.S. Panwar
(Replied that there is a Fault in the DP Box, Lineman to Rectify,
then conn will be given)
* West Patel Nagar - Mr. C.P. Dave
(Replied that Unless instructed by Mr.Choudhary will not proceed
further to instruct the lineman and rectify the DP box)
* Sardarpura Telegraph Office - Mr. J.C. Choudhary
(Replied that the Patient is ill, Doctors attending to the Patient
and will take some more time to restore and rectify the error).

I hereby request you to kindly intervene in this matter and sort out this lingering issue at the earliest possible.

Pls. instruct necessary authorities at your end to look into this matter and oblige.

An early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
