my landline no. is 27502155.bsnl refused to give me a landline and i was directed to a franchaisee, swami smarth . this concern is having DID, a technical term. they have a PBX like thing and all the residents of the society are given landline connection . when i wanted a braodband, i was directed to BSNL. i got the broadband. which works sometime.many of the days, the landline is not working. 10 days back, the landline was not working, but broadband was working. after protracted follow-up, the landline started working, but broadband failed.the franchisee expresses their inability to solve the problem. they are expecting mr.kudal from chinchwad exchange. i met mr.jadhav at chinchwad exchange. he also promised to rectify things. the present status is broadband is not working for the last ten days.landline too failed today.

I have Landline & Broadband Connection through[protected] since last one and half month we could not get continues connection of internet for the same. I had complain frequently but I could not get any proper answer. In day we are trying more then 40 time but nobody is ready to attained our telephone ( Panigate Exchange, Vadodara). In a private section their max. time limit is not more than 16 hrs. within this time they have to solve this problem otherwise they are suppose to increase our internet hrs. accordingly.
Kindly look in this matter and solve this at early hrs.
