[Resolved] BSNL — Outgoing calls not working

I am using the bsnl cellone prepaid number[protected] in the madhya pradesh circle and the outgoing facility is not working as i get the message "check operator services" whenever i make an outgoing call. this despite there being both validity and recharge amount in the account. I lodged a complaint with the maharashtra-madhya pradesh-chhattisgarh call centre in this regard on 26.7.2008 whose docket number is 2500689. Worst BSNL calls are not going.First basic need itself is failed thats pathetic .B4 competing with jio they should restore calls outgoing...

I am from bsnl goa circle with landline no. 2289720. Every-month the outgoing call stop working atleast for a week and with that the broadband also do no work. It takes a week after complaint for the operator to respond. I am not sure if the operator disconnect and keep at the exchange.

Akash Malghane my service barred for the no recharge for 6 month
Thin i recharge the sim hi is not accepted the recharge and not any costumer cair call are connected successful plise my problems are consider bsnl limited...

I changed the sim from bsnl west bengal circle to kolkata cirlcle. My 3g sim activated and tele verificatiom done. But I could not make a outgoing call. While recharge as told by customer care, recharge not taken as the new sim stillness showing bsnl west bengal. What is the problem, i don't understand, customer care also not given any solution. I have gone to bsnl exchange for changing my 2g west bengal circle to kolkata circle 3g but exchange office told me we could not do anything. What to do? This is my vital number, i dont want to cancel this number. Please help.
