broadband connection disconnects again and again

my bsnl broadband connection([protected]) is not connected easily and if it connects it disconnects again and again after 2-3 minutes. i am fed up complaining in exchange. my exchange resides in Sonipat, haryana. please do the needful....

But, in the telephone bill, my name is printing as SRIRAM P.

Poor quality network in Chennai

I have a post paid Cell one connection for the past 3 years. The qulaity of network in Chennai has been wanting for a long time but has become extremely bad of late. I have to come out my residence (anna Nagar Chennai) to speak any time and it is impossible to speak otherwise. At my office I have rush across a couple of rooms to a corner the only place where I get clear signals ( also at Anna Nagar) Apart from this its been virtually impossible...

This is regarding my BSNL WLL phone. After depositing due sbills & even the bill which has not come yet still my BSNL no 2909017 is not working. I have reported about the same & get the answer that it willo work same day when I will deposit the Payment.
If someone calls on the same no. will here the automated message of service is blocked....

30 rupee will be deduced from my balance

from my balance 30 rupee will be deduced every month. i report about this to bsnl costmor. he tell ur "dating tips" survice is activated and we disconnect it from your mobile. and no money is charged from your sim.and today my balance goes in nagetive.SIR really bsnl is a very poor survice.SIR PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT THIS PROBLEM

broadband bill

one month before i changed my plan from 250 to home 500c.
i got 1100/- bill in may bill, i thought it would have included deposit but now my june bill is around 1200/- even though my usage is 1512MB out of 1.5GB and my calls are around 58. pls help me regarding it....

poor connectivity

i have 500 combo plan of broadband .I have been facing a problem in the net connection from few days that many times link disappears and net is disconnected when i do the work on net

broadband connection not connecting with 678 error for more than 1.5 months

Almost everyday i am raising complaint for my broadband connection thru BSNL online complaint booking system, as surprisingly without attending the call (neither calling on the alternate number provided not visiting house) the complaint is removed from the system, as I can raise complaint again next day. The way staff responds to my phone call, clearly shows their limited knowledge about the product and solution/service that is required...

bsnl tones

i had registered on your bsnl tones portal successfully and used that twice.few days back, my laptop got the new hard disk and Ram just for the speed enhancement with every software including windows Xp newly insdtalled or again installed.
after this process, whenever i tryt o login to bsnl portal, it never happens and i end up with nothing but the same main window.
pls help me what to do now??
