BSNL do something...
Sir,
Since I hae taken the Bsnl's WLL connection with internet faciliti.
Every time thre is some or another complaints about it.Some times there is server down sometime there is Drop.
I don't know why there is always dissconnect automatically after 5 min when there is no activity.
Please take this as serious matter because I have seen returning there connection just because of the problem that they are not given those facilityie for which they are being charged
But there is no problem with you because it is a governments's company
the worker's are not at the office at the right time.Please solve this problem so o avoid a revolution

RENT IS TAKEN EVERY MONTH WITHOUT DELAY EVEN FOR ONE DAY YOU DELAY YOUR BILL PAYMENT THEY CHARGE LATE PAYMENT FEES. HERE THEY SAY IT IS POLICY OR RULE.
I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IS IT NOT YOUR POLICY TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT FOR SERVER MAINTENANCE SO THAT IT DOESN'T GET DOWN DAILY. IT IS OK ONCE IN A WEEK.. WHAT WHEN IT IS DOWN DAILY. IT MEAN CUTOMER IS PAYING TO HAVE THE SERVER DOWN DAILY.
IT IS SOMETHING MAKING BLIND EYES WITH COMPLAINT BY BSNL OFFICAL.
I THINK SOME BODY HAVE TO TAKE THIS TO CUSTOMER COURT THAN ONLY THERE WILL BE SOME SOLUTION TO IT,
