I have got the modem two weeks ago but IP is not configured yet.
In spite of several complain in the Paharpur telephone exchange(garden reach, metiabruz )no correct action has been taken.

They are repeatedly giving me useless assurance that my password has not been created yet. I request you to look into this matter.

Yesterday, I lodged a complain regarding non functioning of my land line (no.[protected] under Nabagram Telephone Exchange which comes under the jurisdicgion of Serampore Telecom Circle.This land line was given due to my broadband connection and is operational only through the BSNL IT card.In my last two years experience in using broadband, I can only say it is a horrible experience.Neither link nor speed is ensured. Very recently the link is coming in the modem very quickly and broadband is giving a fine response, but the phone no. which I mentioned earlier is giving me a tough time. Moreover, I have a mobile connection of Excel no. [protected].On 01.07.08 I made an SMS for taking the excel p benefit for two BSNL nos. for slashed tariff.I made a similar complain yesterday, but it is needless to say, that as usual, the Super Navaratna BSNL did not pay any heed to my concerns, and never pay any heed to the concerns and problems of millions of their valued customer(don't know whether BSNL at all think these customers as valued or not!!!). I don't know even your capacity or whether you are at all powerfull enough to solve the above mentioned problem or not. I know BSNL is getting used to all these complaints and these complaints do not bear any significance to them. I will consider myself very lucky if I am proven wrong. Hope(that's what only I can do now) for an early action from your end.

My connection was installed since 19th June’08 by Kailash Telephone Exchange, Bandel, HOOGHLY.

This is to inform u, my internet connection is totally out of order from the evening of 15th Jully’08.

I can’t access my broad band Internet connection. While trying to connect it’s only showing “Connecting through WAN miniport (PPPOE)…” Error : 678.

I have repeatedly informed the BSNL office of Kailash Nagar, Bandel, also makes some complains, DOCKET No. U1508.

But my BSNL Broad band connection problem is not at all solved yet, though 4 days has been passed away.

Received sms from cal telephones on 27-12-08 to collect one free prepaid SIM having free talk time of Rs. 100. I have BROAD BAND CONNECTION OF MONTHLY RS. 1000.00 My no is 25670250. contacted Mr. Banerjee SDM ( TEL NO.[protected], JESSORE ROAD DUM DUM. He told that he had no knowledge on this issue. Why this SMS ?Will the CHIEF GENERAL MANAGER, CAL TELEPHONES look into this unnecessary harrasment ?

On 14th Dec, 08 i have shifted from my old house(11, sreepur(1st lane), ramlalbazar, kol-78) to my new house(6, arya vidyalaya road, lalgate, garfa, kol-78). the telephone department have shifted my connection to my new house after my submissing of request in the BSNL telephone department on 19th Dec, 08. But unfortunately still my broadband connection haven't been connected yet.I am not applying for a new connection since it ws there with my old connection. My son & me are going every day to our local telephone exchange(Dhakuria) & also BSNL Telephone Department daily but our efforts are all in vein.


Pls will request you to pls look into this matter on an urgent basis.

I am a customer of calcutta telephones our phone number is[protected] we have paid our bill on 22nd january 2009 the total amount was Rs.542.00.But in our internet it is showing that we have not yet paid the bill.The due date was 29th january 2009.The bill period was of december.We have paid the bill at india post(Calcutta university post office).Please kindly look into this problem and send the email quickly or please contact us on our telephone number.

I am using BSNL broadband for last 2 years, last January 2009, I have applied for unlimited 750 plan and on 13th Jan from my BSNL portal, I saw that the plan get activated. So I was using my Broadband intensively, Unfortunately, on the Feb 09 I got a billed Rs.7300. where I suppose to make payment for Rs. 1000 only, I have tried to contact with our local office (BagBazar) regarding the discrepancy, unfortunately, those people dont have any idea about internet system! (GOD knows how those people got the job !!!)

I have really doubt on BSNL DataOne system, In this regard my name is Samir Chatterjee and My broad band Connection no#[protected]. I dont even know how I rid from this vicious circle o[censored]ncultured behavior, which I got from our honorable public service like BSNL. I would like to request you, please take some appropriate step in favor of customer like us...we really need the service.

1- link is regularly up & down
2- connectivity with your server

Here broadband is working one or two das properly in a week. and we are facing this problem on regular interval. so please look into this martter on priority basis & resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

I am PARESH CH DAS facing lots of problem related to broadband on regular basis. I took broadband connection under 750ul+ scheme but later I change my plan into 500 (unlimited plan), but yet I'm facing regular basis link failure problem . It has become a disgusting matter. I complain lots of time but there is no result.so please look into this martter on priority basis & resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
