BSNL prepaid mobile recharge:
I have tried to refill my BSNL prepaid Mobile, MH circle using ICICI online Mobile Prepaid Recharge Top-Up Facility through Internet Banking. Refill of Rs 55.0 TOP-UP on 02-APR-2009 at 11.30 am & haven't received any refill as yet (8.00 pm same day). Amount of Rs 56/- has been debited from my ICICI saving account.

I tried calling up the customer care on[protected], at least 25-30 times & could connect to the customer care after good eight hours of trying. (The so called Cust care is busy 24x7, than being available 24x7.)
After holding the line for 20mins (while being constantly subject to sad, repetitive music) the executive tells me that due to technical problems, he cannot help me. Please call later. (which in other words meant, I better forget my money.)

home 250 — bsnl broadband portal is not working
The site which was recoomended for cheaking the account usage of my broadband connection(www.data.bsnl.in)does'nt opens from past two weeks.Iam not able to view my account usage, i want to know the reason behind this happenings.Kindly inform me about the malfuntioning of your servers.
