I wish to deactivate the caller tune on my mobile No. [protected]. I sent SMS on 56700 "BT DACT" but it was replied as invalid SMS. I also registered a complaint with customer care on 25.2.2010 as complaint No. D[protected] but no action has been taken. It may be noted that providing unwanted service and deducting amount for the same without the consent of the consumer is robbery and also a gross deficiency in service. Please discontinue the caller tune immediately before I resort to the legal action in consumer court.

Bsnl sikar rajasthan is deducting Rs.30 per monnthfor bsnl yunes which I did not demand.Pl stop hello tunes permanently.Local staff no help.

BSNL in total service is very poor and failure in all field, I am sure if Govt of India withdraw the support, this company will collapse within a year.
Hello sir, I am Rajeev this is my mobile number [protected], I sent BT DACT to 56700 as mentioned in Help Desk of BSNL website. After sending 2 Rs was deducted and I got a messege that song cannot active as it is Invalid code. what it mean. really I do not know. do you want me to spend 2 more Rs to you, I dont know and it was not deactivated too, please deactivate my caller tune. Really I would say your NETWORK and your service is VERY VERY BAD and even your officers they dont have good manner to talk to old customers, When we come to your office.Ex:I went to one of your office, your staff behaved like animal

BSNL — deactivate caller tune
I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on some months ago. Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 10th - 15th February. They used to say that server is down or call after 24hours. On 15th again I sent a message for De-activation BT DACT to 56700. After two days I found that Rs.12/- was deducted. When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.332721) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by sending message on 21 february 2009. Rs.25/- was deducted from my sim. What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. Pls de-activate my BSNL Tune. my mobile no is [protected]. i want to deactivate the caller tune service and i want a immediate response
