[Resolved] BSNL Caller Tunes — 56799 call is not working

On BSNL customer care or bsnl site 56799 is the number told to chose desired song, but as soon as I call the number the call disconnects automatically and charge is deducted from my balance. I tried other ways mentioned but all of them just ate my money. I lost around 100 Rs this way. when I tried to lodge a complaint against this in customer care, the customer care representative told me that they dont have any complaint lodging system and they can not file any complaint. callertune not working — caller tune not working

one day on my mob. a call came asking for callertune

i deactivate their call

but they had made the callertune service on on my mobile
and cut the whole 45 rupees

i want to complain that on behalf of technical fault they are cheating us and they are the biggest theif
