Landline Telephone out-of-order

My landline telephone no.[protected] under Kankhuly Ghosepara Telephone Exchange(Alipore),Kolkata Telephones, has gone out-of -order 4 times in the last 15 days. Consequent upon complaints in the Customer Care, the telephone was repaired each time.But each time it went out of order within the next 1 or 2 days again.Please request the authorites to repair my landline telephone permanently as I've ailing parents at home who need constant...

Inspite of my depositing all the outstanding dues with BSNL Saheed Chowk, Ranchi Office, though the service has been regularised by Shyamali Branch of BSNL Maintenance Office, but the phone is one way. delaying in FFE allotment

hi, i am recently taken BSNL vennela plus sim from bsnl company, attracted by seeing in news paper that we can allot any BSNL no's (max 5 no;s) with in AP state in FFE at any time by deducting 15-25/-rs from our account, but it can't accessing, noticing that not possible with in 6 months, it is to bad for me....

Subscribe to downloads caller tunes etc

I get messages that I have downloads and will be charges. Also a message saying caller tunes subscribed. I have never subscribed. It is absolute cheating . When I called 24365 the executive told me rudely that I have subscribed and I can go to BSNL office and complain. This is autrocious. I am going to report this to Press. TRANSFER NOT DONE YET...

I WAS APPLY FOR TRANSFER LANDLINE ON 11 JUNE 2009 FROM DOMBIVALI (EAST) - 421201 TO BADLAPUR (EAST) - 421503. BUT MY BSNL LANDLINE NOT TRANSFERED YET. CUSTOMER HELP DESK TOLD ME TO GET WLL, AND CLOSE LANDLINE. BUT I WANT TRANSFER MY LANDLINE WITH BROADBAND CONNECTION. IF I WILL GET WLL, THEN BROADBAND CONNECTION WILL CANCELLED WHICH I DONT WANT.

Very very poor service

I am using broadband connection of Bharat.Sanchar.Nigam.Limited from past 8 months and i am fed with its problem of getting disconnected everytime,and not getting connection even after many attempts of connection.This priblem is not getting solved even after hundreds of complants....

i am a subscriber of bsnl MANIKJOD plan of kolkata,west bengal.
they had given an advertisement in the all leading newspapers that, those who have landline of bsnl in their house will get a rent free mobile for lifetime(subject to the condition of company's lifetime too).
and all calls made from that mobile to the home landline, against which the mobile was given will be absolutely free of cost.br...

excessive bill

I have a 500C connection activated in late July which I knew to be an unlimited connection after calcutta telephones has slashed their unlimited plan charges from 750 to 500. however, the first bill I received was Rs. 31467/- with broadband charges of 27292/-. I lodged an online complaint against this stupendous amount of bill but still have not received any reply. what I want to say is that even if the plan has been discontinued or aborted...
