We are using BSNL landline connection since 15-20 Years, which is in name of my father sh. K.A. Kuttappan, last year we also got internet connection from BSNL, and paid all the bill regularly, that usede to be less tha 2000 Rs, and the current bill received is of approx value 25000 Rs.
When enquired at BSNL, they said clerly that some data was not updated by BSNL for broad band, and they were not aware since long about it and after updating the data at their side and without prior intimation to consumers they sent the bill with such a high value.
My question here is "BSNL should be opologize for it"????????????
I strongly believe mistake is on BSNL Side and for that why i should be punished with such a bill.
secondly they should compensate for what they have done to me, i'm a workign person and the sudden increase in bill to 25000Rs has made me tensed till i reached their office and after hearing that it is mistake on their side my tension was how i will be paying the bill.
BSNL suggested to pay the bill in installments, but still i need to pay the current charges and the installment, if i consider installment for 1 year then EMI will be 2000Rs + my current bill.
I don't know how to react to it.
