My no is [protected] . i don't want your callertune facility.

I got a call from bsnl regarding caller tunes 1 month ago and while i was listening to that call (like press 1 for 1 song, 2 for some other song etc), they informed that your request is accepted for caller tunes. (I don't think i have dialled any no: while listening, if so then it must be in the screen). However i didnt bother to complain that. Now after 1 month bsnl has deducted Rs. 25/- for the same song with out any message or taking approval from me for continuing this song. This song is a religious song and not of my belief. Now BSNL has put me in touble and please consider this as my formal complaint.

Please stop this facility immediately.
