I had purchased a BSNL DATA Card (No.[protected] on 14 Aug 2009 from MK Enterprise, Nagerbazar, Kolkata (BSNL authorised agent). But due to low signal at my residential area, I decided to surrender the said card. I came to know that the the card was purchased from BSNL Office, Salt Lake, by MK Enterprise.I approached BSNL, Salt Lake on 09 Sep 09 for surrender of my card, as MK Enterprise is not willing to come in between. They told me to come after Durga Puja. I again visited BSNL office on 08 Oct 09. I was told by the reception to go to marketing section with an application for surrendering of the card. I approached there. The told me that I had to approach BSNL within one month of purchase of the card and directed to mobile section. From there I was directed to Counter No. 3 for duplicate bill. They told finally on 26 Nov 09 after 08 times visit at BSNL office, that my bill is not yet generated and if I donot show my paid bill, it will not be deactivated. BSNL & I donot know when the bill will be generated but I want that my DATA card may be deactivated immediately, as till date I couldnot open any site by that DATA Card.

bsnl landline telephone — phone not working properly
Resepected sir/madam,for the last two to three weeks our landline phone s not working........i dont know whether the problem is with telephone or landline connection........we have already registered once or twice for the complaint.but there s no response and we are even tryin bsnl toll no 1500 but no one s responding......we are in a great urgent for the phone .so i kindly request u to hear this complaint and do the service as soon as possible.thank u........
