barred out going calls sir i have postpaid connection my cellone no.is [protected] from rajasthan jaipur i deposit my bill but out calls are barred. my invoice no.[protected] acount no.[protected]

My postpaid cell no.is [protected] from the last week of August 2010. From 29th evening onwards I am getting the message that your outgoing calls are barred.
When I contacted the customer care over telephone, that the reason is non clearance of the Bill. Since I have not yet been received the concerned Bill, I enquired about it and
collected the bill from your customer care and cleared the bill on 01/10/2010 morning 9.45 AM. vide bill No.[protected] Rs.720/-. But till time it is not yet been activated.
I contacted the customer care and conveyed the complaint. Awaiting for immediate activation
