BSNL excel top up card — about recharge

i bought the top up card of value 112 RS on 11|5|09..and BSNL server was down on that day.BSNL costumer care officers say that i have used the card but i have not received any balance on my card yet.please do the needfull.

My Problem is resolved.

CellOne — Never received online recharge

I have done an online rechare for Rs.550 on 8 Dec 2010. it's been a week but still i haven't received the recharge.

BSNL — NON-RECHARGE OF TOP UP AMOUNT OF RS.220/- PAID ONLINE

I HAVE MADE ONLINE RECHARGE OF BSNL TOP UP (rS.220) THROUGH INTERNET ON 02.02.2011 VIDE RECEIPT NUMBER [protected] FOR RS.220/- AND TRANSACTION NO. TXT[protected] . MY CELL NUMBER IS [protected]. TILL DATE (I.E., 04/02/2011 AT 11.30 AM) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MESSAGE REVISING MY BALANCE.

I REQUEST THE CONCERNED TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION.

I recharge on my Bsnl number [protected] of Rs 100 on 15 Aug i recieve sms that Recharge successful but i did not recieve talk time.
I also complaint via mail 2 times to BSNl officer ( [protected]@bsnl.co.in ) but they did not give reply of my complaints.

I have recharged for Rs.50/- on 30th October 2012 and again online recharge has done through net banking(ICICI).But it is not accounting in my balance.Please let me know the reason for why the recharging process is not happening with my cell No [protected]
