I , K.B. REGHUNATHAN Nair, writing this letter to get your attention and practical help for the internet connection problem with my BSNL Broadband. My phone number is [protected]. I am living at kanjiramattom which is 2- 3 km from the bsnl thodupuzha exchange. I have reported many times the bsnl thodupuzha office that I am not getting bsnl broad band connection during evening and night time. At the same time with same phone wiring, modem and computer, I am able to get net connection during day time up to 5.30 to 6pm without many disconnections. 2 times bsnl officers came home and inspected the line phone, computer etc. The last modifications done by them are 1. Phone line from the post is directly connected to modem through a splitter. Only one phone is connected to the splitter end. 2. The DSL light become stable far better than before (during the day time). Now I am using the testing modem(DNA-A201BEi, in Bridge connection mode) from bsnl since my modem (nokia Siemens type 2) given to bsnl officer for inspection. My neighbors (anoop [protected]) are easily getting the same broad band connection during evening and night. In my case, the modem , line , computer , everything working fine in the morning time and gets internet fast, suddenly fails to connect to internet after around 5.30 pm or 6pm. During this time (after 5.30 or 6.pm and up to late night 1.30am or more) DSL starts blinking and gets stable then internet bulb starts blinking. Within 40 seconds internet bulb and dsl bulb goes off. Again within in 5 seconds same process starts. Even if the modem is not connected to computer, same thing happening during the problem time. I don’t know why bsnl officers are not able to solve my problem. I need to use my internet connection in the evening and night time. Also I have given a written complaint to the Divisional engineer, bsnl thodupuzha on 18.08.2010. Please provide a solution to my problem so that as an end customer I will be able to use internet connection normally since I am paying 750Rs every month for it.

BSNL — Charging of Services without willing
Start of Service without request and non-deactivation of the same service of Laughter ClubSir,
Last day I have complaint about non-deactivating the service of Laughter Club. Today when I was searching other complaints I found the same complaint. Therefore, it should be read in a modified way as stated below:
Deducted Rs.20/- without request for activation of Laugther Club with Service No.12555
A call on 28.6.2010 has been received on my phone no.[protected]. When I press key for hearing, no sound has been heared, I repeated hello, hello but no answer has been received. After some time call ended and after few minutes a message has displayed on my phone mentioning that ' thankyou for subscription of Rs 20/- for Laugther Club and Rs.20/- has been charged and deducted from my account for one month. I am surprised how can BSNL has deducted Rs.20 because I have never press any button for activiate this service. Without my activation request Rs.20/- has been deducted by BSNL. It is fraud.
Again on 28.7.2010 Rs.20/- has been charged for continuing/renewing the same service without my willing.
When enquiring about the Service from Service Centre and requesting to deactivate the same service they told SMS-"UNsublaughter club" to Message Centre from where you had got message regarding renewing/continuing the Laughter Club Service. I have two times send SMS as mentioned above to Message Centre No.[protected] on dated 26.8.2010 and 27.8.2010 between 10:25 to 10:50 P.M.and also got confirmation regarding receipt of SMS through officials of Service Centre Toll-free Number [protected]. After that I have not got any SMS as was told by the Service Centre Officials. But again on dated 30.8.2010 at 5:30 Rs.20/- has been deducted from my account. Through SMS it was intimated that 'thank you for renewing the Laughter Club Service'.
After that I have enquired the Official about that but they have not satisfied me and again given new number for deactivation. I have send SMS to BSNL on the new number but It was displayed that 'SMS sending was failed' but they have charged Rs.2/- for the same.
Earlier when I was enquiring about deactivating the Laughter Club Service the Service Centre official suggested me to press such and such I have innocently followed and after some time I have got SMS that Rs.50/- was charged for Mega Pack subscription.
when enquiring about the this Mega Pack they have not responded in a proper manner and yet not given satisfactory information about the same.
Sir, kindly do needful to return my unwilling deducted amount and conveyed my complaints to higher authority before BSNL again debit some amount from account for next month. I have also contacted custmer care spending hours but they are responding properly and giving me wrong number through which I am unable to deactivate the above mentioned service.
