[Resolved]  BSNL Chennai Landline — TELEPHONE DEAD

This is to notify that my BSNL landline[protected] is not working i.e., out of order for the past one week. It is registered in the name of Sevavarshini pvt ltd. Kindly take some action as soon as possible to repair my phone. Please do the needful

telepone No. 24333800 is dead, there is no dial tone and a complaint had been lodged on 9/11/09 the complaint number is 86352799.

Need to know when will these two line get rectified its almost a week and no action taken.

My Land line No is[protected]. We live in Velacherry, Dhandeeswaram Nagar. Incoming call Ring tone is failing very often for the past three months. Our Telephone Instument, was installed 8 Yrs ago and even at the installation stage, a second hand Instrument only was provided.We have lodged complaint with the Divisional Engineer at Velacherry as well as to one Mrs.Janaki at the Telephone defects section at Guindy. Mrs. Janaki had taken all efforts to inform this to the concerner persons in Telephone Dept. Inspite of these efforts, the defect is still not rectified as yet. I am now using my personal instument, which works alright. But, the BSNL instrument has not been repaired or replaced with a New one. Though, the maonthly bills are promptly sent be BSNL, they do not seem to understand the problems faced by the customers. I hope, the concerned official will take a quick action on this in replacing the defective Telephone Instrument. The action taken may be informed on my mobile No [protected].

I am residing at Jaffekhanpet, chennai. My Telephone number is[protected] and is dead for the past 15 days. We have lodged the complaint to BSNL customer care and even to GM, DGM etc... but nobody turned up till now. Hope atleast by posting here i get some positive response. Let's see.

Iam using the landline of bsnl for the last 14years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected]my address is P. K. Raju plot 14 Lalithambal Nagar Mugalivakkam chennai-600 116. ) i am just booking this complaint because since last two months my phone bills is to high . Any how i paid last month bill Which was more than Rs.2500/- Now this month bill is around Rs.5, 500/- which is unbelievable Since no body was there in the house more than 20 days please chek it..
same problem presist i will surender the landline.
and i also very sure the bsnl should bear the rent for my landline for this month else i will complaint to the authority i am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service

my landline[protected] is dead for the past 10 days and broadband is also not working, I reasontly paid for home, combo plan for one whole year and now struggling with this. The complaint got closed without rectifying itself. Even we met in person and complained but closed the requests without handling at all. BSNL was better for some time now they again started showing their 'government official face' and 'government work style'
