[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — Rude behaviour of customer care attendant

bsnl has customer care no. [protected] and cunsumer has to wait atleast 15 to 20 mts. to talk any attendent. But customer care agent talk in such a haste and rudely that he is talking to some unwanted person. we are consumer and we pay for everything but they treat them as unwanted this is wrong.

AM USING THE TELEPHONE FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS, I HAVE ALSO THE BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION, HOME PLAN SCHEME 250 LIMITED.

MY BROADBAND CONNECTION AND AS WELL AS THE LAND LINE CONNECTION IS NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST 20 DAYS.

AM LIVING NEAR TIRUVALLUR . AND AM COMPLAINED TO THE TIRUVALLUR EXCHANGE, AS WELL AS IN THE LOCAL EXCHANGE, BUT NO RESPONSE, .

I complaint that nowadays i am receiving sms from 56505 and complaint no is D20RJ252037 and it was made on 20.4.11 at 5.40 a.m. .But iI am receiving cricket alerts till today. I called at 123, 1503 and [protected] more than 50 times but no officer was available on the line . All were busy . There was no attention to my call. I am helpless and donot know which no. should I call at.

BSNL — Rude behaviour and extra charges

Hi,
I want to submit a complaint against regarding my bsnl broadband services. They are charging me more than bill. When i asked them to show me details of it they are not showing it to me. Today i went to there office at Setor: 5 panchkual to ask about my bill. But they didnt treat me well. They used very harsh language on me like i am beggar of something. Please take action against them.

I have changed the job location to Bangalore and i have internet connection in chennai. I wanted to disconnect the internet connection and i have tried customer care number daily but i didn't get any response but the bill is coming every month what can i do and i tried for the customer care number is[protected] and[protected] and then i called on Billing complaints number[protected] also. But i didn't get any response from them also.

Dear respective custumer care officer incharge my no is[protected], my name is H S DUBEDI lucknow UP, ON06/07/2011 above no Top up with 15 &100 after Top up amount RS-102 credited in account but when i used fhone for 3-4 small-small call about 2-3 mint each call on same day evening (06/07/2011) sudden Rs 17, and RS 2.50 for 2.24 mnt has been deducted from my acct this is not a accurate rate of call please find it and my money refund in my account Thank You.

I am Abhay Kumar Singh, My mob no is [protected], From Chhapra, In my cell i cant access Gprs setting few days.So i call in custumer care for grant me Gprs setting but when i complaint in custumer care for Gprs Seeting i call two time and i talk to Mr.Amit Kumar and Mr.Ramesh Kumar and he two person rudely behave to me and misbehave with me.He both person tell to me he have no any problem i complaint anywhere for both two persons.So i request to u for help to me on my this prob.
it is sad to mention that no prepaid currency available for bsnl
network in bidar since 4 days. the concerned may take suitable care of
this issue.

this case is not the first one happening in bidar.

you are requested to change the distributor soon to improve bsnl service.

the same information will be reported to higher officials in the event
of inaction.

Iam from chennai region .I have 3g connection activated in my my n8 phone. In time I havn, t get 3g connection. So Isend msg to 58355 but but haven, t activated. Iam using nokia n8 and my mob.no [protected] and my email address [protected]@yahoo.com
sir my name is pratik bafna. i made a call to ur customer care around 10 o clock about validity expansion of my number. he gave me information that i[censored] make top up of 200 u will get 181 rs talktime and 6 months validity and i[censored] make recharge of 200 u will get 6 months validity. and when i had done 200 recharge i got only one month validity and 5oo mb usage of internet . due to wrong information today i suffered 200 rs loss. please see at request and inform me and pls take out the way. my no is [protected]. i called 20 times every time the cal was received and purposely cut.
wrong information about recharge validity. attenders are very rude and keep call and disconnect purposely

We are one of your Landling and Broad band customer. But nearly three days we are having a problem from your service. Our landline and broadband connections is not working from the past three days. We complained to broadband enquiry number ie we called 1504. But now itself no actiones from your side.
kindly activate the landline and broadband connection. We are having a lot of problem in this issue.

Pls correct your bsnl customer care department . atleast give a training to them how to deal customers.
very poor service & we are not getting good resopnse / satisfaction compare to other service providers. am planing to port my sim to other service provider only beacuse of your bad bad bad service ...

My name is Neeraj Kumar. I use BSNL prepaid number [protected] (Goa). Toady at 2:56 AM, I got a message that my account balance is null whilst there was near about Rs. 470/- in my account. On talking to customer care at 1503, I came to know that I have been charged the amount for using GPRS. I have an active GPRS plan valid upto 30 Jan 12 and 700 MB of data usage was balance in that. i had face such a rude behavior of one lady namely shelke at landline dept.customer care section she didn't gave any answer about your queries who always chat with mobile phone & ignore customer, at model colony, pune. when anyone complaints against her to manager .she also shout on her manager due to this manager also ignore her.Due to people like her day by day bsnl loose there valuable customer.
i am a 8 years old consumer of bsnl.. today i called and talked with subhojit(cus care exctive) regarding some prob but he behave so rude with me ...

Hi. I requested MNP from my bsnl prepaid gsm to cdma prepaid. Customer care person called me and gave customer care phone number of Chrompet, Chennai[protected],[protected]. No body is lifting the phone.
Useless bsnl.
