I shifted from quarter nO.C 217 A.G. staff quarters, . Erragadda to Plot No.47, Sri Ram Nagar colony, Hydershakote, hyderabad 500 008 in July 2007.I contacted the CRO /Erragadda telephone exchange on 3.7.2007 to shift my telephone No.23815462 to my new residential address. I contacted many a time, the officers at Hydershakote telephone exchange to arrange shifting of my telephone immediately. I was informed that there was shortage of cable to shift my phone. Many a time i visited the exchange and requested the officials to do the work at once. Though 10 months have elapsed the phone has not yet been shifted so far. To my amusement i find the BSNL is sanctioning on the spot telephone connection in Hydershakote recently. I wonder the way the existing customers are treated, causing lot of inconvenience. I therefore request the top authorities of BSNL to look into the matter and arrange to shift my phone immediately or else take action to refund my deposit forthwith.

BSNL Broadband — Internet issue
I have been using BSNL Broadband service of internet from last 3 years. I have opted for Home Plan750 which supports speed of 1 MBp/s. From last 2 months I am facing problem related to connectivity. The message stating bandwidth is not sufficient is being displayed.I have called twice in the BSNL Office regarding the resolution of the issue, but unfortunately no proper response is given at the problem I am facing. I request you to look into the same and please help me to resolve it as early as possible.
