[Resolved]  BSNL Dataone — for the broadband bill

sir
i am not able to know data usage of BSNL broadband because when i log on to www.data.bsnl.in it asks for user ID, & password, when i click it says check your user ID & pass word. and my bill 01/03/08 to 31/03/08 is 4008 Rs and i have take the 250 Rs/month plan it is very high.

i also want to see telephone and internet bills on line

Please guide and help me.

bsnl data one/125 home plan — my download and upload speed is very high

i have 125home plan of bsnl broad band is just 3weak ago. And i have use only 71hour and my speed of loading is 714MB.How it is possible?
u need to use internet explorer to browse dataone.in

Issue : I Raise issue regarding provide poor service from BSNL to me(Customer.)

Description : As i am very old customer of BSNL(Since 1999).
Last year we add the BSNL Broadband connection rate is 500 per month.
1) From starting like mdem installation to connecting BSNL Broadband, BSNL provides me poor service.This is aslo i agree.
2) First month at night only get good speed but after one month phone line is dead and till 2 months is not working and we are not able to use single minute Broadband connection and phone calls.
In that period we give bill (500 for Land line and 500 for broadband).That is very serious issue regarding BSNL service.
3) After 2 month it is started regularly but again...it in loop.
that is phone line is dead again 15-20 days wait for starting.
4) Same condition ragularly repeating till date.
But, BSNL not take one single step to overcome this type of problem.

I don't know this is consumer is usable or not.

I am using BSNL Broadband since 1 year and had no complaints but after i have shifted from one place to other and had a new connection found that the bills dint match my estimated bills
I don't know why am i getting that huge amounts. so please consider my request and provide me any solutions on paying my bills
I am having DataOne connection (Rs.500/month plan) for the last two years. I only use it for browsing /online share trading/ financial transactions and never use it to download songs/movies. My total monthly download never crosses 500MB, hence, I always receive minimum billing. But last month I received bill of Rs.3500, showing total download of 6GB ( that too in the period when I was out of station), no one used internet in my absence.

I lodged complaint, till now i haven't received any favourable response.

Is there any method to prove that there was no download on my computer and incorrect billing. It's like BSNL can force any charge on customers and since its government firm, there is no heed to the complaints. There should be laws to protect consumers rights.
i am a customer of your bsnl services. i am unable to know my internet useage details.so could you please help me with the regarding problem

I'm utilising BSNL broadband service for past 10months(Home 250). Now i have a repeated problem in net connectivity for last 50 days(25th july '08 onwards). I logged the complain in the proper way and I also visited concern SDO several times and told about my complain in verbal and also in writings but till date it is not corrected . Still this connectivity error ( ADSL not blinking or fixed ) is coming continously. Can you please rectify this issue at the earliest, as I am paying the rent for this in regular course without getting services.

I am having broadband connection, Annualplan250, in spite of that i am getting extra Rs 250 bill added with my Telephone bill for last four months.I have emailed my complain but got no answer.
i applied for 299rs per month broadband plan which have 1 GB downloading/uploading + 1 month telephone bill(only incomming).
i have taken this connection when they were providing 15 days free trial.i got connection then after 2 days i am seeing the usage detail it shows chargable units up to 500mb, i have not used so much.
i will get charge as it showing, or i'm in free trail period offer. plz help...

i m connected with broadband from[protected] it has not even completed 1 month and i hav recieved a bill of Rs 2500 on[protected]. i hav a bsnl landline connection since more than 10 years therefore we hav already paid the security is it applied again on broadband connection again?

On top of all i had applied for 750 Rs unlimited plan, according to which 24 hrs I was suppose to be downloading free of cost by paying 750/month but when i checked my usage it shows that night time is unlimited. therefore i could make out that the plan is wrongly changed by the staff of bsnl as such i had mentioned about the 750/- unlimited plan kindly solve my problem

one more thing was there in my knowledge that all those customers applying after 1st of september will get the benefitt of 2 months free internet and after completeing 2 months one has to start paying so kindly tell me that if it is so then this facility is on my connection too? as such my net is activated on 24th sep 2008 and if so then why do i hav to pay till 2 months kindly take out solution for my problem

we are a regular bsnl customer and hav a belief in bsnl. also we trust the staff members for solving their dear customer's problem

sir i have taken the broadband connection from 3 months but i am not satisfying with my broadband connection the first month had gone very good but next months were very bad my broadband is unable to access his top speed it is very bad speed which i am using just now so please do some thing for broadband connection
