[Resolved]  BSNL Dataone — for the broadband bill

sir
i am not able to know data usage of BSNL broadband because when i log on to www.data.bsnl.in it asks for user ID, & password, when i click it says check your user ID & pass word. and my bill 01/03/08 to 31/03/08 is 4008 Rs and i have take the 250 Rs/month plan it is very high.

i also want to see telephone and internet bills on line

Please guide and help me.

I m using a 500 Rs. Plan and got a bill for 3300. I do not use torrents or download anything.
This is too high. What should I do ?
i am also suffering with the same problem whenever i log on to data.bsnl.in it asks for user id and password but when i type everything correctly it asks me to recheck it.So i cant see my usage every month please help me to know my download capacity in any cross way.

I having Broadband connection (Rs.750/ULHOME PLAN) for the last two months. Internet connection starting date[protected] in evening 6.00 pm .I receive my first bill on date 8-6-2009.
In bill my internet connection starting date[protected] to[protected].I have my own modem so I do not pay any charge for new modem.

But the bill seems to be too high and bill has come up to the rate of Rs 1215.Kindly send me the usage details to my e-mail and please solve my problem.

same problem with me .if once phone is dead they always say due to staff shortage it will took some time.
thereno use of complainting at no 198 its just to file your complaint and nothing happens.

sri, i hv get the broadband connection last week, and they give a portal id for seeing the usage.but when i go to the link www.data.bsnl. the site may not open and i tried n number of times... then how can i see my usage of the broadband.

BSNL 's worst service in monitoring the usage, of the broadband ... am really fed up with this BSNL... service if this is alone good, BSNL would be fine...

dataone-broadband internet connection — high charges of bill

the bsnl monthly bill of the telephone no. 27862220 is very high.
I am incurring such disproprotionate bills for the past four months

the first bill after the new broad band connection is found to be very higher than our usage.we suspects that is it contains the connection charge or any other?please send the details that contains the usage of broad band and other charges if any . our plan is 250/- but the november month, s bill is found 537/-please send a reply
Hello Sir/ Madam,

This is regarding Billing Issue for the month Of Dec-2009. chargeable units (Excluding night usage) as 494.92 MB but the bill is generated for the usage of 7029 MB.
you can find details of the actual usage in attached document.

I had requested for plan change in December from unlimited 750 to 250 RsPlan from Dec 15. But the bill is generated as per the 250 Rs plan for the entire month of Dec 2009.
Also, I was not in Bangalore from Dec24 to Dec 29, but during this period it is showing as internet usage which i have not at all used.

I have given the written complaint regarding the above issues in BSNL office, Near Viresh Theatre, Magadi Road Bangalore and had called the customer care, Customer relations officer to get it resolved but i got a very poor response from them. I am very sorry to say that BSNL is really not caring it's customers.

Please do the needful. Hope the issue gets resolved ASAP
i want know my bsnl bb bill uptodate
I have received an inflated bill this month from bsnl. It was baseless and useless to receive such a bill. My broadband dataone of Rs 250/- I wish u pl check the bill and make the necessary changes otherwise I wish to publish in the newspaper.
