[Resolved]  BSNL Dataone — for the broadband bill

BSNL — Datone Broadband Connection not recieved after payment also

I am Paavani Naveen, I have applied for the Dataone Broadband BSNL connection and paid 2000 INR to the BSNL employee named B.Raj on 16 June 2008, but still we didn't get the connection. They have just given us the telephone set. And when we are making calls to the number provided they are not receiving it properly.
I need to know when can we receive the connection.
How can they be so irresponsible?

i am not able to know data usage of BSNL broadband because when i log on to www.dataone.bsnl.in it asks for user and my bill 01/12/08 to 31/12/08 is 4947 Rs and i have take the 1000 Rs/month plan it is very high.

i also want to see telephone and internet bills on line

Please guide and help me.

i am a customer of your bsnl services. i am unable to know my internet useage details.so could you please help me with the regarding problem

This bill I recieved from the date 1/12/2008 till 31/12/2008 which is a Rs 250 and startup connection.
But the bill seems to be too high and bill has come upto the rate of Rs 4589. i am sure i have not used the internet so much. Kindly send me the usage details to my e-mail. and please solve my problem.

i am also suffering with the same problem whenever i log on to data.bsnl.in it asks for user id and password but when i type everything correctly it asks me to recheck it

we have paid bill of broadband one time also at bill submitting time
now that bill has added again our this month bill
we met to customer srvice here in exchange but they suggested us to pay it again

whenever i am entering the username and password in the required dialog box to know my broadband usges it was saying the that you have entered the invalid username ahd password.I din't check it out my usage hrs yet.pls helpme anyone else.

ABE TUM SAB LOG CHUTIYA ho !!!...TUM SAB ko Broadband use karne ki AKAL nahi hai...MAI ek SAAL se use Kar rahoon...mera bill kabhi zaaadi nahi aaya...

I have taken BB connection @ Rs 750 monthly home plan 2 weeks back, (CaseMarkNo.C/BHL/CV/08-09/52770) however I am not able to change my pass word since then for not opening BSNL website. problem not yet resolved in spite of several complain. ( complain no L 1960)

WTF!!?? are u uys compaining about i got a bill of 47, 000 from "data one" have a limit on internet usage...man im screwed

my bb bill for the month of february, 2009. is 5455 rs. i have taken a plan of 500c.
this bill is too high, and i disagree with the bill.and there must be some error involved in it.

please pay attention to my bill.

contact ur city's Bsnl NIB office sir, u ll get a good response, i am using home 500 plan, i had a bill of Rs3700 and they reduced my bill to Rs870 by calculting actual usage ...don't go to the other Bsnl offices...

I agree with this website for the complaints.I also take a plan of Rs.250.Usually, I got the between 300 and 400.But not in march Rs.2304.

I received one telephone bill for broadband connection before two weeks. for the period upto 31.03.09.
I already paid this bill for the amount of Rs. 3258/-. That includes modem, one month rent for broadband,
& one year rent for telephone bill.

I received another new bill for broadnad saying bill upto 01.03.2009 to 31.03.09. for the amount Rs. 350.

Pl check in your record properly.
