BSNL Data One Broad Band — Broad Band very poor connectivity

We are using DataOne broad brand.We forgot portal ID. How can we getback. How can we know Howmuch we downloaded.

We are getting very very slow connection on 500 Home Combo Plan for about one month. The spped is about 25 Kbps. On complaining local body, no one is taking it seriously. They are telling that the problem is from Bangalore Server end. Please solve as soon as possible. The matter is completely suitable for taking to Consumer Protection Forum.

broadband connection was activated in the telephone no 2604034 in the name of Sri binoy Kumar deka at uzan bazar guwahati under kamrup telecom circle at Guwahati. Despite of numerous complaints been made to concerned official over phone, personal contact, emails but nothing has been done so far for last one month. As such the said connection is required to deactivated due to bad service by the service provider. the said connection is not at all required. kindly disconnect the same at the earliest.Highly dissatisfied with the service of broadband in the guwahati region .

i am using dataone home 500 plan. i am getting the of 7-20 kbps donload speed frm past one month.
when ia m calling 2 local bsnl they r telling that the banglore server is slow.

I have DATAONE connection in Ahmedabad, initially for a year from 2007 it was ok, since more than 6 months the speed is pathetic with a connection speed subscribed is 256 kbps wherein the speed is much lesser than dial up. I repeatedly complained to BSNL, but none of them are bothered to come over and resolve looking the situation. I even suggested that you may please RESET my Broadband connection so that it may have some difference but now the senior BSNL Managers say that better change your PLAN to HOME U/L 1350 which will have 512 kbps which canonly solve the problem. If so then why you want to sell Home U/L Plan of 750 with 256 kbps ? Please do take immediately. My most of the work is based on line itself.

I Surrendered my Cellone phone (No.[protected]) Connection on the month of Oct'08 dt.06.10.08, after that I received four bill for the same number for the month of, Sep'08, Oct'08, Nov'08 and Dec'08.Till date 7th of May'09, I hav'nt received my security deposit money back.
Please Suggest me for the matter.

Iam having a broadband connection for 750 plus scheme but i donot get proper speed of internet. many times, it is less than 70 kpbs. sometimes, it is okpbs. what has happened to BSNL? ARE THEY IN THE RACE /COMPETITION WITH OTHERS IN THIS FIELD?

i have bsnl data one broadband connection . i have 750 unlimited plan . my internet speed is lesser than 30 kb/ps . why is my bsnl broadband very slow ? i heard about of more broadband connection company like airtel, reliance etc. having 1mb/ps and more . bsnl internet connection is the baddest connection on earth . i think so . please do something my connection number is[protected].

I have ever seen like this broadband in this India. Very very very worst. I have unlimited plan 750plus but my sped connection it was below 10kbps. Many times I gave the complaint. But ther is no response from bsnl side. very poor internet service provider..

I live in udaipur rajasthan. We have been paying Rs 750 a month for the last 10 months and have stopped using BSNL so called broadband. its a shame that a government body is conning people by calling their snail net broadband. i am planning to disconnect the end of this month and would encourage people to do the same. government bodies are shameless and have no sense of responsibility.
