BSNL — DEDUCTION IN PREPAID MOBILE BALANCE AMOUNT -REG
RESPECTED SIR,I HAVE PREPAID MOBILE No.[protected] OF BSNL,KALYAN TELECOM,MAHARASHTRA CIRCLE.
UPTO 06/02/2010 MY BALANCE AMOUNT WAS Rs.56.00 AND ON 07/02/2010 IT WAS OBSERVED THAT AMOUNT BALANCE IS ONLY Rs.7.79 WITHOUT ANY USE OF MOBILE SERVICE BY ME.
I COMPLAINED BSNL CUSTOMER CARE ON 08/02/2010 AND THEY HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT DOCKET No.3586071.
BUT TILL DATE BSNL HAVE NOT ANSWERED ME ANY REASON ABOUT DEDUCTION Rs.56.00 NOR THEY CREDITED BACK DEDUCTED AMOUNT OF Rs.56.00 .
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS ABOVE

i m subscribe caller tunne near about 1 year but i m not satisfied with tune because before 2 month my tune is not sing but balace is deduct every month.i m also tried customer care but no responce for me .
customer care support is very very poor .

B S N L,KALYAN — DEDUCTION FROM DEPOSIT AMOUNT
IN THE MONTH OF OCT 2010 I HAD SURRENDERED MY LANDLINE PHONE NO.[protected] AT VIRAR OFFICE & ASKED TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT.(RS.3000/-).AFTER FOLLOWING FOR 10/15 TIMES I HAD RECEIVED MY CHEQUE AFTER 8 MONTHS & SURPRISINGLY IT WAS OF RS 2731/-!! & WITHOUT ANY CALRIFIACTION OF LESS AMOUNT.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHY Rs 269/- HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY DEPOSIT?? & WHY INTEREST HAS NOT BEEN PAID TO ME AS DEMANDED IN MY COMPLAINT????

my mobile no. [protected], frequently deduct the amount from my mobile balance, no call details or no any messing, my complain no. is H24cd301418 dt. 24.08.12 for Rs. 10/- & I03Cd300949 dt. 03.09.12 for Rs. 10/- still not solved by the company.BSNL — Deducting amount from prepaid balance
Bsnl is deducting amount from my prepaid balance with out my permission. I have already complained customer care, but i didnt get proper solution. So i request you to take necessary action for this matter. BSNL Prepaid — Deducted my balance
i put atop up voucher of Rs 550/- in my mobile and my balance was Rs 499/- the next day on 2nd sept 09 about Rs 350/- was deducted and the balance remained about Rs 150/- kindly look into thematter.Thank u.
