The unsubscribe option has been sent to my mobile, asking me to click the above
mentioned link, which I couldn't made from my mobile.
Kindly send the unsubscribe option to my above mentioned email id. to click the
same to unsubscribe.
Once again I am requesting you to do the needful, to unsubscribe, and stop deducting
the charges for the service, which I have not opted.

BSNL — Mobile Recharge value not added
I did recharge my 'EXCEL ANANT' sim on[protected], but still now the value is not added. Customer care executives have been giving assuarance several times befor my sim got deactivated on[protected]. Afterwards, having connected through other mobile, still they are telling 'WORK in PROGRESS', 'Will be solved shortly', 'wait' etc. rutine words. Sometimes they are behaving roughly. My no [protected] from Darjeeling District. Complain No 2553619
