[Resolved]  BSNL, Erode (TN) — non activation of my mobile no.[protected]

I had been submit my application to Erode BSNL to change the post paid service to prepard service for my mobile No.[protected] on last 24/01/09, friday morning 10.00am. They were disconnect my mobile from network service immediately. But, still now (28/01/09) wednesday evening, they are not activating my mobile phone. Since last 6 days regularly i am complainting to Erode BSNL office to activate my mobile phone. But, no reaction from there. Due to non functioning of my BSNL mobile phone, i am unable to do my business. What is the solution to me?

The line was dead for past 5 days we have also gave complaint to brough road BSNL office 3 times but till now 11.09.09 12.30 pm we have not got any response from your company people .

We have an landline connection with the number[protected]Mulanur Exchange) in the name of KANDHASAMY. S.G Pudur, N.C.G VALASU(PO) MULANUR. My bsnl landline was dead for past 2months. I complaint to customer care 2times. But still now(19/10/2009) i dint receive any response from your side. Due to non functioning of my BSNL Landline phone, i am unable to contact my business People. What is the solution to me? So kindly send your people and do some needful.

We took internet 3G connection, paying top up lost my pocket, bag and total finance. No BSNL who sitting in customer care doesn't know about the scheme. Where to get the details. Why people are getting salary in ERODE BSNL CUSTOMER CARE. I hate this BSNL because of this ERODE Customer care .

Response of this edits is not making sense Below is the answer for my queries.

Q: How much I will get recharge, if I go with 100 rupees top up.
BSNL : 100 rupees but I dont know how much will get add.

Q: I recharges for 800, with in half an hour every thing is over, how it possible.
BSNL : How do I know check in online. ( He know, it is not working now)

BSNL Senior officers please take immediate action. Pleask ask them to have complete knowledge about internet connections.

I bought BSNL 3g, network is best, but the data card, Customer service, Technical support is very worst, as compare to private network, so totally Customer care is Worst in Erode

i am from erode . my land line connection with broadband line is dead for past 10 days . i had complained to telephone exchange more than 5 times and i had complained our area line man also and i have called 198 and registered the complaint also . but still my connection is in dead ... help me
BSNL WORST NETWORK, I have registered for broad band connection. An officer come to collect money immediately to my home. But when am asking for connection. There is man power shortage to give connection... Bsnl have officers to collect money... but no persons available for service...

they tell constant answer next week... people you should aware your neighbours and others BSNL is dummmy network.If you choose bsnl you will be suffered mentally that's only benefit in bsnl..

I have Landline connection [protected] at my home with Broadband connection under plan BBG FN Compo 500 and the bandwidth speed of the above scheme is 2 mbps. but I am getting bandwith speed of only 400 to 550 kbps. I have lodged complaints several times for the past two months with the BSNL department Sathyamangalam and lodeged complaints to Nodal officer, Erode circle, Nodal officer, Tamilnadu Cirlce Chennai. As per the advice of the BSNL officers, Sathyamangalam, I have upgraded the capacity of RAM from 500 MB to 1 GP and re installed and up dated the operating software and upgraded the Antiviurs and anti malware softwares. But I have ont get the speed of 2 mbbs. The BSNL officials at Erode inform that they are getting 2 mbps and the fault is with Sathyamangalam exchange. The Sathyamangalam BSNL authorities telling that they are getting only 500 to 520 kbps and even at Erode exchange the speed is only 500 to 600 kbps and not 2mbps. For the past one week the broad band is getting disconnected and reconnected with every 15 to 30 minutes. Because low bandwidth speed, it is taking 5 to 10 minuts to load the mail browser to see the mails. So kindly advice your people to solve this problem

mi no[protected]x i have 2g student spl plan . i was usig gprs pack7 which is very slow less than 36k speed and i am not getihg contiues speed at all and will become 00speed download even not able to cheak even email. tnen i call customer care they said to use 3g datd then i use 3g data pack it is all so very slow in all place of chennai.. less than 23k speed ... then i went to bsnl ofice to 3g sim . they sad ur not able to this no to 3g.. then how to use bsnl sim without proper service ... waste bsnl in this india... better to close bsnl... ok... i will buy airtel, vedo for speed and super sevice even 2g... so no one will buy r use bsnl network worst network in india... whole part of tndia...
dsnl 2g data packs are very slow compare to all network in india ... good bi bsnl
My number[protected], Kunnathur land line is not working properly (Soise is comming while speaking to some one)for last six months. Please accept my complaint and kindly do the needful.
