BSNL — EXTRA CHARGES CUT PER MONTH

I am using BSNL prepaid service. My mobile number is [protected]. On my number unexpected service has been started and 20 rupees are deducted every week on the name of live TV. My mobile handset does not support such functions. Many times we have called customer care and told to stop all of the services, they agreed but every week the same amount is being deducted. So we have stopped recharging the number from a month.
