As we are the regular user of BSNL Telephone No.[protected] as its mostly use for official purpose, by our staff members as well as our executives, residential telephones with CENTREX services.
As we are also not having STD facilities even then we are getting our billing amount is coming regularly. As we absorbed that some one is misusing this phone.
Your are request to restore Outgoing Service (Two Way) with CENTREX service (as it was before)

We would like to inform You Our BSNL No.[protected] installed in 12th March Phone on Broadband System is not working properly from the begining . 100 number's of complaint we have yet till date placed in your depart.
But No Response in Suraj Kund Response . Internet Disconnect after every 5 Min and not working 1 to 2 week in a month


From 1st of July we have also changed plan to 8MBPS 2799/- Internet Package but the problem is remain
instead of 8 mbps its remain working on 256 KBPS
