Above mentioned same case happened with my dad also. I work out of station so after fortnight when I came back to my hometown, he(dad) told me about the incident that a CC executive called him up and get a form filled up for which he don't even remember username and password. I am from Ludhiana(Punjab) and landline no. is[protected]. Please Help !!!

hi i am balasaheb chavan i never satisfide with service of bsnl broadband because i do not sucribe the service of games on demand and never visited that site After the laps of one year or more than in my bill it shows that i used this service and biil up to rs 2800 come to me .i reqest to stop this service eventhough it is not stop So my humble request is to stop or unscribe the service of games on demad in my fowlling phone number[protected]

i live in sector 12 Sonepat.About three months back we received a call from BSNL
asking us for online free games .After 3 days of the earlier call we again received a call asking if the games were runnning ok .At that point we requested them to discotinue the games.Last month we got telephone bill including 160 rs for the games, which we never played.on asking the bsnl authorities, concerned sdo told us to pay the bill & we wont be billed for the games next month.But this month again we got a bill of Rs 200 for the games which we never played .This is very arbitrary & very unfair. why should i pay this amount for the services i never subscribed.

I have this problem too they forced me to do the steps to subscribe it and mention as it is free for a month.
bsnl has cheated us i dint get my bill yet but still many of my friends have received bill with addition of 200rs
