[Resolved]  BSNL Games on Demand — deactivate programme

i want immediate action to my action

my landline phone no. is 24743952. For the last four month Rs.200/- was charged under 'GOD Plan' in my BSNL phone bill. I was not activated that plan. But the amount was charged. The BSNL authorities told that they are not responsible for that plan. I had already requested to you unsubscribe that plan, the plan was not unsubscribed so far.
Hence, now I request you to unsubscribe the 'GOD plan' immediately.
If possible, please let me the status of that plan thro' mail

I am bsnl costumer vide phone no. [protected] .One fine morning somebody called and forced me to activate online games which are completely free and after one month i recieved bsnl bill adding Rs 200/- towards GAMES ON DEMAND which i never demanded .This complete episode is looking like cheating the people by keeping them in confusion . Even i am unable to deactivate/unscribe due to their careless guidance .
I want to deactive /unscribe immediately

we requested the concerned department to deactivate(unsubscribe) games on demand facility to my telephone No.[protected] from June 2011 onwards till date the facility was not deactivated and every month the cost is being included in the telephone bill. Kindly deactivate atleast from September 2011 Bill.

BSNL — Unsubscribe Games on Demand

I am a BSNL customer and my Landline telephone number is[protected]. Today, the 14th of December'2011 I received the Telephone bill for]
the month of November'2011 where I found Rs.200 has been added towrds Games on Demand which I never asked to activate. Is it not a cheating
to a customer? Without demanding how BSNL add this amount?
Therefore, immediately unsubscribe the "Games on deman" against my telephone no. and refund the amount by adjusting in the next bill i.e. bill for
the month of December'2011. Also I request to stop this type of cheating in future.
