[Resolved]  BSNL Ghaziabad — Customer care no. 1500 is not working

I have recieved Modem But Not Find User Name And Password.Bill charges continue in my bill.therefore i cannot pay my fhone bill.plz disconnect broadbabd connection and send me fresh bill.

Boss, i am also facing similar problem since last week. This whole BSNL n/w is currepted, try to get out from this.

1500 never functional fully. No executive ever come to the phone to attend. BSNL official should check this no.1500 themselves.

My telephon no. 2633265 in Sahibabad is out of order since
23 April, 2009.

I have another no. of airtel which also underwent out of
order due to digging by municipality on the same
day.The airtel company restored the services next day i.e
24 April 2009 but BSNL has not taken any action even in 2
months time.

BSNL claims to be No. 1 telecom company in India but its
services are poorest in india.

Yes, BSNL is prompt in one service that is sending bills
promptly with out providing services.

May I request you to kindly look into the matter and and
instruct GM, BSNL, Ghaziabad to restore the services
immediately.

My telephone no.[protected] is not working. there is no dial tone,
from other phone when i call, Ring is occure but in my phone there is not any ring come.
so, solve the problem as early as possible.

my brodband is not working, dispite several complaint in exchange, any person has not attended
my comlaint, I will request you to kindly arrenge to rectify my problem.

CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OF 1500 AND[protected] NEVER PICKS PHONE. BSNL SHOULD STOP THIS NUMBER INSEDED OF WASTING CUSTOMER TIME

I am having BSNL Pone and broad band connection which is not working from last 15days. I called to BSNL office and they told it will becoming working soon but till now nothing happned.

Please let me know why should i pay rent for phone and broad band connection? if it is not working.

I ADVICE ALL BSNL CUSTOMERS TO DISCONNECT THEIR PHONES AND BROADBAND CONNECTIONS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. NOBODY BOTHER ABOUT THE COSTOMERS WHO HAVE 10 DIFFERENT OPTIONS LIKE AIRTEL, TATAINDICOM, VODAPHONE ETC. PLEASE DO IT COLLECTIVELY SO THAT BSNL PEOPLE WILL ATLEAST HAVE THE HEAT ON THEIR BACK.

BSNL — No.1500 not attended

BSNL AUTHORITIES have given allIndia no. 1500 to lodge any kind of faults at no.1500
and deployed DEAF employee there
they dont attend Phone for 15-20minuts
even if they recieve either you will not hear thier voice or they will say your massage is not clear
This has happend many times with me
On date I wanted to lodge complaint foe my Telephone , as the complaint lodged with 198 was not attended for the last 24 hrs.
The phone recieved after 15 minuts and the Lady who attanded the call was Dowzing as if she has wake up from the sleep.
SDO phone says we can not take any action against employees of 1500
Reason best known to them
if this fpourm can take up this issue it will be agreat help to the BSNL CONUMERS

BSNL Ghaziabad — Phone 2635923 is not working

Sir, My landline phone no[protected] is not working for the last 15 days . A complaint was logged on 198 with no 0n[protected] and then I personally visited Rajinder Nagar sahibabad exchange on 29 Aug and[protected] and requested SDP Sh.Irshad Ahmed. a email was also sent in this regard on[protected] but still my phone is not working.I am facing a great problem and not able to work on interenet . Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

My basic phone is out of order since 14th August 2009. I have tried a lot to register my complaint over the telephone nos. given for the purpose only but sorry to say that after belling for a quite good times no body repeat NO BODY picks up the phone. I have also a broad band connection with the said phone. Both services are completely out of order. Since I am working with an orgination of Govt. of India I hardly get time to visit the BSNL office at Ghaziabad to register my complaint. I also found during the good days when both the services were ok that the Broad Band was not working smoothly. Now, I am planning to disconnect the Telephone connection at the earliest. If you read the complaints, it is my humble request to you please start the process of disconnecting the telephone connection as early as possible. I am very much thankful to you people that you have provided your services for such a good time. Thanking you all.

My telephone[protected]Govindpuram, Ghaziabad) is not working since 16th June, 2009. The complaint has been booked also on complaint No.[protected] on the same day. The above phone No.2766485 is dead/out of order. I have also contected on SDO phone[protected] after many(1000 times/15 & 20 days regularly). But my phone is outof order continueously till now since 16th June, 2009 (last three months). My request to CMD, BSNL, New Delhi & CGM, U.P. Circle(West), Meerut/ GM, BSNL, Ghaziabad (U.P) for rectify the fault in the phone and also necessary disciplinary and vigilance action against the concerned Officers (SDO/SDE) and other Staff Member of Govindpuram Telehpne Exchange, Ghaziabad.
