My BSNL broadband internet connection is faulty from the last ~1.5 months. I have made multiple complaints at BSNL fault booking service (198/1957) and my last two complaint numbers are – 03566 and 03587. I’ve sent more than 100 messages (SMS) to the lineman of our area (Annish Khere) about the problem & have also talked to him personally many times regarding the same. However there is NO resolution to the issue has been made till today. I request you to kindly look into the issue & do the needful ASAP. my ph.no.[protected] PH. IS NOISY FOR THE LAST EIGHT MONTHS. GIVEN SEVERAL COMPLAINS. MEET PERSONALLY ALSO IN THE OFFICE.BUT FAULT HAS NOT YET RECTIFIED BY THIS TIME. GOD ONLY KNOWS WHEN IT WILL BY RECTIFY.

BSNL Broadband — Internet is not working from last 1.5 months
Hi,This is Dipika Majumder, residing at UV-21-3D, Udayan The Condoville, 1050/1 Survey Park, Kolkata – 700075. My customer id is[protected]. My telephone no is[protected]. I am a broadband user almost last 2 years. I had given a complaint that the internet is not working, but nothing has been done so far. It’s been 1.5 months since it is not working. I had place several complain during last 1 month and according to the officials there would be a redressal within 24hrs of the date of complain. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. It’s disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified. I am a senior citizen and my son is in abroad. I can not communicate with him. I took the line because of this communication reason. If this is the service then please discontinue my line because unnecessarily I paid the monthly charges but it has no use.
