[Resolved]  BSNL Gprs — BSNL GPRS is not working from 25-Aug-08

My pre paid mobile bsnl jharkhand dhanbad.my no. is [protected] and my problem is gprs activation not reply sms and not working at atime and sms not out going and not incoming my mobile nokia 5200 and not working please replay soon.

I am using Prepaid connection. My Phone No. is [protected]. My problem is i am not getting GPRS at my home Phansa, Tal Umargaon, Valsad Dist., Gujarat so Please Do Advise But it works at my office Sarigam

My nö. Is [protected](jharkhand prepaid), i recharged with 122Rs for 1 month Gprs. I got the settings but it is not working in my laptop.
Pl help me out.
Can i use my gprs while i m in roaming.

Sub : Suffering from illegal deduction for internet surfing in BSNL, Dhanbad, Jharkhand.

Duly respect I like to complain you that I have enrolled the net pack service of Rs.122 on 3rd September at 9 pm and from the next morning when I used the internet surfing the illegal deduction have been started and till now Rs.80 have been deducted from my balance. I have complain the BSNL Customer Care Service on last 4th Sep. 09, complain no.- 3723696 and time to time I am requesting them to refund the deducted amount and to stop the illegal deduction but till now neither the amount has refund nor the deduction has stopped. Now the customer care service (at 9:20 pm) is telling that I am a liar and no illegal deduction has done.
Sir in this situation I have two options either you help me or I have to complain in consumer forum of India. Sir I didn’t like to complain you in such language but I am suffering from last 17 days and there is no responsible authority to solve my problem. I hope you will take initiative as early as possible and my problems will be solved very soon.

I am facing problem with BSNL, I am prepaid customer my mobile is not working since 18 sep 09, on landline.I have complained many times to customer care but no one wants to attent my complained.I am so frustrated with this problem, i can't change my no. other wise I want to take any other serice provider, who cares about thier customers.

Please rectified my problem as soon as possible.I am enable to call any landline phone.

hi guys... im here 2 save u from doing 1mistake. bottom line is never ever take BSNL sim in jharkhand, specialy in B.S.city, u ill pay 4 that.service is out of order here.save yorslf... i mean it

i am extremely dissapointed with the bsnl gprs service, plus my one more complain is that bsnl customer care [protected], its a complete failure, poor service, bsnl has outsourced this service to a domestic bps which provides a totally unprofessional service, they are not at all concerned abour customer satisfaction, call center executives, after receiving the call, put the call on mute and simply after few seconds disconnects the call,
I am coming back to the original problem that is gprs internet is not working on my n 73 mobile, mu mobile number is [protected],

I am having the unlimited plan for prepaid in bihar and jahrkhand circle with a recharge of 122, maximum time when i am trying to connect, i am getting a error massage as PACKET DATA CONNECTION NOT AVAILABLE.

i realy agree that bsnl is realy a bad service provider in jharkhand & the customer care is also useless they specialy the the fellos who are avilable on [protected].they will never give good response to u.everybody may try it.i think they are pirvi putra or putri.thats why officers of bsnl dont. take action on them u will always find this no. busy and luckily i[censored] wil get it then again u wil hear that plese hold on i will b right back and after coming u wil hear that due to techinical problem i cant solve ur problem and cant even give u com. no. and put the phone down all this is my experince .u wil also feel it
