[Resolved]  BSNL Gurgaon — phone dead no dial tone

I am very much satisfied with my tel.No.[protected] as long it is working.It is brought to your kind notice that in Ardee City where I am staying, the telephone lines are running over head and because of this my phone remains un-serviceable for 15 days in a month.It is requested to do the needful.

My landline[protected] is out of order for the past several months.
Each time I complain it is rectified for a few hours and then when next picked up to use, there is no dial tone. Please help.

My Tel no:is[protected] have never encountered problem in the past but it's been a month or so there is no dial tone & there is disturbane in the earpiece it rings as soon as we pick the phone there is disturbance only.Pls do something or pls let me know whom to contact.PLEASE HELP...

My bsnl gurgaon landline no[protected] has no dial tone since last one week. I have registered complaint at 198 but no one has turned up or rectified the fault till date.

my telephone no.[protected] is dead since last 20 days and i have lodged complaint so many times on toll free no. 1500 but no action has been taken by the department of telecomunication (DOT). i urge the respected G.M. to look into the matter and got the telephone line/lines of haily mandi immediately as it give immense tension to us.

I am a resident of New Palam Vihar, telephone no[protected] has been dead for 2-3 days, this has been a routine for avery long time. Every time the line man comes takes Rs50 to Rs100 and the phone comes to life again, just for next 3-4 days. There is no response from any of the helplines, it has been a regular feature and is very frustrating.

My telephone[protected], is dead for more than 10 days.I've logged complaint thru 198 twice, but till date it has not been rectified.

i have registerd my complaint for my phone no.[protected] on 06 july 2010 the phone complaint was rectified on 20 august 2010 thers after many complaints were registerd & my phone is still dead after 28th oct 2010 ours is a broadband connection how can a broadband user live without broadband for last four months finaly i have decided to change my service provider & disconnect the service of bsnl broadband
