BSNL haridwar — evdo do not work properly

My evdo donot work properly. Sometimes it works and sometimes it says remote computer does not respond.Please check it and revert to me.My connection no.is [protected].

BSNL haridwar — evdo not working properly

My evdo is not working in shivalik nagar haridwar but working in ranipur more and jwalapur.Allthough bsnl haridwar says that it works shivalik nagar and ranipur more only. So what's the problem now. please revert to me on email id .i.e [protected]@yahoo.com.

In Haridwar Sidcul area our telephone no. is[protected]/43Most of the time broadband is not working. It seems BSNL people are trying to promote Private service provider and keep their system down. We are planning to get Sify system.

I have an broadband connection on 250674 number and i am not getting the actual broadband speed.
Please pay attention towards my problem.

BSNL haridwar — not working of gprs facility on mobile

i have obtaind gprs facility on my mobile phone no [protected] & paying charges rs.99 regularly.but my mobile phone is displaying (subscribe pocket data) for last 8_9 months.i complained to bsnl authorities many times but no results.neither they corrected monthly bill nor they activated the facility.i am unable to use the facility even after paying the charges. svsaxena

refer my complaint dated[protected] regarding non working of gprs facility on my mobile no [protected] even after paying rs148 per month for 8-9 months. i have not received any response from bsnl haridwar so for.pl. take necessary action at the earliest. svsaxena

MY BROADBAND CONNECTION ON[protected] HAS NOT BEEN WORKING SINCE LAST 7 MONTHS. FIRST I WAS TOLD THERE IS CABLE FAULT, WHEN CABLE WAS CHANGED, THEY SAID IT IS DP/PAIR FAULT; ONCE DP WAS CHANGED, THE SAID YOU SHOULD CHANGE FROM P2 TO MULTI-PLAY SWITCH BOARD. NOW AFTER ALL ALTERATIONS, THE BB IS STILL NOT WORKING - CONSISTENT DISCONNECTION AND LOW SPEED - BUT NO ONE - FROM LINE MAN TO JE TO SDO TO AE TO DGM TO GM IS WILLING AND CONCERNED TO FIND AND PROVIDE A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. THEIR ONLY CONCERN IS THAT THE CONSUMER SHOULD CONTINUE PAYING THEM THE MONTHLY CHARGES SO THAT THEY CONTINUE RECEIVING THEIR SALARIES ON TIME - SHAMEFUL ATTITUDE AND YES, IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT BSNL STAFF IS INDIRECTLY PROMOTING PRIVATE SP IN LIEU OF SOME GRATIFICATION
