I have BSNL cellone prepaid sim with No: [protected] and the same I am using from past few years. Now the same has not permitting any outgoing calls. When ever i dial any no. i am getting the recored voice stating that all the out goings call are debarred. Although I had paid all the bills, but service is not getting activated from past 3-4 days.
sir i missed my cell phone
i want to know outgoing calls if any from my mobile...
My mobile no. is [protected] from bhavnagar (gujarat)
Since three days my sim card is not working.
I can't use my outgoing service.
So please help me as soon as possible

    respected sir,

    we had shifted to motera and we demanded for new connection of BSNL landline on 13/04/2009. our demand number is N972559. we had paid deposit 500 Rs/- and 1324 Rs/- annual charge on same date. but till now we do not get our landline phone device. we talked to a member of BSNL company but he did not take any action. they advertise that u will get quickly BSNL landline device but actually it is not happen.

    so, please do needfull procedure for that,

    i requesting u, i dont have ammount so u send me my landline no[protected], wrong calls some to my no so u send me details for every month i willpayd ammount ur office u send me replay me ur emailaddress...
    we had shifted to B - 156 Metropolitan Co-Op Housing Society, 2nd Floor, Sector - B, Kolkata - 700105. We have a BSNL Landline No.:[protected] at P - 889, lake Town, Kolkata. and we submitted the Shifting Form with all of our documents on 23/06/2009 at yours salt lake office. The officials received the papers and due to their mechanical problem they gave me a paper with Samp & Signature and told me that within 10 days we will get our telephone at the above mentioned premises.
    But till now we cannot get our telephone and we arleady paid all the bills of that telephone. Told us how can we get solve the problem. I am totally astonished about this and cannot pay any bill after that if my coonection not shifted early.

    So please do the needful as earliest.

      i am a user of bsnl broadband connection.i took home 250 plan for using internet connection.Because it's usage is limited to 1GB.I need to know whether my usage overcrossed the limit.After knowing my usage details only i could further use internet.please help me ...i hope that the problem will be solved soon...

      I am using the BSNL Dataone broadband service for over an year, but after a few months of taking the connection my ISP made a mess with my user name and password. After that im unable to access the portal as it says invalid user name password.Moreover, iv forgotten my portal id and password ever since. However, iv regained my Dataone password after repeated complaints in the local telephone exchange.Could you please help me out with my portal id?

      I too am not able check usage details. Yesterday when I logged in the home page read "you have exceeded the limit of 1 GB. If you want to continue please click I AGREE". I could not browse the net and had to click I AGREE. Conditions regarding excess usage followed. It is highly improbable that I used up 1 GB because I was not in town for a week and did not make use of my home PC. Does the usage limit prescribed is for 'a month' commencing from the date of installation? Will unused part be carried over to the next 'month'?
      Moreover I was given used ID as "@bsnl.in". With this user ID I am not able to sign in to @dataone.bsnl.in.

        i do not get monthly bill properly so pls. take action. how i know my uses charges pls.tell me
        I am not getting inter net connection properly last 4 months. That's way i am not pay internet bills also. The land line connection also not working properly my land line number[protected]

          Sir,
          I have taken high speed internet connection through BSNL WLL phone. Since then i was in trouble with it. At the time of taking connection i got sufficient speed. But my friend, who is also opted same plan argued that he has more speed than that of mine. Now the speed has decreased to such an extend that I have to refresh each page more than two times to view it. It is very difficult to load even the basic HTML view of GMAIL. I complained the authorities but they say that they found no problems. There is no problem with my computer. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

          i too have the same experiance. when i took it it gave me deasent speed for some dys. later speed reduced like hell and even much poorer that a gprs connection!!! plz take necessary actionss
          my bsnl wll is working very slow..it has been showing the speed of 230kbps but the speed im getting is only 60 kbps just equal to bsnl landline internet speed..downloads have been very slow..i didnt get whats wrong with these wll services..im getting boredom even to connect it..im very unsatisfied with the speeds im getting..

          guys for checking the speed of wll u just need to login into google after that write mcafee speedometer u will find the real speed of internet connection, the speed of wll is 20-40 kbps ...but the company says that the speed is 144kbps tell these fools that every know's ur speed...bsnl is !!!
          bsnl is corrupt, talking about the high speed but offering 13kbs/s through wll connection, talking about broadband @256 but providing only 128kbp/s.They are just making the people fool to collect the money.As for as me is concerned no body should use any bsnl sevrvices weather it is internet or others.

          sir, i have a fixed wll connection with internet connection(250/- unlimited).i have faceing problems during surfing 1. The internet connection after some times diconnected this makes a problem . 2. know the after the use of net what is the procedure of knowing the detail o[censored]sarger charges 3. what is the max speed of net at wll fixed. my phone no.is o[protected]
          I have recently relocated from chennai to Guduvancherry. In Chennai, I have Data One modem through which I can connect to internet with no issues ... I had problems only with Customer service.. In Guduvancherry I was forced to use BSNL WLL phone because we dont have telephone lines... It sucks all my day... Will check few more days and need to search for different service provider...

          Problems that I am facing ::

          -- It will not connect easily (keeps on dialing)
          -- It connects after a great struggle, it will disconnect in 10 minutes :-(
          -- When I ping the websites, I can see too much fluctuations and response time : 3032 ms normally it will be 200 to 500 ms

          Atlast I have planned to get a new computer.. will check for the performance and go for new service provider
          I also have the same connection, that is BSNL WLL. Speed is not one of my problem as I usually download software and I can get them by leaving the computer on while I am sleeping. It would be one of the perfect connection for me if it was not for the disconnection problem. At last I have downloaded the BSNL DataOne dialer hoping that will solve my problem.           BSNL Broadband — showing high usage though not used

          I am using bsnl broadband 500c plan.i usually get a bill below Rs 500/- as i use for domestic purpose.But I had to pay more than a 1000/- at times, I complined at local offices but there is no response.Actually I check the usage everyday.Some times the link, particularly in the last week of the month will not work properly showing that, Usage records are not available.If this is going to be repeated I have no option of complaining in the Consumer Forum.
          my bsnl wll net device shows 230kbps speed. but it works very slow. it download speed comes to 1.5kbps to 2.5kbps and some time when god grateful on me it shows 4.5kbps to 5kbps. but don't you think this speed is worth less?my connection plan is unlimited use and 250 charge per month, which comes to nearly 280 per month with service tax and all. so my humbel request to officers to please correct my net speed.
          hey guys ts ur mistake speed show is 230kbps(bits per seconds) and download shows in Bytes per seconds so u have to multiple by 8.Also speed of WLL is not assured it will depends up on the traffic. band width is shearing pls remember no company give u unlimited internet at RS 250

          i am using wll for last one year.first it gave only 5kbps of download speed.after installing orbit downloader, I get 18 kbps in average at night & 12-14kbs at morning. 1mb downloads in 40-60 seconds.it slows down during weekends to 8kbps & sometimes do not connects but comes back on sunday night. i like it for RS 250 unlimited
          ya i too have same xperience with this plan of bsnl...high speed internet is not all an acceptible name for this plan...for me it works with just .2 to 2kbps...

          I am using bsnl broadband Business 750c plan. From last two weeks our broadband is not working properly, the ADSL & buttons lights blinks correctly (Green). But Internet does not connets.

          Recently i applied broadband connection BSNL people told that due to no feasibility they had given WLL internet but it is very slow. But my neighbor got broadband connection how I don’t know is there any incentive for the BSNL employees for promoting WLL phone?           bsnl landline internet — page error

          the usage page is not at all opening...since 2 days...the main dataone page is opening i know my password...and id..
          I got a BSNL WLL connection from Puthencruz Exchange from 01 Aug 2009. Since installation I have never been able to stay connected to the internet for more than 30 minutes, the connection gets lost withing 2 to 30 minut's time. It's a blue Dibha (Huawei ETS 1201 FWT modem).

          The problems are :-

          (1) Frequent disconnection from the internet, you may have to unplug and reconnect the modem again to access internet.
          (2) Error message 'Wireless device does not exist or unavailable'.

          BSNL guys are not going to tell you the truth that their product and services are cheap but worthless and incompetent !! I'm gonna throw the modem very soon !!
          Even i got a WLL connection from BSNL, but the connection is very slow, but i asked him for broadband connection, because of remote area they provided WLL connection.From few weeks am facing the below problems:

          NETWORK PROBLEM

          Dear BSNL,

          I happen to be an unfortunate subscriber to BSNL HIGH SPEED internet through a WLL FWT device. I got one with effect from 01 August 2009. Since then, I have been behind the GREAT BSNL people (Puthencruz Exchange and Ernakulam Centre) with my problem – frequent disconnect – i.e. I use Windows Vista on my Acer laptop. I have installed the modem successfully with desired drivers and application software supplied – Huawei Mobile Connect. I have also got connected to the network through the said software. However, my internet connectivity gets “disconnected” very frequently, i.e. @ 5-10 minutes. Then, I have to unplug and reconnect the modem to access the internet again!! A message, appears every time saying that – Wireless device does not exist or unavailable. This problem is persistent since the beginning and I have even tried an external aerial to improve the signal strength. I have also got my device (modem), replaced, once, assuming that it’s a hardware failure. Still the problem continues to appear, in spite of consistent signal strength (as it appears as ‘bars’ on the Huawei Mobile Connect window).

          I have taken the whole set of devices to my parent Exchange (Puthencruz) and Ernakulam Centre (where the big tech guys are put up-as per Exchange fellows) as well, but of no use.

          I have the following questions in my mind:-

          1. Does a BSNL FWT (make-Huawei modem ETS1201) work with Windows Vista?

          2. Does BSNL FWT provide uninterrupted internet access? If not, how frequently one has to reconnect?

          3. Does separate Huawei ETS1201 modem drivers exist for Windows XP & Vista?

          4. Does one have to be nearer to the Exchange for continued connectivity? How far one can move within the accessible area?

          5. Does BSNL have any customer CARE programme on their agenda? OR Whom to approach for a reasonably satisfactory technical support?

          I also had the same problems. Actuyally I planned to switch to Asianet, because of the very low speed. But, I tried changing the computer/phone to a different room, where I have much open space and which is near to a window. (earlier place also all the lights on the modem were on showing the best signal quality). Now, in the new place, I am getting very good speed and un-interrupted connectivity.

          One more pont. During the initial days, I also struggled a lot with the authorities but could not get an amicable solution for the disconnects. I myself debugged the same and found out that the USB cable they provide with the modem is of 3m length and by replacing the same with 2m cable has given me un-interrupted connectivity.

          Try the above options - Mostly it will help you.

          meri samasya ye hai ki aye din wll net mai problem rahati hai kuch bhe download karo to ho hi nahi pata hai wll ki speed 230.4 kbps hai lakin 20-30 kbps ki speed hi mil pati hai. kabhi to network problem ho jati hai 4 din tak band rahta hai net connect hi nahi hota .

          i am using bsnl wll phone connection for internet.the speed is very dead slow.it does not go beyond 2 kbps.
          it also automatically disconnects.it is very slower than a landline dialup connection.

          BSNL — Interrupted WLL internet service

          Sir, I have taken a Wll internet connection having no [protected] in Nov 2009.But unfortuately I was unable to access internet facility last 10 (Ten) days.I have complaint in our local telephone exchange many times but nothing happend till now.Unfortunately they interrupted my service more than 10 (Ten) hours a day.

          So ,I informed you to take necessary action as I get proper service in future.

          Hi, I have recently subscribed to bsnl WLL high speed internet connection, after using for 5 minute I got an error 797 and then I have to reconnect the USB and dial again to get the internet, now I get error from the PC that the USB device is not recognised, what to do?????????????????????????????????????

          bsnl landline internet — Very Poor speed and no service action for 2 years

          I had shifted ny residence 3 years ago and also the BSNL Landline connection with the internet connectivity.

          Right from the day it was activated in the new address, the internet connection has been rather pathetic. I have complained numerous times with no action from the BSNL side.

          Of late, they transfer you to a customer representative, who picks it up after 15-20 minutes and fially hears your complaint and asks us to hold on which lasts upto 40 min (I lost my patience after that).

          Being a state run agency, which had the monopoly as well as the customer base, it is disappointing to note that they are not able to provide prompt services. Although in the same area / vicinity I do see service being provided for 'VIP"s!!!

          I know it is not complait but I have download the software Name IDM (internet download manager) from Download.com with this software the Wll is working the speed at 20 Kb/sec

          BSNL WLL is really slow internet connection, in the world may be.The title High speed and unlimited never suites for it.The generation is changed, 3g mobile services launched but there is no change in this wll speed ..am getting only 6kbps when am downloading.Its so frustating that BSNL says its unlimited.2mb is a right for every internet customer in Finland. am not asking 2mb anyway.But what BSNL commercially announced ..144Kbps, What am getting 6kbps after tuning my PC to the maximum.I only have a request that please try to change the BSNL signal strength and make better services to the customer.I have some suggestions Firstly .it will be nice if BSNL changes its WLL phone, The Phones are not up to the level to the Indian standards, Secondly BSNL Singnals should be strenthned, Finally atleast 40 to 60 kbps should be available to the customer.I will be happy if its become a right for every customer.One essential thing is the customer service That should be enhanced.I think its time to change BSNL's speed.Hope some one consider my request, any way Thanks.
          I also facing same problem with my BSNL FWT 1201 WLL phone. It disconnects/not responding after 20-30 minutes. but the icon of huawei and network shows that it is working. every 20-30 minutes I try to close the programme and restart the huawei mobile connect. I think it is the problem of BSNL FWT 1201 WLL phone. earlier I was used ther BSNL WLL handset and it was better than this handset, but My previous handset was get faulty and I replaced with this BSNL FWT 1201 WLL phone and facing a lot of problem.

          My BSNL Huawei ETS1201 WLL set is also disconnected every time. BSNL is not taking any action to solve the problem . they just change the handset, but the problem is as it is.

          On 17 August 2010 I have purchased a MTS MBlaze from Shyamjeetelecom, Mandawali, Delhi-110092. The internet browsing is very slow and downloading also very slow. Besides that connection has failed 10:00PM. Then re-starting the PC and connect again...
          I am cheching speed test normal speed-0.40-0.50 mbps & after 10PM speet -0.08 to .20mbps. So, I am very upset & dissapointed
          I can't work with this speed.

          BSNL — How to get NET on laptop thru Mobile?

          BSNL have recently switched to "bsnlnet" for net access. Their site "cellone.in" (which sends configuration settings to phone) is not able to recognise my "Samsung Galaxy 5" & no option for selecting it is there. Even feedback link is not there for commenting on user problems.

          By manual configuration, I was able to use NET on my phone but am not able to use NET for my laptop using data cable since Laptop connection configuration is not available. Local BSNL office could not give me settings required. Please help.

            You claim to provide a download speed of 10mb, but I never got speed more than 2mb or less for the last several months, that too after loacal complaints and your staff responses. Is there any hope for your clients that you would improve yourf performance and customer satisfaction? Or is it that you just don't care because yours is another irresponsible PSU?

            BSNL DATA CARD — NO SPPED FOR THE BROADBAND AS PROMISSED

            I HAVE TAKEN A DATA CARD BROADBAND FOR MY LAPTOP FROM BSNL OFFICE IN COIMABTORE.
            AND THEY TOLD FEW AREAS IT IWLL BE SLOW BUT ALMOST ALL AREAS IT WILL WORK. I TRIED IN PODANUR, SIDCO, AND LAOS IN GANAPATHY AREAS BUT VAIN. IT IS NOT ALL GETTING CONNECTED . OR IT IS NOT GIVING THE SPEDO 1.44 MB AS PROMISSED.

            THEY WILL CHARGE 550 PER MONTH FOR THIS CARD AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY WHAT I PAID.
            IS IT JUSTIFIED.


            PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THE ISSUE.

                Hello, I'm Yogesh Gode, from Ramtek, Dist: Nagpur.
                I enrolled for 'BSNL DataOne - Unlimited 750' plan on 3rd December, 2008.
                But, BSNL provided my Modem/ADSL Router on 20th Dec, 2008 and said that my service has been started from the same day means from 20th Dec., 2008. But, in reality my service started on 24th Dec., 2008. Till this date there was an "Error 691: Access denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain". And no one in BSNL was responding to my complaints till I made them many calls.
                The service started on 24th Dec., 2008 in evening, my plan was for "Unlimited - 750". But, on 27th Dec., 2008, I received email notification from BSNL, that I crossed the limit of free downloading of 1 GB. I didn't understand, why this email to me? Because, my plan was "Unlimited - 750". So, I called in regional BSNL Office in Ramtek, they said, you enrolled for "Unlimited - 750", but by "our" mistake, we registered your plan as "Starter Plan 250". So, you have to pay full bill of 20th-31st Dec., 2008.
                Till 31st Dec., 2008, I had downloaded about 6-7 GB of data. Because, I knew that I've enrolled for "Unlimited - 750". And I was need of that plan, because I have more work on internet for my study and profession. But, on 31st Dec, 2008 from 8 pm DataOne was not connecting till 1st Jan, 2009 giving the same Error:691. Then, after getting connected on 1st, it is not connecting from 2nd Jan, 2009 from 4pm giving again the same Error:691.
                And for December Bill, BSNL is saying that you have to pay full bill of your usage as "Plan-250".
                And your plan will be converted to "Unlimited - 750" from 1 Feb., 2009. Till that date you don't use DataOne service as considering that you are using "250 plan". And the exeeded amount in the bill will be credited to the next bills till it goes nill. But, I didn't want to use DataOne service more than 3-4 months. But, because of BSNL I am forced to use it's "Third Class" service.
                Now I need my exeeded money back or BSNL should take away their Modem and close my service of DataOne considering that they given it to me without expecting any charges or I'll go to Consumer Forum. I want to **** BSNL.

                iam prem from chennai i too faced this same problem like u; i enrolled for 500 plan with free download time from 2am-8pm..so i started using my free download time period then after 1 month i got the bill and i got shocked because it showed rs.5000 to pay..i really don't know because i used internet most at my free download time only.so then i came to know i was wrongly registered for 250 plan where there is no free download limit.so i went to the bsnl telephone exchange office and registered a complaint..but they said anyway i have to pay the money but i refused to pay since its not my mistake..

                At last i didn't pay the money anymore and again registered for a new bsnl telephone line for 750 plan..
                but till now i didn' pay that last telephone bill. bsnl service is one of the horrible service erver seen before..

                  This is regarding downloading of BSNL caller Tune. I got my BSNL caller tune
                  namely [Hashinuhana, a bengali song (album-Fossils & artist-
                  Fossils)]downloaded from Internet on my prepaid mobile phone number
                  [protected] on 15.12.2008. Immediately I got a message on my mobile that 'your BSNL Tune
                  has been downloaded successfully' & an amount of Rs.20/- was deducted from my
                  account, but the new song has however, not been activated till date.
                  Instead, on 17.12.2008, the old BSNL caller tune, 'Surma Sarela' a
                  garhwali song was again renewed and renewal charges was also deducted. The
                  issue was taken up with the customer care([protected]) on 15.12.2008 itself with
                  regular followups.I was provided with complain lodge no.L[protected] on 18th Dec 08,
                  L[protected] on 19th Dec 08 & A[protected] on 1st Jan 09 by the
                  Customer Care executives, with an assurance that the problem will be solved. But
                  unfortunately, the problem is lying as it is. Every time I contacted customer care I had to talk to a new executive and the whole details were required to be explained to these executives which has now become extremely frustating You are therefore requested
                  to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                      Here is the solution to get maximum speed using this Huawei Ec 325 device
                      1) Always use Latest vertion of IE or Firefox
                      2) Always download big files (more than 50 MB) using download manager (example: Free download manager, Download accellarator plus, Flash jet).
                      3) Don't surf the web while you downloading.

                      5) If you using Bittorrent then you can try this way to boost the download speed

                      Open the setting, click on Band width, On the Global Upload Limiting uncheck the " Automatic" option then select the " Altornate Upload Rate when not downloading(kb/s)" and now enter the "0"to "1" on the opposite 2 boxes .
                      Do not change anything on " Global download rate limiting " option. now close it you will get extra download speed.

                      6) Always select a better download site to download a specific file, if the download speed is low then cancel the download and try another site. If you going to Try a SOFTWARE (example Norton Internet Security 2009 ) then only downlod from its official website (example : for Norton Internet Security 2009 choose http://shop.symantecstore.com/store/symnahho/en_US/ContentTheme/ThemeID.106300/p...

                      Like this choose the official websites if you going to try the software, then after for a crack or cheat to make the software yours with out purchasing download the Crack seperately as torrent ( search the web using" NIS 2009 crack" key words).

                      And if you downloading the games, give first priority to www.thepiratebay.com for downloading torrent files, its got the comments too so you can decide whether it is downloadable or not (atleast you know before downloading becoz some files are more than 3 to 5 GB )

                      7) don't surf the web when you downloading using download manager .
                      8) Clean your Internet Browsing history using

                      Open control panel, then open internet Properties, now below the "Browsing history" tab click on "delete" button.
                      9) Use a better Internet security software, becoz some internet security software makes the connections lazy becoz they do unusefull scanning on the background . So selecting the better security software will be wise.
                      10)do not download more than 2 files on torrent and never download more than 1 file using download manager.


                      Also there is more options available to increase the download speed try to discover this on your own.

                      aah well yeah guys i know bsnl huawei ec325 is not up to the mark. i m also using this wireless modem i i will say that this modem no that fast but guys its not that bad i mean i m getting moret than 11 kbps with only four bars of signal. when the signal is full then i get 14 kbps so its not that bad. yesterday i downloded 100 mb file n guys believe the tranfer rate was above 7-8 kbps. n didn't used any download manager. for me its alrite i mean wat do you want more in a net connection which is wireless n m payin only 200 a month n ma net plan is unlimited so cheers. but yeah when u play online games it sucks sometimes cuz its a dial up ppl. but i think it is far better than those fraud wireless modems like tata plug to surf, reliance netconnect, n idea they all say that there modems r broadband but man they really suck . so at the end i will say its not that bad deal for me. cheers

For downloading stuffs use internet download manager, orbit . download accelerator manager etc . try not to use torrent for downloading stuffs . Use mediafire links to download movies, games, softwares etc it fast to be precise very fast . try these sites www.vietproblog.com, www.namln.com, www.divxcrawler.com, www.dls-games.com . For more sites open www.blogcatalog.com and search for mediafire around tewenty sites will open up consisting of mediafire links . You can get hd rip movies just at 400mb takes only few hours to download and watch .
                      I am in Orissa. My Huawei EC325 goes upto 23KB/s (Average 15KB/s, I am using Accelerators).

                      EC325 USB connection speed shows 230 kbps and download speed is 7 kbps to 150kbs max I pay Rs 500 per month and I used once in a month per year. I works abroad and connection speed is very good there. Basically I feel the download speed is less. The BSNL tower is 250 meters away from my house in KERALA I don't have any signal problem It has max 5 to 6 kms signal strength I believe. I am a computer Engineer works abroad. If we compare charges in India and overseas, India still is very cheaper you must accept. My brother has a Data One connection from BSNL and pays for 1 MB download limit is Rs 250 per month. Even I can use his wire less connection upto 50 meters as we stays in that close. You will have a Router with DSL line cable comes with analogue land line seperately. The speed is much better in DSL. The advantage with EC325 is you can use it any where freely and you have the flexbility. So we have advantages and disadvantages. We can't get every thing in one. I seen some one saying 1kbs it can happen due to bandwidth problem because of mor consumers Hence BSNL may need to upgrade their system which is cost involved. I think ADSL will be the best option I am not really a regular user of BSNL and I may be wrong if I say some as bottom line. We can not acecpt 1kbps 10kbs for sure Please do the needful by BSNL if it is not too much cost involved in swapping system or even upgrade. Not going to be easy any more

                      i m using the bsnl nic huawei ec325 since oct 2008.each time i m getting more than 100kbps(browsing) and at the time of downloding it usually gives more than 15kbps.

                      only one thing i want to say that the speed is depend upon the numbers of consumers with in the circle.the more number the consumers the speed will be less.

                      city like kolkata, bhubaneswer or cuttack the speed will little bit lower than the rural or semi-urban area,

                      second thing is the network strength.

                      if you are facing any slow connection the disconnect and connect it again, definitely u ll get some better result.

                        I have a BSNL Land Line connection @ my home in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The no. is [protected].                           I have bsnl landline number [protected] yamuna nagar, haryana..last year i activate bsnl broadband plan-250 home plan in which 1 gb downloading must free.i pay full year payment of broadband rs 2500.when i give application.after 3 month i recieve bill which included rs 250 which i already paid to bsnl.i go to account office they check my account and did deduction of rs 250 +tax on it.they say from next month u will not suffer this problem.on next month i go to bsnl office they give deduction and say from next month u willn't suffer this problem.but this is going to happen full year.i waste my time in hour in standing in lines.

                          next year i think if this problem is going to happen daily so think i will pay frequency charge means monthly charges becoz it's monthly problem of bill and it's unnecessary to pay advance bill.and i CHANGE MY PLAN TO COMBO PLAN IN WHICH BSNL CHARGE ME RS 500 AND GIVE ME 1.5 GB DOWNLOADING AND 175 CALL FREE PER MONTH AND MONTHLY RENT FREE.


                          aftre three month iwhen i recieve november month there is 180 rs rent and only 50 call free.this 180 rs is monthly rent which is not in my combo plan and there 175 calls free in my combo plan but i only get 50 free calls when i go to account office then they deduct these chagres and this say old lines that next month u will not suffer...
                          and also the bsnl say that we have 500 kbps but this statement is wrong i recieve not more than 35-40 kbps.

                          so i want to say from next month i will suffer this problem of extra charges...before getting bills of extra charge plz help me becoz i don't want to waste much time in account office and this account office is so mfar from my home..

                            My sim number (Cellone prepaid) is [protected], location-Chengannur, Dist Aleppey, Kerala.

                            My complaint is that the GPRS signal is not permanent. It comes and goes. I always keep my balance above Rs.500/-
                            On discussions with CCOs, they donot give any clear solutions and hesitate to take the complaints upwards, which made me complain this way.

                            I have purchased a 2G SIM from BSNL office Mahanagar Lucknow for taking the facility of Internet Browsing on My PC at my home. they told me 512MB data is free for one month. than i put the SIM into USB Data Modem and make all settings whatever required for Internet browing on a PC for BSNL SIM through USB Data Modem.Connection established but page not opened at that time i was busy with my office work so that i didn't gone in depth.
                            Now on 04/06/2011 i have done a GPRS recharge of Rs. 270/- for one month and still the problem is same i.e. network established but page didn't displayed, i have contaceted customer care of BSNL 4-5 times all the time they gave assurance that problem will be solve within 48 hrs. but my problem not solved till now.
                            so what hapened about my Rs. 270/- as wel as my Internet requirements.

                                We are using BSNL broad band. Most of the times DNS of BSNL Hyderabad fails to resolve the names of most famous site like google, yahoo and also their own site. It works with IP addresses but not with url. I request BSNL Hyderabad broad band administrators to configure their DNS server properly with help of professional consultants rather than depending on in house experts.

                                To place this complaint also their site is not getting opened at this point of time. only rediff site I am able to access it and through that this site is accessed and this complaint is placed for public view.

                                MY TELEPHONE NO[protected] NOT WORKING SINCE 04.06.2009. PERSONALLY ALSO REQUESTING TO CLEAR THE PHONE ISSUES. IT IS UNDER SAFILGUDA, HYD AREA.
                                Our telephone no. [protected] not working since 17.06.09, we have given complaint to clear the phone issue, but they did gave any response, on high priority resolve this problem. It comes under Kawadiguda Exchage.

                                We have taken new telephone and broadband connection with the following number 24821159. From past five(5) days telephone and internet is not working. We gave complaint on 18/06/2009 still problem persist, we spoked two to three times we got respone that we will solve today but nothing is done. We called nearly 10-15 times bell rangs but nobody lift the phone on following numbers [protected] and[protected]. We reguest the manager please take some action to solve the problem as soon as problem.

                                My internet connection has not been working for more than a month now. i have been trying hard to contact the necessary officials at padmaroanager for no avail. Either the telephone operator has no idea what to do with the complaint or the desired officers cell phone is - switched off.

                                Can some one please advise on how to take this further.

                                --has reformed to send --wrong billing with poor bill format, it is also totally different from other regions like BSNLChennai that gives lot information and consumer friendly
                                --it calculates different method [god only knows how BSNL Hyderabad calculates ] not from MB/GB but with new calculation in KB and figure it arrives is totally different from its own website
                                --it is using more stationary that is almost blank with no information
                                --now it want s to send bills after 2 months of hibernation to consumers

                                I am from FCI, RO, Hyderabad Haca bhavan, Public Gardens, Nampally, we are having broadband internet connection under data one which is very slow as the signal strength is very low many times the system gets hanged and there is a problem with the internet connection we have been sufferring with the problem of low signal strength and phone no is[protected] for FAP exclusively because of which our work is being hampered, i hope u would do the needful at the earliest / immediately so as to resolve the problem as it will may turn out to be a legal issue

                                our telephone problem is 27178062, internet hasnot been working for more than 2 months now, today i have been to the office. I was surprised that they have registered my complaint today, when i was upset, they had used forceful language, and threats to force me out. I am helpless, i need to complaint about the way the officials have behaved and ineffeciency! and i do need to get my internet. whom should i contact.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am facing problem in Broadband speed it's take a long time to open a site, as per the plan commited speed which is 512 kbps, against that, I just recieve 70 kbps to 80 kbps speed

                                  You are requested to solve my problem either it's releted to ADSL link or port or any other releted to speed.I have make a online complaint on 198 and 1957 but it's not responding till date.

                                  Actualy I have paid one year advance payment for this particular plan, but I am so confuse now what to do if that problem will continue for long time.

                                    in the address bbservices.bsnl.in Iam not getting my user details, even I cant open the window.

                                    I can't get details about use of internet.Through your web site www.dataone.in, so kindly provide us facility to monitor the use of internet.I had got broad band connection during your 15 days free use scheme launch last month and i had decided to continue the same.I had opted this facility through your land line[protected].                                         I had registered with do not make call last year itself and yet I continue to receive unwanted and unsolicited sms on my mobile. I had also made a complaint under DNC and my complaint number is [protected]. Most times these sms come in the middle of the afternoon while I am sleeping and sometimes even after 10 at night. I have two land lines and have kept my mobile strictly for emergencies so that my family can call me.I do NOT wish anyone else to disturb me on my mobile. My mobile is strictly for my very personal family members. How do i get rid of this menace? Who do I hold accountable?

                                        I am P. Nagesh Shettigar, using bsnl prepaid mobile since about 10 years. I am using mobile No.[protected]. My complaint: I am getting regularly service sms in my mobile without my consent, some of the numbers are deducting amounts from my prepaid balance. Those are[protected]JOKES duducting Rs.30/-,[protected]HMSHAKAL Rs.10/-, 59595015 LOVE TIPS deducting rs.15/-, 54000010 HAMSHAKAL RS.10/- THRICE IN A MONTH, 56505 - PHONE BACKUP deducting rs.30/-. Total around Rs.100/- is deducted from my balance monthly without my consent. I have already complained so many times to your customer service centre, bangalore, no use. As per their advice, I have sent sms DND ON 18.05.2011 AND ON 22.06.2011, but no response. I am getting daily service sms regularly and amount is deducted monthly. Sometimes twice monthly. On 30.06.2011, your customer care has registered the complaint under No.F30KA188147 and they said within 24 hours all unnecessary service sms will be stopped. But unnecessary sms are not stopped till now. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and my request is ceded immediately.
