I HAVE BUYED WIRELESS CABLE OF BSNL HUAWEI EC325 TO ACCESS TO THE INTERNET IN HALDWANI. I BOUGHT IT FOR RS.4600 AND WE WERE EXPECTING SPEED UP TO 144mbps BUT SADLY IT HAS NOT GIVEN GOOD RESPONSE SO I WOULD REQUEST BSNL COMPANY OF HALDWANI TO PLEASE CHECK INTO THIS MATTER AND PLEASE INCREASE THE SPEED SO THAT WE MAY BE ANLE TO SURF AND DOWNLOAD INFORMATION MORE ENTHUSTIACALLY IN YHE NET

Bsnl ec325 huawei network adapter has the lowest speed i had ever seen in my life.
It tipically starts with 3kbps speed and does not exceeds 10 kbps.
It is nothing but waste of money.
I am not satisfied with this network adapter and request BSNL to improve the situation.
This is really getting fraud by a reputated company . i myself has brought this sheet a day ago and its giving speed upto only 10 kbps while i discussed with bsnl executives they said it wud give 100-140 kbps, this is really nonsense why dont they tell their consumers the real fact this is not building a good business deal. i had been wasted money Rs 2810.00 buying this sheet. pls i want some action against this fraudy act.

i really feel bad about bsnl, my speed is only about 1kb/s, i was expecting atleast 3kb/s.it very bad about the reputed network.
I don't agree with all these people because i am getting good enough speed whic is about 85-90kbps and sometimes the receive rates exceeds 150kbps.This happens because my house is close to BSNL main tower near jadavpur.My friends also have similar kind of experience.
It is very time consuming to surf net through this data card. i am at naihati, showing 4 tower but speed 3-4 kpbs/s.
iam getting 60-80kbps in the early morning hours, , , , , , , , , , , , , , after that iam getting 30-40kbps

I am using new BSNL broadband connection. Broadband is not working well in our home from the installation day. My plan is 500c Combo. In this I am receiving my download speed is 20 to 30KB. I am not getting more then this speed. so we are unable to use broadband regularly. I am a computer hardware Eng. I done everything what all has to be done. I am suspecting it could be Modem problem.
I already give complaints to the local exchanges, but there is no response from your local exchanges. Please give attention to this complaint as soon as possible.

i brought a nic connection past month. it gave a fair downloading speed of 10kbps for most of the time bt from past few days, i'm getting no more than 3kbps.can my device be faulty of whole blame is to be put on BSNL?
Here is the solution to get maximum speed using this Huawei Ec 325 device
1) Always use Latest vertion of IE or Firefox
2) Always download big files (more than 50 MB) using download manager (example: Free download manager, Download accellarator plus, Flash jet).
3) Don't surf the web while you downloading.
4) if you downloading the Game files or software or movies those are larger than 1GB(you can also download small files ) then downloding using TORRENT ( to know more details about what is torrent http://www.what-is-torrent.com/).
5) If you using Bittorrent then you can try this way to boost the download speed

Open the setting, click on Band width, On the Global Upload Limiting uncheck the " Automatic" option then select the " Altornate Upload Rate when not downloading(kb/s)" and now enter the "0"to "1" on the opposite 2 boxes .
Do not change anything on " Global download rate limiting " option. now close it you will get extra download speed.

6) Always select a better download site to download a specific file, if the download speed is low then cancel the download and try another site. If you going to Try a SOFTWARE (example Norton Internet Security 2009 ) then only downlod from its official website (example : for Norton Internet Security 2009 choose http://shop.symantecstore.com/store/symnahho/en_US/ContentTheme/ThemeID.106300/p...

Like this choose the official websites if you going to try the software, then after for a crack or cheat to make the software yours with out purchasing download the Crack seperately as torrent ( search the web using" NIS 2009 crack" key words).

And if you downloading the games, give first priority to www.thepiratebay.com for downloading torrent files, its got the comments too so you can decide whether it is downloadable or not (atleast you know before downloading becoz some files are more than 3 to 5 GB )

7) don't surf the web when you downloading using download manager .
8) Clean your Internet Browsing history using

Open control panel, then open internet Properties, now below the "Browsing history" tab click on "delete" button.
9) Use a better Internet security software, becoz some internet security software makes the connections lazy becoz they do unusefull scanning on the background . So selecting the better security software will be wise.
10)do not download more than 2 files on torrent and never download more than 1 file using download manager.


Also there is more options available to increase the download speed try to discover this on your own.

aah well yeah guys i know bsnl huawei ec325 is not up to the mark. i m also using this wireless modem i i will say that this modem no that fast but guys its not that bad i mean i m getting moret than 11 kbps with only four bars of signal. when the signal is full then i get 14 kbps so its not that bad. yesterday i downloded 100 mb file n guys believe the tranfer rate was above 7-8 kbps. n didn't used any download manager. for me its alrite i mean wat do you want more in a net connection which is wireless n m payin only 200 a month n ma net plan is unlimited so cheers. but yeah when u play online games it sucks sometimes cuz its a dial up ppl. but i think it is far better than those fraud wireless modems like tata plug to surf, reliance netconnect, n idea they all say that there modems r broadband but man they really suck . so at the end i will say its not that bad deal for me. cheers

those using huawei EC325 try using google chrome browser or mozilla firefox 3.5 and allow for many simultanious connections. use tune up utilities 2009 for that . For downloading stuffs use internet download manager, orbit . download accelerator manager etc . try not to use torrent for downloading stuffs . Use mediafire links to download movies, games, softwares etc it fast to be precise very fast . try these sites www.vietproblog.com, www.namln.com, www.divxcrawler.com, www.dls-games.com . For more sites open www.blogcatalog.com and search for mediafire around tewenty sites will open up consisting of mediafire links . You can get hd rip movies just at 400mb takes only few hours to download and watch .
I am in Orissa. My Huawei EC325 goes upto 23KB/s (Average 15KB/s, I am using Accelerators).
But since 4 days, it can't get good connection in single connection. I have to connect-disconnect it 2 to 7 times to get good connection.
I complained but, my modem worked well in their computers but not on me.
I think they have changed my configuration. When I go to complain they reset it and when I come to home they again change configurations because, I use to download 18 to 20 GB in one month.
So, please anyone tell me what should I do to get it?

Whatever complaints aginst BSNL NIC EC325 is correct. Very poor download speed may be between 7-11 Kbps in Hyderabad. Downloading from rapidshare and sometimes with other links are very difficult.

EC325 USB connection speed shows 230 kbps and download speed is 7 kbps to 150kbs max I pay Rs 500 per month and I used once in a month per year. I works abroad and connection speed is very good there. Basically I feel the download speed is less. The BSNL tower is 250 meters away from my house in KERALA I don't have any signal problem It has max 5 to 6 kms signal strength I believe. I am a computer Engineer works abroad. If we compare charges in India and overseas, India still is very cheaper you must accept. My brother has a Data One connection from BSNL and pays for 1 MB download limit is Rs 250 per month. Even I can use his wire less connection upto 50 meters as we stays in that close. You will have a Router with DSL line cable comes with analogue land line seperately. The speed is much better in DSL. The advantage with EC325 is you can use it any where freely and you have the flexbility. So we have advantages and disadvantages. We can't get every thing in one. I seen some one saying 1kbs it can happen due to bandwidth problem because of mor consumers Hence BSNL may need to upgrade their system which is cost involved. I think ADSL will be the best option I am not really a regular user of BSNL and I may be wrong if I say some as bottom line. We can not acecpt 1kbps 10kbs for sure Please do the needful by BSNL if it is not too much cost involved in swapping system or even upgrade. Not going to be easy any more

i m using the bsnl nic huawei ec325 since oct 2008.each time i m getting more than 100kbps(browsing) and at the time of downloding it usually gives more than 15kbps.

only one thing i want to say that the speed is depend upon the numbers of consumers with in the circle.the more number the consumers the speed will be less.

city like kolkata, bhubaneswer or cuttack the speed will little bit lower than the rural or semi-urban area,

second thing is the network strength.

if you are facing any slow connection the disconnect and connect it again, definitely u ll get some better result.

    My Telephone bearing number:[protected] is getting "Dead" very frequently and even after making several complaint bookings by calling 198, there is inordinate delay in correcting the same.This is causing lot of inconvenience to us.At present it is in dead state and the complaint number is[protected].In view of this if the situation is not improved we will be forced to ask for Disconnection and Re-fund of deposit.

    I have a BSNL Land Line connection @ my home in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The no. is [protected]. For the last two months, there is no consistent service available here in the given number. If the call is through there is a lot of disturbances in between and couldn't hear both the parties. Another thing is that when we tried to call in this number from outside, the recorded message is coming saying that ' the incoming facility is temporarily not available' .

    In short the peace of mind is not guaranteed any way. Requesting to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

    I wonder why this BSNL company alone is not progressing to come up with the competitive world, in spite of lot of modern facilities available to improve the customer care/satisfaction. If BSNL cannot care their customers, somebody will care.

This phone worked for 6 days this month.we always complain to local lineman who takes it very easy & attend the faults whenever he feels.When we go to JE he will ask the same lineman to attend. He plays the same role.Probably for them also it is difficult to maintain these category.Very purpose of taking the HIBAND CONNECTION is to meet our fast communication.when this is not being served very purpose defeats. CAN ANY ONE SUGGEST THE ALTERNATIVE APPROACH to get our problem disolved.

      I have bsnl landline number [protected] yamuna nagar, haryana..last year i activate bsnl broadband plan-250 home plan in which 1 gb downloading must free.i pay full year payment of broadband rs 2500.when i give application.after 3 month i recieve bill which included rs 250 which i already paid to bsnl.i go to account office they check my account and did deduction of rs 250 +tax on it.they say from next month u will not suffer this problem.on next month i go to bsnl office they give deduction and say from next month u willn't suffer this problem.but this is going to happen full year.i waste my time in hour in standing in lines.

      next year i think if this problem is going to happen daily so think i will pay frequency charge means monthly charges becoz it's monthly problem of bill and it's unnecessary to pay advance bill.and i CHANGE MY PLAN TO COMBO PLAN IN WHICH BSNL CHARGE ME RS 500 AND GIVE ME 1.5 GB DOWNLOADING AND 175 CALL FREE PER MONTH AND MONTHLY RENT FREE.


      aftre three month iwhen i recieve november month there is 180 rs rent and only 50 call free.this 180 rs is monthly rent which is not in my combo plan and there 175 calls free in my combo plan but i only get 50 free calls when i go to account office then they deduct these chagres and this say old lines that next month u will not suffer...
      and also the bsnl say that we have 500 kbps but this statement is wrong i recieve not more than 35-40 kbps.

      so i want to say from next month i will suffer this problem of extra charges...before getting bills of extra charge plz help me becoz i don't want to waste much time in account office and this account office is so mfar from my home..

        Sir,

        My sim number (Cellone prepaid) is [protected], location-Chengannur, Dist Aleppey, Kerala.

        My complaint is that the GPRS signal is not permanent. It comes and goes. I always keep my balance above Rs.500/-
        On discussions with CCOs, they donot give any clear solutions and hesitate to take the complaints upwards, which made me complain this way.

        I hope the needful may be done.

        i have a prepaid 9446 series number .GPRS activated,
        costomer care assistant told data transfering cost is 3paisa per 10kb.

        but, every time last call cost showin 5paisa or its multiplies, 5paisa reduces from my account per 10kb, please solve my problem.

        Or please introduce an unlimited gprs plan for prepaid costomers. Or introduce any voucher like 197 in UP.

        Dear Sir,

        My sim no is (BSNL PrePaid) [protected], Location Asansol (West Bengal). Although I always have balance greater then Rs 50. from last few week I am not getting the GPRS signal on my mobile. I complaint abt this to the Coustomer care and every time they sent me the Setting and ask me to save those setting and to restart the phone, those people are not understanding that these settings are of no use if I will not get the GPRS signal.

        I am now fed up with these guys (Coustomer care).

        BSNL — Non availability of GPRS

        I have purchased a 2G SIM from BSNL office Mahanagar Lucknow for taking the facility of Internet Browsing on My PC at my home. they told me 512MB data is free for one month. than i put the SIM into USB Data Modem and make all settings whatever required for Internet browing on a PC for BSNL SIM through USB Data Modem.Connection established but page not opened at that time i was busy with my office work so that i didn't gone in depth.
        Now on 04/06/2011 i have done a GPRS recharge of Rs. 270/- for one month and still the problem is same i.e. network established but page didn't displayed, i have contaceted customer care of BSNL 4-5 times all the time they gave assurance that problem will be solve within 48 hrs. but my problem not solved till now.
        so what hapened about my Rs. 270/- as wel as my Internet requirements.

Yesterday i received the message that u have suc. pro. my bill of Rs.629 due 0n[protected]. Hence i request u kindly not process the bill for Jan.

            We are using BSNL broad band. Most of the times DNS of BSNL Hyderabad fails to resolve the names of most famous site like google, yahoo and also their own site. It works with IP addresses but not with url. I request BSNL Hyderabad broad band administrators to configure their DNS server properly with help of professional consultants rather than depending on in house experts.

            To place this complaint also their site is not getting opened at this point of time. only rediff site I am able to access it and through that this site is accessed and this complaint is placed for public view.

            My internet connection has not been working for more than a month now. i have been trying hard to contact the necessary officials at padmaroanager for no avail. Either the telephone operator has no idea what to do with the complaint or the desired officers cell phone is - switched off.

              I am facing problem in Broadband speed it's take a long time to open a site, as per the plan commited speed which is 512 kbps, against that, I just recieve 70 kbps to 80 kbps speed

              You are requested to solve my problem either it's releted to ADSL link or port or any other releted to speed.I have make a online complaint on 198 and 1957 but it's not responding till date.

              Actualy I have paid one year advance payment for this particular plan, but I am so confuse now what to do if that problem will continue for long time.

                    I had registered with do not make call last year itself and yet I continue to receive unwanted and unsolicited sms on my mobile. I had also made a complaint under DNC and my complaint number is [protected]. Most times these sms come in the middle of the afternoon while I am sleeping and sometimes even after 10 at night. I have two land lines and have kept my mobile strictly for emergencies so that my family can call me.I do NOT wish anyone else to disturb me on my mobile. My mobile is strictly for my very personal family members. How do i get rid of this menace? Who do I hold accountable?

                    I am P. Nagesh Shettigar, using bsnl prepaid mobile since about 10 years. I am using mobile No.[protected]. My complaint: I am getting regularly service sms in my mobile without my consent, some of the numbers are deducting amounts from my prepaid balance. Those are[protected]JOKES duducting Rs.30/-,[protected]HMSHAKAL Rs.10/-, 59595015 LOVE TIPS deducting rs.15/-, 54000010 HAMSHAKAL RS.10/- THRICE IN A MONTH, 56505 - PHONE BACKUP deducting rs.30/-. Total around Rs.100/- is deducted from my balance monthly without my consent. I have already complained so many times to your customer service centre, bangalore, no use. As per their advice, I have sent sms DND ON 18.05.2011 AND ON 22.06.2011, but no response. I am getting daily service sms regularly and amount is deducted monthly. Sometimes twice monthly. On 30.06.2011, your customer care has registered the complaint under No.F30KA188147 and they said within 24 hours all unnecessary service sms will be stopped. But unnecessary sms are not stopped till now. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and my request is ceded immediately.

                      BSNL Broadband — very less speed

                      I am having the BSNL Brodband since 1 month.They sayt that it's speed will be 256mb but its less than 80 mb.How can get the proper speed and when...?
                      Please try to do something for me and other users.
                      dear ranjit, the maximum speed in india is 8 mdps so as u mentioned tha the speed offered was 256mb is wrong. secondly for a connection when issued, read carefully it says speeds upto and not that whats printed thats the speed. so for a connection of 256kbps i[censored]r getting 80kbps thats a good speed

                      I have BSNL Broad band connectiopn for the past 8 months . I dont get an uninterrupted connection it gets disconnected in between a lot of times & also when there is an incoming call, ADSL signal light on my router keeps flashing. I had given a lot of verbal complaints to to BSNL Vasai(w) office since I reside in Vasai (W), Thane Dist. I contacted "1500" Broadband Complaint No. they have asked me to get the line checked as there is problem in my telephone line. But no action has been taken. Also in my bill for last month I recieved an usage charge exceeding Rs.3000/-...!!!. As I am typing this email there is a connection available but it wont last long. Kindly help.

                      I transferred my BSNL Dataone 500 plan to 750 unlimited plan from today(March 1st 2009).
                      Now the connection speed is very slow. To open a page I have to wait. I am getting downloading speed of aroung 15 kbps. For the 500 plan the downloading speed was 150-200 kbps. I am thinking of shifting back to the 500 plan..

                      BSNL Broadband-Home plan — no proper services

                      I had complaint to the BSNL-Perundurai(Erode DT) on[protected] that my broadband connection is not working and they didn't clear my problem till today[protected]. this is the worst service that i had never seen...
                      I have a similar issue. The problem is because the phone is connected in parellel to your modem without the splitter. To fix the problem what you need to do is disconnect any phones on the line and then connect them to the splitter phone output.

                      Most BSNL guys are either lazy or don't know anything. But there are some who know stuff. For eg. the above soln was given by my lineman! The only reason BSNL is surviving is because of government's perferential treatment and their ago old network.
                      i have also shifted my plan to 750ul. but from today it is seeing that the downloading speed is 10 to 15 kpbs which is 70 to 80 kpbs in other plan. to open a page i too have to wait for a long.what to do now that i am confused and bothering about to pay such a big amount in bill.

                      Broadband Home UL 750 — Slow Speed

                      I ( from Perumbavoor, Kerala ) have upgraded my 250 home plan to Home UL 750 plan, wef. 04 April 2009, hoping to have a better speed than my previous plan, with unlimited data transfer. To my utter dismay I find it so slow that I can't even browse for my incoming mail.

                      My current bandwidth reading is: 13.90 kbps, which means I can download at 1.74 KB/sec, which is less than what I get through a ial-up connection.( as per BSNL, Calcutta Telephones Free Broadband Speed Checker.) Authorities may intervene and redress the problem immediately)
                      I too am experiencing the same problem after changing my plan to Home UL 750. Even not able to browse because of the slow speed. My current bandwidth reading is 10.90kbps, which means I can download at 1.36 KB/sec.( report from www.calcuttatelephones.com server. ). This is cheating by the BSNL and there is no wonder why customers terminate their connection with BSNL and go for other Service Providers who gives a better service

But now at the end of the month, I am not getting the minimum broadband speed. I am getting only 40 to 100 kbps speed because of which I am unable to do my work.                       Mu telephone number is 26703203. My bb connection speed was very slow 15kbps-50kbps against the claim 256kbps to 2mbps. When I called 1500 call centre, they said that it could be problem of ols system. Initially i thought, the speed could be a problem of my old system. Hence, i had gone for new and latest system after spending Rd.23000/-. Even after changing over to new system, I found speed was very slow. I was very upset over it. I have been calling and complaining to Peravallore exchange SDE and other concerned bb technician and Line man. But no seems to be caring for it. Atleast, bb technician came to house and checked the wiring. Seems to be little better. However, I am not satisfied with the service. Why BSNL service is so bad? Why BSNL authorities are not taking any action on the erring person? Can any one act on this? Why consumer forum tke volutarily the cases against BSNL and act on it? Horrible experiences...

                      I fully agree with Mr.Sundar complaint. We have been facing the same problem in and around Peravallore exchange. Many times, the wiring of telephone connection itself is horrible. Why all these fools are taking connection from BSNL when this is what they can offer the service. BSNL should be made private company immediately.

                      After my last bill, I called up the call centre and requested for a change in the package from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 750/- sround the 24/5/09 I recd a call and I was told to give the application to the mapusa customer centre which i did and expected that I would be on the Rs. 750/- package from 1/609, this was told to me by the call centre staff.
                      i have been using the internet from this morning and have been trying to check if my package has been changed. and after several calls i spoke to Mr. Hari Krishna who later informed me thru one Mr. Desai that my application and request was being forwarded to Bamgalore and the changes would be made today or tomorrow.

                      I feel the public is wrongly informed that, the changes will be made as per the billing cycle i.e.from the 1st of every month.

                      Unaware...that this is your strategy I will be charged for the hours that have been used by me thinking i am now on the 750 package..this is wrong information given to the users which is very wrong.

                      I request you to look into the matter and train your call centre staff to inform customers that until they are intimated the changes have not been made.

                      I would like to be kept posted of your decision in my case.

                      Skin is an absorbent organ. What is put on it can be absorbed into the bloodstream. Examples of this are the smokers patch and topical vitamins and topical medications.

                      One can easily prove this by experiment at home. Take a good dosage of multiple vitamins. Notice that the urine is bright yellow a few hours later. Now wait a few days and without taking any other vitamin supplements, spray on a topical vitamin (Alcer makes one). Notice within a few hours that the urine is, again, bright yellow. The topical vitamin absorbs directly through the skin, into the bloodstream and through the system. The unused vitamins then exit the system the same way as vitamins taken orally.

                      From this experiment, one can intelligently deduce that soap, shampoo, cream, toothpaste, deodorant etc., when applied directly to the body, will be absorbed into the bloodstream and carried through the system.

                      The following is a list of some of the harmful ingredients contained in modern cosmetic and body care products.

                      Cosmetics and beauty products are not regulated by the FDA unless they make a specific health claim. Examples of specific claims are: "kills bacteria" & "helps fight infection". Products are expected to be safe. If products are shown to be dangerous they must be removed from the market. However, what isn't as easy to show is the long term build up, in the body, of some chemicals found in modern cosmetic and body care products.

                      It took a long time to prove that asbestos causes cancer, in fact, some children who were exposed to asbestos at childhood, didn't develop cancer until much later in life. It takes time for radiation from the sun to build up and cause skin cancer but we've seen over time that this can and does occur.

                      Knowing that the body does in fact absorb what's put on it, why subject the body EVERY SINGLE DAY to the dangerous detergents and chemical ingredients found in soaps, shampoos, deodorants, creams and toothpaste? Most consumers don't realize that many "natural products" in health food stores contain harmful, and in some cases, cancer-forming ingredients. For example the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) lists Propylene Glycol as a chemical so dangerous that when it is disposed of it must be handled as toxic waste. However, most "natural" under arm deodorants contain Propylene Glycol as the main ingredient.

                      Here is a list of some of the harmful ingredients found in commercial products:

                      Sulfates

                      (These come under the following names: sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate and ammonium laureth sulfate.) These are chemical surfactants. A surfactant means literally "surface acting". It acts on the surface of something to break up grease and dirt. Check your shampoo, boxed cake mixes, tooth paste and many other food and cosmetics products and you may be surprised at how many products contain these chemicals.

                      These are very controversial ingredients. I've read reports, some Pro and some Con on these ingredients. I don't trust these chemicals and tend to believe the scientists who have reported that these chemicals absorb through the skin and settle in the body, especially in the liver, kidneys and eyes. It is believed to be one of the causes of cataracts. Studies have shown that some of these chemicals in combination with other chemicals in shampoo cause nitrates in the body (nitrates are a proven cancer producing substance).

                      These chemicals have also been found to cause decline in hair growth and hair loss. I first read about this fact in a publication, which was written 6 years ago! Yet when I recently read the ingredients in a friend's shampoo made for balding men, the main ingredient was sodium lauryl sulfate. In essence he had in a bottle one chemical fighting to help him grow hair and another fighting to make him bald! Seems ironic. Should we worry about this? Your guess is as good as mine but why take chances. Is it just a co-incidence that cancer cases skyrocketed when these chemicals came into broad use? It is something to think about. It seems safer to steer away from the chemicals and go natural.

                      Propylene Glycol (and PEG)

                      This chemical is not only used as industrial antifreeze and as hydraulic and brake fluid; it is also used as the main ingredient in most anti-perspirants and underarm deodorants. You'll find it in soap, some vanilla extracts, creams, lotions, and other foods and cosmetics. The material safety data sheet (MSDS) for propylene glycol says that contact with the skin can cause liver abnormalities and kidney damage. The Environmental Protection Agency lists it as a toxic substance and when disposed of it is considered hazardous waste and must be treated as such. This particular chemical is the most common moisture-carrying vehicle, other than water, in cosmetics. It is less expensive than glycerin and permeates the skin better but is linked to serious reactions. It's an inexpensive chemical replacement for more natural ingredients. I don't use it in any of my products.

                      Hidden Ingredients

                      Cosmetic containers often contain hidden ingredients, which are not listed on the labels, as they are not part of the product ingredients. Some undesirable and even dangerous ingredients are in or on the bottles or in the water. For example, many bottles are sprayed with silicone before the ingredients are added. Silicone is now linked with cancer and Altzimers Disease. Many water supplies contain traces o[censored]ranium and some plastic bottles contain mercury, which is toxic to the body. My bottles and raw ingredients are tested for all of these undesirable elements and are free of them. I use distilled water.

                      What's in Toothpaste?

                      My whole purpose in making safe products is based on the fact that skin can absorb what you put on it. In fact, the thin membranes of the mouth absorb even more readily than surface skin. Many of the chemical based personal products we use (soap, shampoo, moisturizer, deodorant, etc.) can be absorbed directly into the blood stream, by-passing the entire digestive system. Some of these synthetic ingredients pass through the body and leave it but others are not so kind. They are deposited in certain glands and organs and accumulate there. For example an independent scientist reported in his research findings that Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (mentioned above), which is an abundant ingredient in most shampoos and toothpastes, absorbs through the skin and can accumulate in the eyes causing cataracts.

                      Another ingredient in most toothpaste is fluoride. We have been raised to believe that fluoride is good for us. It is even added to public drinking water. Yet, every tube of toothpaste which contains fluoride carries a warning which states something like this: "WARNING: AS WITH ALL FLUORIDE TOOTHPASTES, KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS OF AGE. IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY SWALLOW MORE THAN USED FOR BRUSHING, SEEK PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE OR CONTACT A POISON CONTROL CENTER IMMEDIATELY." I copied this quote exactly from a major brand of toothpaste tube - capitol letters and all. There is more interesting information about fluoride (including how and why it has ended up in water supplies and toothpaste) which I won't expound upon here but scientific research exists which shows that fluoride blocks the body's ability to absorb calcium, a mineral which is needed for healthy bones and teeth. Ironically, there it is in toothpaste being promoted as good for teeth.

                      I found it difficult to find toothpaste without at least one of these two chemicals (fluoride & sodium lauryl sulfate) so I made my own formula, which is safe. You can read more about it on the products page.

                      Well, the 750 plan has 256kbps speed, i.e you will get the maximum download @ 256X0.125=32 and the maximum would be 40-50kB/s but not more than that

                      remember kbps is not equal to kB/s
                      kbps = kiloBITS per second
                      kB/s=kiloBYTES per second

                      in 500c plan you get upto 2Mbps speed = 2X1024 = 2048kbps = 2048 * 0.125 = 256kB/s which is the maximum speed you can get here.
                      bsnl is offering 750 plan by reducing the bw to 256 kbps that means our download speed may vary between 25 and 35 kbps, the rest of the plans will get a bandwidth of 2mbps which will have a download speed of 150 to 256 kbps, but we will get the same download speed for bsnl 1350 UL plan . along with cost bsnl reduced the bw . which is quite normal with much of the ISP'S, IT WILL BE BETTER IF BSNL CAN CHANGE THAT AND IMPROVE THE DOWNLOAD SPEEDS FOR 750 UL PLAN

                      bsnl broadband home 750 — POOR CONNECTIVITY

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have BSNL Broadband internet connection (with phone line). I have Huawei Quidway WA1003A Modem.
                      The problem is whenever I tried to connect to the internet the connection will be on 5 min. or so, then the connection stops. Refreshing does not help. Sometimes I switch off the Modem and switch on. Sometimes I get the connection. But again the problem persists. Thus, if I want to listen to a song online, it will take an HOUR or so.

                      I complained to BSNL, Banglore. They responded and the connectivity was OK then. But again after 2 days the same problem continues.

                      I do not know whether the same type of problem is faced by other BSNL Broadbank users and what is the real problem. Whether it is line fault or failure at BSNL server.

                      I request you to take up the matter with appropriate authorities and solve the problem.

                      BSNL 750 plus plan — Amount

                      Just last month I requested for a conversion for750+ from 500 . To my surprise the bill amount is Rs 1900. ie Rs 900 more than last month . No proper advice/ Selection of plan is given to reduce expenditure.
                      Further I requested to pass on discount for public sector employee as Iam retired employee (Attested copies were submitted to Customer care office.) Obviously no care is taken. When enquired they are asking me to approach Head office, Commercial officer.
                      I request concerned authorities shall give proper advice to customers as Offices are spread all over. Only service is required.

                      BSNL Home 1350 UL — BSNL BroadBand doesn't work

                      BSNL(Bull Sh*** Nigam Ltd.) is an organization(?) that I am subscriber of (Home 1350 UL Plan). Let's concentrate on UL. How many ULs I got with this connection. 1) UnLimited Tension i[censored] ve something official deadline based work to do. 2) UnLimited loss of face in the office. 3) UnLimited numbers of calls to KashtMar Kare (customer care) with onle one response- Koramangala server down. 4) UnLimited number of BSNL cell no of those to contact to get my problem fixed because customer care is careless itself !!!! Agony doesn't end here. In my apartment one day one BSNL type man came, rang the doorbell and asked us whether we lodged any complaints for broadband issues. I at once said WOOOOOOOW !!! I called my wife and told GOD himself has come !!! I told him very politely, although it was very tough, that we tried lodging complaint but we got some cell numbers perhaps one of them sent you. He at once realized that we did not lodge any complaints and gave me , Guess What !!!!, another bsnl cell no. And then he told he has come for someone's else's complaint and he can only solve our problems if ***** whatever u cud understand I didn't have patience to hear that If clause. Imagine my plight after satisfactorily enjoying 2MbPS Airtel BB for 1.5 yrs, how i must be feeling. Connection never lasts for more than 30 mins. I lose my VPN and can't work from home. Unlike others I've no plans to appeal to so called authorities otherwise I will get guess what yet another contact number. With heavy haert I got married , changed my house and with even heavier heart I had gone for BSNL but now the time has come to feel light and say Bye Bye to all this. And one more thing...                       I have a bitter experience about BSNL. My telephone No. is[protected] with broadband (750 plus plan). I m deeply sorry to say that despite my written complaint to GM Muzaffarnagar, no heed is paid to my request. It is so disturbing the net services here it is being v hard to utilise the services. I have to go several times to BSNL offices, located at Shiv Chowk as well as a far off placed office, the Head Office. It is v difficult to find out officers on their seat. No person, neither officials, nor officers are available at 11.30 am. And when they started coming after 11.00 their simple reply is….we have noted ur complaint and will do needful soon. But no action is taken. My speed of net is so slow that it is disconnected every minute (10 mbs/second). I went personally to BSNL office (at Shiv Chowk), lodged a complaint, after several complaints on phone, today at 11.00 am…No officer or officials were available except one or two staff. They asked me to lodge the complaint. No person attended my complaint till this time. Will u pl look into the matter…

                      I am a BSNL UL750plus customer and i am highly dissatisfied with the kind of speed i am getting. for Rs 500 plan the minimum is 512 kbps and even though i am paying higher then them i am not getting even half the speed.
                      My plan is unlimited but due to such slow connection i am not able to download much. My friends who use 500 plan are downloading much more content then me during the non chargeable time.
                      i feel that i have been cheated.
                      I use bsnl 750UL plan from june 2009 i get the download rate to between 25-27kB/s. But while others get more than 50kB/s in other plans and other networks. Why this particular plan gets low speed.
                      I dont think why these guys do like this. Even users use internet with mobile gets more than 28-34kB/s and this unlimited plan doesn't provide. I dont know what they are going to do.

                      I am a broadband user under the 750 UL scheme in the kayamkulam area of Alappuzha Dist , kerala state. . The speed is very low say 50-60 Kbps only. Though BSNL claims the speed to be 256 Kbps. It is utter cheating by BSNL. I request the authorities to do the needful to provide the assured speed to its consumers.
                      India’s number one Telecommunications Company. I am using UL750 plan of BSNL. UL750 means Unlimited plan with monthly rental of 750INR (taxes extra). It provides speed of 256kbps, which is good for normal surfing and small downloads.

                      I received many e-mails through the contact page about how to increase the speed of this UL750 plan. Even on Orkut many people ask me how to speed up the connection of BSNL.
                      Today i am not going to tell you any secret or something different here.I will give you few details about how BSNL or any ISP (Internet service provider) calculate the speed of there connections.

                      According to plan specifications of 750 UL plan, it is provided that the plan will provide bandwidth of 256kbps (note the small kbps).Means you will get the speed around 32KBps (now note the capital KBps).

                      If you are aware of storage conventions and about the TB, GB, KB, kb etc. Then you must ware of the table below.
                      The Fact :
                      So as BSNL is providing speed of 256kbps which is equivalent to 32KBps !! So if you are getting speed around 30-32KBps while downloading then you are getting best for what you are paying. If you want any such conversions in broadband plans just divide the number by eight. i.e. 256/8 = 32.
                      GUYS, TAKE IT EASY .THIS IS A INDIA, 3RD GENERATION COUNTRY THAT MEAN ALL THE FACILITIES ARE SLOW...!
                      Yes, I too have the same problem. I download at about less than 30 KB/s. Sometimes as low as 20 or 15 KB/s.
                      Any suggestions...?
                      Er... we can practically improve the speed by reducing the reservable bandwidth in Windows (XP).
                      Try this, and please feedback, so that I can work on some other ways:
                      Start > Run > gpedit.msc >Administrative Templates > QoS Packet Scheduler > Limit Reservable Bandwidth (double click it)
                      It is currently Disables. But ENABLE it and reduce it to 0% from the default 20 %.
                      That's it.

                      Yes, I am also using BSNL UL-750 plan and i get a speed around 29 to 31.2 Kbps only, while others like airtel and MTNL have introduced unlimited plans at 256 KBps for just Rs.599/-, what the Bsnl hack doing over there ...
                      what hell the BSNL is doing there not cutting the rates. I think its too bad BSNL is non-responsive for all these comments .

                      i here by state that i got a broadband connection from BSNL 8-9 months back but i never got the speed as promised by them in the beginning. They said in the beginning that you will got a speed from 256KBps upto 2 MBps but i have never got the speed above 28 KBps. Where should i complain i don't know. Kindly suggest.
                      This is sooo bad...i changed from 500 plan to 750 n i m gettin the worst from it(speed from 10-25kbps).what the bloody hell is this???will bsnl ever correct this huge mistake!!!to make them aware no one should adopt this 750 plan from now...say this to all ur friends people...
                      Well Mr. Shukla, First of all HOME 750UL+ has a speed allocation of 256kbps, nowhere BSNL says they'll provide speed upto 2mbps. And also please note that its *kbps* not *KBps*. kbps is for kilo bit per second and KBps is for kilo byte per second (8 bit equal to 1 byte). Hence your download speed 28KBps is almost touching the allotted speed for Home 750UL+ (28*8=224kbps)

                      i'm going to change my plan to Rs.500 with night unlimited which have around 500 KBps speed...

                          Dear Sir,

                          I found sheer careless with the accounts staff working in BSNL office, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore.

                          I have evidence for this also.

                          I disconnected my BSNL broadband due to this reason on July 30th, 2008. After sumitting the rental modem, I was charged for modem. I personally had to go to the office with the modem submission receipt and gave to the person in the same department on August 20, 2008.( concerned was on leave for 5 days). They lost the receipt and fortunately, I had the xerox copy. When I contacted again in October, the concerned told me he does not have the receipt and asked for it. Again, I personally went to the office and submitted the receipt. The concerned informed me that all the formalities are over, and he will send the deposit amount, Rs.1250/- through cheque. This happened in the month of October, and it is December 28, 2008, today. I have'nt received any cheque regarding this. When I contacted the concerned, he told me that he finished his formalities before and he is not responsible of this. What shall I do?

                          I have all the evidence of this sheer carelessness of billing etc. Can I go to the consumer court for my deposit refund?

                            I have are Prepaid BSNL Haryana number [protected] with Balance Rs. 80 and validity upto 20-Dec-2009. I am under roaming and unable to make any calls.                                   I have been charged for Rs.1 daily at 3.00 AM and the message comes as ''Ur request for CRBT subscription renewal is successfull''.I tried to call Customer Care Executive lot of times but this damn BSNL call center but i didnt found any executive free to talk even at 12.00AM also.I think there is no customer care service for the BSNL.

                                  I have been losing Rs.30 every month without any benifit to me.

                                    I have BSNL broadband connection. I got a problem from the first very day that there is loss of DSL in the modem and due to which bb disconnects frequently. I complained to the local exchange many a times but all in vain. what shoul i do now please help me

                                    DATAONE BROADBAND — unattended complaints

                                    i've dataone net connection with phone no.[protected] fron last 2 months. from that day on which we started it was worst day. most of the time it does not work. on repeated complaints we receive reply everytime the same answer that we are sending somebody to rectify the probelm but no body appears. hardly 4 or 5 days it works properly and probelms appear.every time 15days minimum taken by staff to rectify. daily we complaint that net is not working and daily we got answer from bsnl that we are sending somebody to rectify. now we complaint on 20 oct. and till date net is not working. what type of this BSNL connecting india. we got tired of this making comlaints and non working of net. this may be last effort to retain this with hope of some positve solutions. otherwise we have to cancel it.

                                      I activated ACT 2 facility 0n 15.10.2008 but I have send the message on 1.12.2008 to deactivate ACT 2 facility but bsnl not response for the message and they charge Rs.2 / per day after that I lunched the complaints on dated 20.12.2008 the docket no is 2767753 but the did not response and the deduction of Rs 2/ again continue I launched the complaint on 23.12.2008 and the docket no is 2774100 and at the same time I sms for the deactivation to customer care but instead of deactivation they send me the sms for activtion please look into the matter and do the needful

I have complaint so many time to local officer but nobody responding me & bsnl complaint center ignore my all complaints computerized complaint system is totaly useless.I have broadband connection too and I am facing many problems due to this. No one is responding so please give me any positive response for this.
                                        problem is– I am hearing noise and disturbing sounds while making calls. and may time land line totaly dead. broad band connection also..

                                        I applied for Broad Bond on 15/01/2010 at Rewari in BSNL office as per assurance of their team UDAAN for smooth working of Broad Band on my land line no.[protected] but sorry to write that Broad Band service has been started since 21/01/2010 but DSL power is never permitted to connect for this I have contacted all the concerned officials i.e.JTO, SDO and others whose nos. I was given by the staff.I have also E-mailed on [protected]@bsnl.co.in and [protected]@yahoo.co.in got from BSNL Help-Desk.These all mails are sent by Dial-up link.Ishall be highly thankfull to the Officer who sorted out my problem.
                                        we were initially using bsnl landline phone no.[protected] and the internet service..the phone stoped working for 4 month.i went to many times in bsnl office but nobody helped me.No one is responding so please give me any positive response for this.i really need the landline phone and the internet connection...last month we have deposit security fee for new connection...but nothing happend...whenever i call the bsnl officials they delay our request...it is happening from ;last 1 month, im facing many problems.plz help me

                                        so many time i had complaint about broadband no body come from bsnl but still problem same broad band disconnect after every 5 min and phone disturbance hufffffff lottt of noise, after time a guy came he said you had change the setting then he changed that after one week same problem there even i dont know those guy came from bsnl showing attitude and saying thats my problem i am fuced up with the service that bsnl giving pls help somebody help i am really frastated

                                        This is Feroz Sana and my BSNL pre paid mobile is [protected] . On 11th november my bsnl prepaid balance suddenly got reduced by Rs- 35-/ without any action from me. But BSNL not refund that mony. I launched that complaint on 11.11.2010, my complaint no. is “6382853” and also so many till now. When I contract customer care then they always tells me wait…. But there was no solution given to me. So going further am lodging this complain again BSNL so that the thing can be solve as soon as possible.
                                        DEAR SIR,
                                        MY PHONE NO[protected] HAS DEAD FROM LAST 15 DAYS, AND BROADBAND ALSO NOT RESPONDING. I CALL IN EXCHANGE FOR COMPLAINT.CALL TO SDO CALL TO JE THEY SAID, THIS IS UNDER GROUND FAULT, NO BODY LISTEN TO CUSTOMER.KINLY ADVISE ME WHAT SHOULD I DO. UR SERVICE IS SO FAST, KINDLY TELL ME I STAY WITH BSNL OR JOIN WITH ANOTHER COMPANY
