Dear Sir,

With due respect, I inform u that I am not getting 20% rebate in broadband rental which has been announced since Dec 08 to Govt employees. I am serving in IAF and has submitted thrice the government employee certificate but so far no rebate has been given to me in rental. I am having plan 500. Also I wish to inform that others in my campus are getting the 20% rebate whose certificates were signed by me. I do not know what is the problem with only mine billing. The Govt certificates were oersonally handed over to local exchange ( AF station suratgarh) and twice personnaly by me to BSNL Suratgarh. Please do the needful and adjust my rebates in the bill.

There has been a general complaint about rebate provisioning.This is to be provided by our BSNL Bangalore NOC only.You can ask your broadband exchange to send your details to Bangalore.
I would like to inform the bsnl authorities that i am not getting 20% rebate on my bills, inspite of the fact that i have applied for it before four months, and no action has been taken yet. when i interacted to the responsible people, they made me to wander from one person to another, without any proper solution.Few are very comfortable complaining about their own helplessness to customers.

    we have been complaining about fault connection of our telephone for last 2-3 months, everytime the line man comes and says there is problem in the cable, but never solved problem, atleast can i know who is the concerned authority to escalate this matter. please look into the matter or we need to approach some other way.

    This is to the reference of my several complaints towards my BSNL phone connection[protected]. Where it also has BSNL Broadband internet connection
    Where we are unhappy from the first day of internet connection where it will be showing always ‘YOUR PHONE LINE IS BUSY’ and in every five days of rectification again the the phone line will get Disconnected/Dead, if require you can change the instruments also.
    Sir, I request you to do something because my children’s had given this phone numbers for interview calls and they also are very disappointed. Looking forward for your quick response on resolving my concern.

    My telephone shifted from Flat No. 202 Urjitha Apts, Anandbagh (W), Malkajgiri, Hyderabad - 47 to Flat No. 10, Saivipanchika Apts, Anandbagh (W), Malkajgiri, Hyderabad - 47 in January 2001 as per my Shifting Application referred above. Since then I have been getting my Telephone Bills to the New Address i.e Flat no. 10, Saivipanchika Apts regularly.

    The problem is whenever I make a telephone complaint for faulty telephone; your mainteance staff say that their Records show the Old Address i.e 202 Urjitha Apts for the location of my telephone and also say it is causing difficulty to them to locate my telephone address to attend the complaint.

    I made complaints in this regard and the recent one was dated 12-06-08 which was personally handed over to JTO in Vinayaknagar Exchange on 12-06-08 FN.

    While attending my recent telephone complaint (Aprial 09) your Maintenance Staff said that the location of my phone is still shown in my Old Address ie Flat No.202, Urjitha Apts.

    I request to change the location Address of my telephone from Old Address - Flat No. 202, Urjitha Apts to New Address - Flat No.10, Saivipanchika Apts for the purpose of attending my telephone complaints by your staff without any problem.

    I am Dr. K Srihari Rao, GM, AP Dairy (Rtd.) and residing in Ameerpet. I have possessed BSNL telephone bearing no. 23736625 and with ID No. APHTD [protected].

    It is painful to state that the broadband connection is far from satishfactory ever since its inception. I regularly make complaints and the only reply I get is “Cable problem”. I have never been able to utilize the service for the last 9 months despite making regular payments. Recently, I have lodged a written complaint on 4th and 5th May ’09 at your Ameerpet office. Surprisingly, instead of expecting some improvement, the situation has become much worse. Practically nil connectivity.

    May I request you to kindly arrange to ensure proper connectivity at an earliest opportunity.

    Several timiing I brought to the notice to the area line man no result occurred.

    While lifting the phone for incomming calls we could not hearing properly and what we are saying also not going to outgoing also.

    I agrre that BSNL is not working at all eficiently. Some time I fell that the BSNL personal might have been receiving some bribe from the private companies so that people leave BSNL and go to other providers of telephone/ broad band . I my self have lodged complaint for my telephone number[protected] through "198" and also personally at uppal but so far no action has been taken. I personally feel that the Bonus etc to staff shoud be only given after the proper surveys, conducted on customer.

We got tired bcoz. Of it. I request u to do the need full as soon as possible.

    Sir,
    Since long time continuously and very frequently there are interruption of telephone lines and broad abnd service at Triveninagar, its adjourned area, PO Vaishalinagar under Badanpet exchange, Hyderabad . On an avarage 10/15 days interruption will occur in every month in telephone and BB service. This has caused a great inconvenience and dissatisfaction amongst the subscriber in this area.
    Most of the time the tel. at exchange for complaint ([protected]) and fax is out of order. Moreover there is no system to register the complaint. During broadband problems on data lines the exchange persons the exchange does not take any responsibility.
    In spite of non utilizing the telephone and BB service we are charged for the total month along with service charges and furtherv the the telephone exchange also loaded / connected with new subscribers beyond capacity.
    Unless an urgent action is taken, the subscribers of this area will be compelled to withdraw the BSNL connection.
    Request an immediate action is this matter.

    My.Telephone number 27759951.I have Broadband connection under UL1350 plan. Recently I have applied for static IP with Customer care. I have got sms that statice IP is provided. Eversince my broad band is not working. I made complaints to so many people including SDOP Venugopal reddy in vain. After 15 days i got broadband connection without static IP. but the speed is too low. I cannot open yhaoo mails and i cannot open
    many web pages. I am getting frustrated. Meanwhile I got the monthly internet bill for Rs.1500.00 . Why should I make payment without using internet.This is more than 25 days i am without net.

    I feel that BSNL does not have enough skilled personnel to handle latest technolgy. I prefer to have services of other private companies for internet.

    I P PADMASHREE owing the bsnl service with landline no 27172735 since 11 years and regularly paying the bill. But since my bsnl service was not be given with proper manner since years and years and completly making dead since june month to september. I had made complaint by attending personaly as well through 198 number They make me to move for 5 to 6 times to office and then give connection with improper audioble service and loaded with huge bill.I told to the officials and they agree that I had not got the service but still to pay the demanded amount.
    Sir when iam not getting the service for 3 - 4 month then where question arises that I have to pay the demanded amount and making fun for them always by requesting for nothing.
    Its really shame that your official are simply sitting and taking the bonus incentives for no work.ITS BETTER YOUR OFFICIAL WHETHER HIGH OR LOWER GRADE CAN SIMPLY WORE THE BANGLES IN THERE HANDS AND SIT IN THE OFFICE SO THAT NO ONE WILL DISTURB THEM .Its very shame on the bsnl telecom services and the offiocials who atre working there.VERY SHAME

      Dear Sir,
      I am a BSNL Cellone Postpaid subscriber vide No. [protected] under plan 325. Yesterday I received a message that GPRS Service on my aforesaid Mobile No. has been activated w.e.f. 10th April 2009.

      Since I, have not requested for this service so you are kindly requested that the same may please be got deactivated with immediate effect and the charges for the same till deactivation be ensured are not charged.

        i m using my internet service and it is not working properly ... sometimes it gets off or sometimes it gets on i.e broadband sometimes it is liking and sometimes it gets cut off thn again i hve to reconnect it or sometimes it automatically gives option for reconnecting...

MY MODEM'S LINK (YELLOW) LIGHT BLINKING (UP-DOWN) VERY FREQUENTLY, AT THE SAME TIME LINE IS GETTING DISCONNECTED. THE MECHANIC WHO HAS COME 3 WEEKS AGO FROM YOUR OFFICE HAS ADVISED TO CHANGE THE OVER HEAD WEARING. SO I HAVE COMPLAINED REPEATEDLY TO AREA OFFICE[protected],[protected] TO CHANGE THE WEARING, BUT THEY ONLY DO EVERY TIME A CALL TO MY HOME AND THAT WAS AT THE OFFICE HOUR WHEN I AM NOT AT THE HOME. AND ALSO NO STEP HAS BEEN TAKEN YET.

        I CORDIALLY REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CHENGE THE WEARING AND HELP ME TO ACCESS THE INTERNET PEACEFULLY, NITHER I HAVE CUT MY PHONE CONNECTION AS I COULD NOT PAY BILL WITH THE COST OF DISSATISFACTION.

          Sir/Madam
          With due regard I like to state, I am having BSNL GPRS (postpaid) connection for last 3 years.
          Originally the connection from Agartala, Tripura, right now at Manipur. GPRS connection is not available for last 8 days. After enquiry, it is found that in Imphal, Manipur, the server has been changed to Erricson and now it should be OK, if the problem still persists, Imphal people don’t have anything to do. But still not getting the GPRS. The parrotic Customer care could not help….still I have gone through all the means they adviced. The customer care sent my complain to concerned authority (no. 3469951). But still no result. The problem with BSNL is that, they pretend to take care of customers, but actually they don’t. And no phone number or email ID is available to contact the higher authorities of BSNL east GPRS. My question, whom and how to contact to solve the problem? Why BSNL do not like to take any action after repeated complain and no feedback to customer? Why I shall pay the whole monthly subscription for GPRS, while not getting the service for whole month? Why BSNL do not take any action to improve customer care?

I hv registered my mobile no. through BSNL for the Do Not Call Service by september 2007 but from the very same BSNL im receiving unsolicited SMS for eg Downloading RingTones, Caller Back Tones, Wall papers etc., still now. I am complaining to BSNL they are not even accepting my written complaint im getting SMS from the numbers 55888, BA-MASTI (Asks me to Dial 1255533), 59595, BT-BSNL etc., please advice me how to stop this

            Last one week i am disturbing from Standard Charted Bank people who is forceing me to get their card.stop it immedetly.

On 26/07/2009 while I was in Kolkata, I had requested my friend for a top up for Rs.110/-.Accordingly, I had received a SMS as " you have received pre paid credit of Rs.110/- from no. 15741 on 26/07/09 at 8.34.10 AM and your accout valid till 08.02.2012 Ref. no.[protected]. -- sender - 58081". So, my account was to be credited by Rs.100/-. But, my account was credited by Rs.30/- only. Kindly verify at your end and rectify the mistake by crediting the balance amount in my account.

              Slow Download & Upload Speed for Plan UL 750

              Dear Sir / Madam,
              I Your Customer may have your attention to my complaint that i do not get as much speed as much the plan supports. Plan UL 750 Supports 256 kbps that mean 128 kbps for upload & 128 kbps for download but when one is close i should get a speed of at least 200 - 210 kbps.
              So why cant i get full speed. Please check the problem & response at your earliest.

              Sir,
              I have the honour to state I got a BSNL broadband connection (Home Plan 250) through a franchine of BSNL name M/s. Posh Communication, Sector 20, Panchkula w.e.f. 11.12.2008 on telephone number[protected] and deposited all the payments in respect of Modum etc. in the BSNL office in Sector 5, Panchkula. Eversince its installation, the above telephone did not work and consequently the I could not use the broadband facility. I tried my level best for functioning of the above telephone and broadband but M/s. Posh Communication, Panchkula (thorugh which the telephone and broadband connecton was installed) but neither they start functioning telephone nor broadband service was started. Also, inspite of repeated written as well as verbal complaints to disconnect the above connections, they are still continuing sending me bills monthly.

              I, threfore, request you to please issue necessary directions to the department of BSNL and M/s. Posh Communications Ltd; Sector 20, Panchkula (Haryana) to disconnect the above telephone as well as broadban connection and refund my sercurity deposited in connection with telephone number 2520350 and also amount of Modum deposited with BSNL, Sector 5, Panchkula and oblige.

                Bsnl is the most worst broadband ever
                I wont even recommend this to my deadliest rival

                I never exceed more than the correct specific limit (Ex:1gb)
                But u charged me rs.4000 for less than 15% of it

                This is an usual bug is this big bugging bsnl
                Many are irritated due to this..

                So i've decided to take revenge

                I know how 2 hack bsnl accounts
                I know how to bypass port binding

                Now i have more than 500 friends who will help me do this
                I can hack up to 10 ac/min
                Think of 100 of 500 friends to the minimum

                I am gonna do this social service from 15/04/2009 (Death day for bsnl)

                But i am thinking weather 2 do that or not???

                I dont know much about billing, but there could not be any one worse than BSNL. In fact I realize that even Reliance provide better connection than BSNL. Its my sincere advice to anyone planning to get BSNL connection to stay away from these. They are only going to suck money out of wallet for providing bad net connection and bunch of take your calls when you want to complaint. GPRS connection is much faster and reliable than dumb BSNL connection.
                Dis university is damn university... There is nothing that student can get by studing under thisuniversity. Xm time table are not given in time... And also marksheet... What the hell are you thinking ha??? We are coming from other state with the that we would gain some extra knowledge but its damn useless... One very intresting to prove this university is that xm question paper got wrong... What kind of teacher r u employing???

                My telephone no. is[protected] which I used to access broadband. I have opted for annual payment & also get discount for govt. employee. My earlier plan was of 1 GB (BBG 250) & from August 2010 I have opted for BBG FN 500. I have paid Rs.2790 just last month including the tariff for one year but unfortunately, this month the bill amount is Rs.14513. I have used 8.42 GB in the month of August 2010. The total outstanding will be 8.42GB - 2.5GB = 5.92GB X 1024MB = 6062.08 MB X 0.60 paise = Rs. 3637.248 -727.45 (discount 20% for govt. employee) = Rs.2909.80. Can you please mention the details why I should pay the extra Rs.[protected].80 = Rs.11603.20.
                Bsnl provides one of the world's worst service.. Here is my compalints on bsnl services and workers :

                1. Bsnl customer care is always not reachable or nobody is pickin up the call.
                2. The bloody website i ever seen such kind of showcase website.
                3. Online payment it really bad
                4. Most of the officials are getting their salary with 0% of work. Dont u guys really have heart to take the salary without doing anything.

                My humble reqest to u guys - please dont go for bsnl services (Mobile, broadband, landline).. Ur life will be peaceful.

                  I'm a landline[protected] subscriber of BSNL, Kadugodi. My telephone is being dead almost every alternative or even same day for last 3 months. I'm tired of complaining about the same by different modes like online, IVR.

                  Every time I ask BSNL staff why it's going dead every day when they call and enquires whether it's working fine, they responds back saying "IS IT WORKING NOW THAT'S ENOUGH".

                  I have a question to responsible BSNL personnel, "Am I getting this service free of cost?"

                        My BSNL land line([protected]) is not working for past 4 months and the bill has come for over 1300 rupees. Cancel the registration of the landline and also the bill.
                        i am having Bsnl Landline connection at home ...                           dear Sir,
                          Me too have the same problem, bsnl sim card is not working after recharging it. i was using that card for more than five years...Though i contact the customer care they arent taking the relevant action.My number is [protected]...please consider it and take appropriate actions to activate my card...

                            dear sir/madam,
                            im using bsnl prepaid conncetion. my cell no is [protected]. in the morning of 30th march 2009 i saw a massage on my screen- last call cost 144 and ur balance is 2.45. jabki maine koi itna lamba phone nahi kiya.. maine bsnl help line [protected] par complaint kiya.. fir maine 2 din bad apne cell par 50/- ke topup se recharge kiya.. usme se mera48/- bina kisi call ke gayab ho gaya.. uski complaint maine customer care par ki.. fir 4 april 2009 ko maine 50/- ke topup se recharge kiya jisme se 36/- fir gayab ho gaya.uski complaint bhi custmor care par ki hai..itna time ho jane par bhi customer care se koi reply nahi mila... maine apne cell par gprs activate karwaya hua hai jiske liye maine cell ko 197/- ke gprs plan se active kiya hai.. maine gprs se koi downloag nahi kiya.. aur mera balance bina gprs use kiye gayab hua hai.. maine mahanagar lucknow ke bsnl office me sikayat ki to unhone muje koi santoshjanak jawab nahi diya.. unhone mere cell me virus hone ki bat kahi jabki mere cell me koi virus nahi hai.. aur virus cell ka balance nahi gayab kiya karta hai maine is cell par 2 year airtel ka sim use kiya hua hai uska koi balance gayab nahi hua.. mere cell ki validity ocober 2009 tak ki hai aur mai ab pareshan ho chuka hun ... 10/- se kam balance gayab nahi hota..please help me.. thankyou!

                              I have paid my october 2008 bill and now in the month of april i have received a bill bearing consumer no.782010 bill no.1289847 in which bill bill no.88081266 dt.7.10.2008 was not paid according to you and it is mention in the bill that (old bill not paid (if paid inform details).
                              In this connection it is submitted that if bill dt 7.10.2008 was not paid then how it is possible that my connection is continue. I am very old customer of BSNL and very disappointed from such type of service. It is suggested that check the record in detail and correct the mistake as early as possible and issue me the amended bill.

                                Hi,

                                I had applied for BSNL Landline and Broadband connection in 01-November-2008 (5 Months before). I got Many calls related wireless phone connection from BSNL Office and all the times i replied them that my first priority is Broadband connection which is not possible through wireless phone connections, So till now no one came to my place to provide landline connections as well as Broadband connections.
                                I have been following up with these people, but nobody is giving proper response. All the requests and complaints have never been answered properly

                                Please look at this issue ASAP

                                I have paid the bill ph#[protected] of 6550.00 rs on 27th of June, we have the phone & net got disconnected for about 6months & we have shifted the house too, i have submitted all the necessary document with BSLN, commercial street branch where i have paid the bill, now if i check the bill which i cleared from Nov 2008 to July2009 is still not updated online & still says bill not paid, when i check with Asst Engn BSNL, he says i will take 1 week but still no sign of improvement on that.

                                Hence i request to kindly do the need full asap.

                                i have shifted my house in the month of june 6th and have applied for a transfer of the phone and boardband from prashanthnagar to K.R.Puram, till date the phone is not connected to my new place and address, after repeated enquiry they say they will give me the wireless land line which again will not serve my purpose, as per policy the shifting should not take more than a week and also the transfer has tobe given at any cost .this is the second complaint iam lodging but i dont know if this time they will be some action taken.

                                every time the same answer there is no cable availability, but i wonder howcome the bsnl wireless land phone does not have boardband facility while rest of the private phone are just easy to get.
                                I have applied for BSNL broad band / land line connection at (20/03/09 ) but so far have not got the same.Initially they told, because cable is not installed in that particular area and that is the reason you are not getting the connection.This scenario continued for another 2.5 months.Now fortunately, i could see the cable as well board installed in my house premises .I investigated on 12/9/09 again and they told some main wire is missing.As a cutsomer i am totally in illusion, if they really want to install the connection within stipulated time or just want to give some reason to ignore due work.

                                  i have take a new connection of bsnl anant prepaid by paying 150rs/- on 16th march 2009 . The connection is not started yet firstly i have call on the customer care [protected]
                                  on 16 march 2009 i told all my problem, they told me that my complain is registered it solve in next 24 hours but till now 6th of april 2009 it is not solved .i visited website www.upe.bsnl.co.in there i found the mobile number of Customer Grievance Redressal of BSNL up east circle -Circle Office-Shri Ram NarainDGM(PG[protected]. i have try so many times for 10 days but never Shri Ram Narain was avaliable, you can also check this .which person is picking up my phone i have told him all my problem, he told me that he told this matter to Shri Ram Narain DGM .then i call to Lucknow circle SriJ.L.Srivastava AGM(OP[protected] he is also not avaliable . why bsnl is updated those office's number who never attend customer's call and they are said them self Customer Grievance Redressal why? so.
                                  i found this complane can only solve by telling this to Indian Consumer Forum.
                                  so plese solve my problem as soon as possible..

                                    I have called for so many times to customer care for deactivation/unscribe the BSNL Hello tune/Caller tune, but he/she say call 1234, i have called atleast 50 times above, the IVRS system say PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER, again i am asking Customer care how can deactivate/unscribe the BSNL Hello tune/caller tune, but still they had not replied. The customer care centre is very care less. So you are requested that please unsubscribe the above service.
