please stop (079-[protected])my caller tune becouse of the my Rs.32 deduct my balance and i cant reach to custmore care center because of the customer care center my call dropping.

I am having my mobile phone No.[protected] under "anant"scheme at Ahmedabad and a land line No[protected].Presently I am out side the country.My land line is under custody till around the end of April, 2009.My mobile phone was recharged in third week of November, 2008 by a topup card for Rs.100/-
At the time of recharge there was balance of Rs200/-(approx.)
I want to know:
1) Date of validity.
2) How to revalid if date of validity falls before 30/04/2009.
3)How can I know the status of my mobile connection under "ANANT" sheme.

This not a complain but from the website I could not find the solution of my problem.

I shall be very much glad if you will please guide in the matter.

i have just take a new connection of BSNL with the home500c plan, where 1.5 g.b. down loading and up loading is free. as per the online account showing the usage o[censored]p link and down link data it is 558626 k b. which is equivalent to 0.53275 gb. and to my surprise they are charging for extra 1173 mb. and no one is there to receive the phone to complain...is there any one who can change these sarkari office employees ...?

i agree with u 100% these sarkari people lack complete professionalism ... i applied for a connection on Nov 24.. the exchange informed me the connection wud be activated in one week .. 3 weeks passed by and the technician never showed up when contacted he said he will charge additional 250 bucks apart from installation charges for cuming al the way to my house to set up the modem . Thats !!! i drove to the exchange signed for the modem n cable myself and installed the modem myself.I got the user id and password activated on 15th Dec ...nearly 20 dez after applying .. when the bill arrived the bill was 2220/- including everything again i drove to the exchange and asked them the meaning .They said that 1500/- is refundable deposit..agreed .. wat abt the rest .. they sed by mistake the billing has been from 1st dec .. and installation is something i have to pay as i refused their services of a technician ...I politely reminded them that their technician wasn't ready to come unless I bribed him ...Finally after 3 hours of wasting time arguing they agreed to issue a letter waiving off the bill from 1st -15th dec and the installation charges ...

I'm from chennai. I took a 2 new 3G connections.
* I've searched high and low for how to check the balance and validity on my new 3G prepaid data connection. I'd love to know asap.
* The lady sitting on 1503 (when I call from a land line it goes to her directly) said she had no information on 3G(postpaid, prepaid or data) & has a rude, horrible and uncouth attitude. She was the only one who was very rude so far.This happened on Dec 5-6, 2009. Whereas customer care over 1503 on my cellphone was a very professional answer although they dint find an answer to my above query, they conveyed it very courteously and declined politely. So whoever was there please I'd atleast expect professional & courteous treatment if not more. I don't have to take someone tempers & tantrums when I go for some support or help regarding their service.
* The tariff plan for data is very expensive. I'd love to see it reduced to 1 paise per MB instead of 10KB, which will be more in accordance with international rates. Come on in the information age internet is a necessary infrastructure.

BSNL customer care has become very courteous and helpful now. But there is no documentation or proper training for new technologies like 3G. After seeing BSNL improve their service by such leaps and bounds, I'd like to say kudos & congratulate BSNL.

in order to register for such a bill payment facility, i need a 'ca' number that is supposed to be on my bsnl bill.
the consumer number on my bsnl bill is 15 digit alpha numeric, but the 'ca' number in the net banking form allows only 8 digits.
when i use the last 8 or first 8 digits of the 15 digit consumer number, it is rejected.

I have registered for a new BSNL landline connection on 13/8/2008
I have paid Rs200/- as per the process at the Tirumalagherry Telephone exchange vide Receipt num[protected] dtd 13th Aug 2008
Its Folio num is 514639 SNKP W 1373040, A/c num - APHTD[protected]
On the same day i was alloted landline num[protected] snkp4237)
It has been a dream to get a proper POT landline BSNL connection at my home
Later after about 20days/ a month we were told that the normal landline connection is not possible due to technical reasons and i have to opt for WLL phone
I was forced literraly, as there is no technical feasibility as per your BSNL telephone exchange - to opt for WLL connection
Asper their guidance i have signed a document for WLL and submitted Ref FWTTRG 1551 / 20080554
To my surprise in spite of meeting the concerned authorities atleast three times in between till date, lame excuses like - pl collect from our godown, now despatch not possible, you can easily connect yourself etc.. were the answers given to us when we visit
Till date we were not delivered the telephone connection inspite of our repeated visits and requests - today date is 7th Dec 2008
Does it take such a long time even in current BSNL business scenario ??
Is there any authority who is monitoring the customer deliveries ??
I request any concerned authority to revert on

1) when we will be given the current WLL phone !! -- do we have to wait hopelessly ???????????????

2) when can get the normal landline connection, any suitable time suggested !!

The adress printed in my bill did not contain the street name this create problem while i produce the same bill for my address proof, but i verified the billing address given in the telephone exchange it has the full correct addess.

Till this date compliant is not resolved.
I have been using this no since 10years and my monthly, My billing is on average Rs600/per month.
Being loyal customer to bsnl this the kind of service offered by the department.
At this point of time we are very much disappointed .PL. ensure immediate rectification of fault

BSNL land lines[protected] and 25 are not working and there is no customer mail Id to complain. only possible way is to complain through BSNL phones and I don't have any thing nearby. A stupid way of working by this organisation with out customer care mail Id or a number to call from other service providers.

My land line with number [protected] was requested to be shifted from my address 282/4, cavalry barrack, bolaram to my new residential address 108, GOLF LINK YAPRAL on the 17th oct at the lal bazar office, after going to the office every day the tele was finally connected on the 22nd oct, the line man by the name of Arnailu mob no [protected] asked for a bribe of liquor bottle which was denied to him, so he did not pass the detail of this connection to his main office on the 22nd, i rang him up on the 23rd requesting him to pass detail, he after lot of request passed the detail by evening 5 p.m, i wanted to apprise u that this is the state of bsnl staff, things can never get better, even today i.e 24 th my connection is yet to get activated, I am planning to go the legal course, if requisite action is not taken. There is no accoutablity, it is being run as a typical govt est . I am posted in Army in a difficult area and my wife and childrn are alone in secundrabad. pl inform the action taken .

I took a BSNL 3G Data Card (3.6 Mbps) in June 2012. Number is [protected]. I got vexed up with the poor internet speed and customer service. It never gave more than 1Mbps speed. Also it doesn't get connected 99% of the time. I called up customer service countless service...they checked all the settings and told that I have to be patient until it works. I am quite disappointed with this service. I stopped recharging the data card. Worst thing is I can't use the BSNL data card with any other internet service. Totally, it's waste of my money and time. I don't have any hope that BSNL will rectify this..this is just for others to know.
