I have received telephone bill for RS 1800 for nothing As I am not using any kind of service from BSNLHow can a bill be generated as there is no telephone line, No Phone set nor Router installed at my home.
3. My area comes under Sector-58 Noida BSNL exchange as I am a resident of Sector-56,
How S.D.O Mr.K.D.Verma generated the bill who is there now at Sector -19,Noida As there is no phone at my home nor a telephone line.they should check before generating the bill.
4. And also tell me that by only applying for new connection can a bill be generated , even if there is no wire no set nothing.

5. I met Mr.Meena who is presently SDO at Sectr-58 Noida BSNL office, who told me that he cant do anything for me I want to ask him Why? He should also answer me that Why Can’t he Solve My problem .Why he Didn’t solved my problem when I went there to get my problem solved I want an answer from him and Mr.K.D.Verma SDO.


I applied for the connection earlier but no one came to install the telephone at my place , now its been 4 months ,Tht there is no phone, nor a telephone wire,nothing,They themselves have generated the bill and the bsnl can check from there side that there is no line or wire. I even dnt know my telephone number, and also tell me that giving application for phone connection generates bill….even if no telephone or no wire is there.This kind of service is not expected from BSNL..I am a student and this kind of things effect my studies.I have a copy of that bill which i will upload it very soon that has come to come without any phone connection.....SEEE THE BEAUTY OF BSNL

I HAVE LOST ALL THE ENERGY PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY REGARDING MY TELEPHONE NO.25827570.
I AM HIGHLIGHTING THE ENTIRE EPISODE IN JIST FOR YOUR CONVENEANCE:

• IN OCT.2006 I WAS OFFERED A FREE PHONE[protected]ALONG WITH MY EXISTING PH.25827570 TO SHIFT MY BROAD BAND TO NEW NO.[protected].

• THEN ONWARD I DID NOT RECEIVED TELEPHONE BILL FOR SIX MONTHS DESPITE MY REPEATED REQUEST.

• SENT LETTER DATED[protected] CLEARLY STATING MY DESIRE TO PAY BILL.

• FINALLY RECEIVE BILL AMOUNTING RS.22266/-

• AS THE BILL WAS TOO HIGH I WENT TO BARRACKPORE I ASKED FOR INSTALLMENT-WHICH I GOT AND I ALMOST PAID THE DUE AMOUNT.

• I THE MEANTIME BY PAYING THE INSTALLMENT I ASKED FOR A CHANGE IN PLAN FROM 3000 MONTHLY TO 1200 MONTHLY TO PAY UP THE BILL.

• THOUGH I WAS USING THE BROADBAND WITHIN ACCEPTABLE LIMIT BUT I CONTINUE TO GET BILL AS PER 3000 MONTHLY PLAN.

• ALL MY REPEATED REQUEST WAS IN VAIN IN BOTH THE EXCHANGES 1)KALYANI TELEPHONE 2)BARRACKPORE TELEPHONE(CHIRAMORE).

• SENT MANY A FAX TO YOUR OFFICE REPEATEDLY TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM.

• ALSO SENT FAX DATED 01-08-07 TO STOP BROADBAND SERVICE TO DGM BROADBAND TILL SETTLEMENT OF BILL.

• I SOLD ALL MY COMPUTERS AND OTHERS RUNNING HUGE LOSS.

• BUT STILL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE BILLS DESPITE MY CLOSURE OF BUSINESS FROM JULY 2007.


I HAVE MADE THEREAFTER MANY APPROACHES TO THE KALYANI TELEPHONE EXCHANGE AND TALKED TO MANY A/C OFFICERS, THEY ALL PROMISE TO CLOSE THIS CASE BUT NONE OF THEM MADE SINCERE EFFORT TO DO THE FAVOUR TO ME AND AS SUCH THE BILL CONTINUE TO COME TILL DATE.

    Hi,
    I have recharged my mobile on BSNL portal with a top up of Rs.220/- on March 5th at 12:46 am. The transaction was successful as per the portal and amount got debited from the ICICI bank account i used. I even raised a compliant with the BSNL customer care for which i was told to wait for 24hrs. Now, after 24hrs of the compliant time, my problem is not addressed.

    Done one more transaction with a top up of Rs.110/- on the same day for which i faced the same problem. And the customer care department is not logging a new compliant for this transaction citing the reason that logging compliants is sequential and a new compliant cannot be logged until any existing open compliants are resolved.

    I am not at all happy with this kind of customer support from BSNL. It was very frustrating for the past two days with being unable to use my mobile number for my calls.

      I have recharge of Rs. 50.00 on 5/03/2011 and get the sms frm no 1005 which written that "your account has been credited with Rs. 50. Recharge Voucher successfully from [protected] on 05/03/2011 at 10:21:13 AM Ref: 7071582."
      but till 06/03/2011 at 11:15AM I cannot get the balance. For that I contact the customcare on 1503, but after no times attemps lastly custom care came on line but didnot reply the satisfactory and give me another number 1501 and told to contact that number. I tried to contact number 1501, but always computer said this number is busy then again i contact the number 1503 but again lot of efforts customcare came on line and cannot give the reply. then I contact the number [protected] from i have recharged but he also didnot give the reply and today itried to same number [protected] but mobile is witched off.       BSNL pre-paid connection — Not able to recharge my account

      From several day's I am trying to recharge my mobile pre-paid account([protected]) but it's not getting recharged. Also my account validity has got expired, outing has stopped. I have also talked to dozens of customer care executives about this matter but not getting positive result.

        i have received daily 2 to 4 SMS from 58558. I have send stop the service as 'STOPMEH' on the following dates 19.12.10/ 13.1.11, 18.1.11-three SMS, 11.2.11 two SMS,21.2.11 and22.2.11. But they reply invalid message.They send Hindi message, but I dont know hindi. they deducted Rs 60 from post paid BSNL account. My cell phone No.[protected].Pls ask them to sop messages to [protected].

          TWO Days my telephone is not working,Already inform to Naranganam Telephone Exchange until No response[protected],and also complaint to Kozhenchery exchange change land phone because ,phone also not working augest 2010 to[protected] still no change ,it is repair atleast 50 time.so I by my own money but iam paying every two months RS 220.Too much headache from bsnl land line,I am planing to stop connection.unnecessory why payin money to bsnl.I Think may be 50% landline user cut line .because un respective response.             I have closed the WLL account about 8 months and still I'm receiving bill from BSNL saying that there is due amount about 3000 Rs but i have pad all those even then ....

            BSNL is exploiting the customers! I'm using Broadband unlimited plan and now they send me two bills one telephone and another for internet and the amount is 2000 or 3000 for internet.. WTF

            BSNL will no more exist in India !! Every users have complained similar issues!

            Dear Sir,
            I, Mr Chandra Sekhar Swain was a customer of VSNL(wll phone[protected]. Last week I received a notice to surrender your hand set and even it was mentioned the amount of telephone bill. Last many times I went BSNL office and said to them, that I have already surrendered all instruments of will phone on 13th June 2011 and acknowledgment serial number 29, but still they are sending bill to me.
            Whenever I asked to them why is it happening, they said to me we will cancel it. Still I got bill today and same thing repeating to me. Please make verify it. It is so much disturbed to us.
            Hope that next time it will not be occurred to me.

              There is very poor and erratic net work coverage in Mehrun Lake area
              poor coverage within the city ,cann't get regular coverage.call end while talking because of fluctuating signals.this is regular problem at ur side.hope u wil regularise service

                Dear sir,

                i liked the bsnl service from past 4-5 years. i had been using bsnl's gsm prompt service. i hoped the 3g services also to be the best. but after i underwent a painful and harrassing network connectivity of the 3g, i am planning to discontinue the subscription. I brought a 3g data card with a 3g sim from bsnl office in bangalore. the service was good for the first 2 weeks. then there it started, disconnecting frequently,no network etccc.... then i was lured at the bsnl's diwali offer o[censored]nlimited plans at 2500 for 90 days. it ended up a nightmare for me. it started to charge from the 3rd month. and when i visited the bsnl office, they said that they dont know,,,,,!!!.... it was pathetic as there was no technical expertise at the office and all were senior citizens with no knowledge of 3g and they were not budgeing to my problem rather they said that the offer validity was over and asked me to recharge again for continuation......

                GUYS .... PLEASE DONT BUY BSNL 3G,,,,,, GO FOR OTHERS INSTEAD.....
                I heard that some BSNL engineers are taking bribes from private operators and deliberately making system in exchange work verly slowly so that costumers shift to private operators.
                Inline with this, private operators are started giving 3G service sometime January.
                I am too using BSNL 3G dataplan since 8 months, Since January Im getting speed of 1 Kbps.

                So this confirms that BSNL engineers taking bribes are making costumers suffer.

                By the way, I worked in BSNL earlier and there is every chance of this happening.

                THis is happening in Koramangala, Bangalore.

                      even the internet 2g or 3g also its not getting continously network is getting dropped . i raised the issue to BSNL there was no response yet please help.

                      We have lodged a complain regarding our excess billing for BSNL broadband connection around 2 months back but till now we didnt get any proper response from BSNL. Even it looks they are ready to accept the inconvineance happened at their end.

                      This is regarding the verification of the billing amount for the month of October 2007. The billing amount for the same period is really unexpected so we are demanding for a detail clarification for extreme data usage. But for your information one part of the billing amount i.e. voice calls and broadband installation/modem charge is all right.

                      We are not dedicate/rely on internet so much even though we got the unexpected download/upload usage. So we guess behalf of our knowledge somewhere this data usage is happening else something is went wrong from BSNL. That’s why we want to know the root cause and complete clarification of getting this extreme data usage.

                      Kindly expedite the process as soon as possible and we are expecting the proper needful at earliest.

                      We are not going to pay the billing amount for the month of October 2007 until unless we will get a clarification for the same issue. Because as we know, we didn’t utilize this much of resource/data. Even if we have logged in to internet for 24hrs continuously, it doesn’t mean that we are downloading data so far. Hence it will not make any sense to generate this kind of extreme usage.

                      my mobaile number is [protected].my balance was more than rs 740 before 3 aprile, but my date expaire on 28 march, my balance was more than rs 740.after 3 aprile my balance was rs 0. in my town server was also doun, so can't rechare my balance on 28 march to 5 aprile. and also never conect with consumer care.so i want to back my balance.

                      BSNL Broadband — Excess billing and disconnection when using landline

                      I am using BSNL Broadband for over a year now. Initially the bill was very nominal as our usage is only home use. But suddenly from Dec-2007, the misc charges in the telephone bill has become very erratic. It ranges from 2000 to 4500 last month. We are not able to understand the sudden surge in rate.

                      Another issue we face is that while on the net, if we recieve or make a call from landline, the net connection gets cut. We are wondering whether this phenomenon is interlinked with the increase in the bill.

                      Pl. clarify.
                      The Same problem is with me also in March 2008.
                      Is it may possible that some one else is using my plan ?
                      Please, tell me what can I do with that bill?
                      It is really frustrating for us to send our personnel to resolve the internet/telephony billing issue month after month as BSNL is billing us double the amount which should ideally be charged based on the plan. They keep reversing it month on month and there is NO support. Finally, we disconnected the connection and again they billed us. There is NO support at all to solve this issue inspite of our personnel visiting them few times with proofs and copies.

                      my telephone no. is[protected]. i was activated beforte 4 months 149 per month rental plan (all landline no.are free). before this plan 99 per month rental plan was activated. but after activation of 149 plan bsnl charging me still for 99 plan also that means he is charging me for 99 as well as 149 per month. According to the rule once i activated another plan then the previously plan was deactivated. i had already complaint to the local authority for 10-15 times but no positive reply given. please solve this problem.

                      My No[protected] .my complaint is regarding the excess billing, on 30 June.2008, i have received my telephone bill in which few charges are not understandable like :
                      (1) -1000/- deposit amount add in my bill so i want to know that for what service i have to deposit 1000/-(2)- why 347/- debit in my a/c.and for which service.

                      for getting information regarding the same i also call at your customer care no. 1500 but did not get the service.

                      I feel one should not go for BSNL connections as no one hears you.

                      BSNL — Unofficial charges for data usage in Broadband service

                      Someday I used hardly 100 MB of data, that shows in the "view usage" I used 725MB of data out of available 1GB. Are not going to show my main usage for that day.

                      I Got broadband connection booked under registered no. 4840017 with modem for RS. 199 plan. It could not be installed as IPTV disappeared the moment it is tried.

                      It was cancelled and another connection was booked on 09.09.2008 UNDER BOOKING NO.48500005 without modem.
                      The connection got live on 22.09.2008 through IPTV modem. The extra URL modem was taken back by MTNL.

                      The connection was activated but it STARTED consuming Heavy Bytes on account of IPTV uploading and downloading programmes The matter was reported and your engineer rectified IT by changing ISP: configuration to Bridge Mode and creating a Dial UP for running broadband connection.

                      MY REQUEST NOW:-
                      1. KINDLY GET URL MODEM’S PAYMENT ADJUSTED IN MY BILL AS IT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO MTNL.

                      2. MY PROFILE IS SHOWING THAT BYTES AVAILABLE 440 MB WHEREAS THIS PLAN WAS MODIFIED TO 600 MB W.E.F 01.09.2008 . Kindly get it updated

                      Re- Discontinuing Broadband Services – Customer Complaint –

                      I am L.T.Upadhyay resident of B-27 Navnit Park Socy. Harni Varasiya Road having telephone connection no.2489803.I have handed over my complaint to your B.S.N.L.Office Karelibag Vadodara on dt.16th Sept.2008 with the request to discontinue immediately Home Plan BROAD BAND with monthly charge of Rs.125 for which I opted in March-2008.The reason for discontinuing was, very poor services and no response from your department after calling on various numbers. I have mentioned there in that in case it is not discontinued latest by 1st October 2008 I will not b liable for paying any charges.

                      I had received bill for August 2008 after lodging my complaint and found to my shock and surprise that the telephone bill for Aug 08 is for total Rs.1810-. I am having land line since April1999 and I have never been required to make such huge payment as I never use phone to such extent. Out of this Rs.1820- I have been charged Rs.1320- for broad band connection. Kindly verify my statement with the bill no.TO-[protected] which I have already paid.There after I gave again complaint to your Karelibag Office on dt.[protected]. Where in I had mentioned that I have lodged earlier following two complaints over phone which are not attended by your dept.

                      I have registered these two complaints related to broad band service over phone but no body attended and still I got bill for total Rs.1810-for Aug08 and for broad band Rs.1320-. It is very bad that when there were complaints for not making available broad band service how can I be charged Rs.1320-. I have requested for refund and discontinuing broad band service i.e. home plan of Rs.125 which I had opted to be discontinued immediately.

                      You may kindly ascertain these facts having looked at my two written complaints dtd.16-09-08 and dtd.27-09-08 and also your own record of having lodged referred two complaints dtd.24-08-08 and 31-08-08 over phone.

                      It is really again harassment to us that for the bill of September 2008 I found of having charged me Rs.75- towards Broadband stating “BBRNT” I had paid full amount of modem & had also opted accordingly when scheme was launched and paid accordingly Rs.1302- in March 2008 which was first bill towards broad band as total bill for February & March 2008 was for Rs.2138-.

                      I request you to verify again and refund me amount of Rs.1195- wrongly charged to me for Aug-08 bill (bill no.TO [protected]) and Rs.75- wrongly charged for Sep-08 bill (bill no.-TO [protected]) and discontinue immediately broadband service and I shall not get any type of charge towards broad band. If your office will still continue to charge and harass customers like this the customer like us who has continued with land line will be compelled by your department only to discontinue landline also. Further I will like to mention that unfortunately there was no single phone, no enquiry and no response from your department towards these complaints.

                      For the last four months I am using bsnl broadband in my home. From the day onwards I faced many problem and also in the last month and current month I am facing very serious problem. The problem is as follows:
                      whenever I switch on the modem, in the beginning I am able to browse and later after 10 minutes, the connection will be out and dsl line will be off. And it will take again 5 minutes to reconnect.
                      So that i am not able to do my uploads and downloads of my office work. And this will be very serious in the morning time from 2 am to 8 am. There wont be continuous connection for not even 5 minutes, after 5 minutes the modem will get hanged and then I have to switch off the modem and reboot it. I complaint many times in the exchange and no use. For the last two weeks, whenever I called to the exchange, nobody is picking the telephone. I am very much vexed because o[censored]sing this company's connection and thinking of cancelling the bsnl line.
                      Please rectify the problem as soon as possible.

                      I am a user of Tel. No.[protected] . This connection is installed at my factory. I also applied broadband connection for this number which has connected from[protected] or 14-09-08. I used this connection for a very short time in 7 or 8 days in september and october. My factory remains closed daily at night i.e.from 8:30 P.M to 9 A.M. I was surprised to see the detail o[censored]sage of my connection. It showed that this connection is being used 24 Hrs. daily. The detail o[censored]sage of this connection is absolutely wrong. I complained at telephone exchange, ludhiana . They asked me to change my password. By mistake i change my portal password but usage of my broadband connection is similar day and night continuos.
                      I complained again to senior officers they call a person from NIB section which ask me to change my service password.
                      After changing my service password the excess usage of my broadband stoped from my account.
                      I write a complaint to the General Manager Telecom, Ludhiana.

                      1. When bsnl’s employee came to connect my broadband why he did’t tell me about to retain my secret or own password.
                      2. How can anyone use my broadband connection which is connected with wire from my telephone? Because in my factory no one uses my pc except me.
                      3. How can anyone got my broadband Id and password immediately after connected my connection?
                      4 Is BSNL able to get who can misuse my connection regurlarly and billed in my account and take a legal action?
                      5. How can i waive off these exhoribent charges from BSNL which has billed in my account?

                      Against my letter TRA officer send me a letter in which they asked me "The case has been examined by the competent authority and found that no rebate is justified."

                      But bsnl did not provide me proper detail how can it used continuos day and night either i don't use.

                      I am sure that this billing is not used from my broadband.

                      Please give me a solution.

I noticed that I am receiving excess Bills on NET usages though my phone was not working properly, I gave written complaint on 29-1-08, But due to major road work going on on those days they didn't repaired & I also considering that Ignored. But to my surprise Billing was shot from 700-800 to 2000 & above. I immediately complained of excess bill & dead service by writing on 18-11-08 & stopped paying bills from that period. In next month I again coplained by IVRS but noted that they have disconnected my line of non payment. I Faxed copy of my coplaints to AGM (PR) fax: 22860351. On[protected] I received NOTICE from account officer North TR, that if i dont pay my outstanding bills within a week all telephone lines working under me will be disconnected all over India.
                      I would like to say, Am I Guilty of not paying bills for Dead phone, Am I at fault to coplaint.

                      In bsnl broad band every time when i go to see my account usage it is very difficult to access. very rarely i am getting the usage account . I have noticed that I am on plan 500C and up to 28.1.09 I have used only .8gb( 800mb)but the next day it shows 1.7 GB. I am always accessing the broad band during 3 am to 7 am in time . Also I am not downloaded any picture or movie. Also I found in my account is used day times around 11.am to 2.pm . I dont know how to trust this broad band. I personally feels what is happening on my account even I have changed my password security. my request is kindly improve the bbservice towards customer care and have friendly user flexibility on account when ever they wants to check and also improve the facility. If any problem occurs in modem ( some small software settings) the exchange peoples may tell to customers to adjust/activate within the home., instead of that they advise to bring the modem to telephone exchange. Because the people those who are using the bband may know at least little to do the small adjustments.
                      I have two landlines[protected] and[protected]. Broadband service is under plan 500c. My consolidated bill comes under number[protected]. I am rather shocked to get a bill for Rs Rs 31465.00/ for bill dated :09/02/2009. The total metered unit i.r.o 24196692 is 45, total Chargeable Units(MB) Excluding Night Unlimited is 973.85 MB. Thus the total bill should be around Rs 562/-+45=Rs 607/-. Now I have no other option but to face a disconnection, as i dont have this astronomical sum ready with me.                       I am from chennai, having BSNL land line, I requested for plan change from combo 500+ to voice paln Rs.300 and least broadband for Rs.250/-, this request i given on 02/12/2008, but due to neglence from BSNL department they alloted combo 500, and voice 300/- with game on demand Rs.200/- monthly,

                      without my knowledge all thos things got happend, i approached gunidy bsnl officer jto, she agreed and refuesed to help me to solve this issue, because of mistake done by BSNL personnel. if the problem is not solved i am going to take this issue at juridisation level.

                      I've received my bill no.[protected] dt.10 2 2009 with an huge amount towards my landline phone bill. (The exact call charge is Rs. 1799 for the period of 1.12.2008 to 31.12.2008). When I approached and collected the call details from the Avadi Customer Care Centre I've provided only the Mobile, STD and 95 call details for the above period, which amonut to just 137 units for the above period. Therefore the major call charge was towards Local Calls which amount to 1712 (One thousand seven hundred and add calls).I'm dam sure none of our family members made this much local calls. Hence I submitted an application asking investigation into the matter and catch hold the person who misused my telephone. Though I addressed the above application to the Divisional Engineer and submitted to Customer Care Centre, they are not ready to give the acknowledgement, as usual. In case of any possible misuse of my phone by any evil element during the above period, I've no proof of lodging of my complaint. Hence it is my first aim i.e to have an evidence of my complaint. Now I request that stringent action may be taken against the misuser after thorough investigation and get me refunded the excess call charges.

                      a. Initially I have taken the Broad Band connection (Rs.250 plan) during Jan’08 and have paid the security deposit of Rs.500 vide your Bill #[protected] / 10.02.08. The modem was taken on rental basis only. The same was not adjusted till this date.
                      b. While renewing the connection in Jan’09, Rs. 2500 was billed vide Bill #[protected] / 10.02.09.
                      c. I have surrendered the modem on 03.02.09 (refer proof attached) as I have purchased a new modem and hence from Feb’09 onwards it is not a rental modem.
                      d. I have requested for change of plan from Rs.250 to Rs.500 w.e.f. Mar’09

                      The day I had converted my mobile sim from pre-paid to post paid I assume the billing is going on excess as compared with the simillar usage of the same mobile in a nut shell. FFE fecility might not been activated and hidden billing charges such as reducing the number of calls and by reducing the call durations etc.

                      My land line was shifted from C V Raman nagar exchange to KR Puram exchange. WLL set has been provided to me. This set voice clarity was not good. Broad band connection is getting delayed because of the cables not layed in that area. Such a copmtaitive field in communction other private players are just behind the coustomer'sn to provide net connections and it is very surprise to here from BSNL such a lazy attitude.

No. 25523738, I was very much eager to get connection with BSNL and lots of faith in BSNL Service, but I had taken the connection and when my first Bill arived I was shocked as the Bill amounted to 1992 with a 500 as a credit adjustment for Adv Rental, but when I had initially took the connection there was an offer and I was advised by the BSNL Area Field officer of an existing offer for BSNL connection till end of tht week, , and so I had taken the connection as was told that no installation charges and so was too mentioned on the tariff plan, and when I got my Bill I see that Instakllation charges and not happy called several times to the cutomer service on 1500 but no satisfactory reply, called the account officers numbers no response, tried the senior accounts officers nos again no response I am trying everyday and no response is the only word and I am disgusted and disappointed about the kind of service provided and have now decided to disconnect my connection as I have lost trust in BSNL service but will need the refund as per the installation charges applied on my Bill, as the customer service had acepted it was a mistake and said the accounts officer can refund but I hope these guys are alive because there line is just ringing and ringing.

But the bill for the month of April is quite unpredictable. The bill is above Rs 8000/-, though I never expect such a huge bill, which is quite unpredictable for a user. And there is no resemblance between the bill and the plan i have taken. Though there is a free call of 175, they provided only 58(why?). And it has written that there will be a payment of only 80paise/mb per extra download per it has given a net usage of 710/-(with an extra download of 20mb only). So this is a complete wrong bill. Action should taken for this. And BSNL should take proper care for making bills.

                      Sir, this is to inform you that during the year 1998 a telephone bill was sent to me by the Department of Telecommunication, Dibrugarh Telecom district.Dibrugarh, .Assam.against my land line phone No.[protected] and as to my complain to the respective Accounts officer etc for excessive billing, And . at instance they conveyed an inquiry and found due to fault in computer-billing, the same has happened and the the then JTO. issued a certificate of settlement of the bill at regular basis.to the extend of Rs. 650/- in place of Rs.3, 105/- the billed amount, asking to issue a fresh bill by the accounts department. .But Sir, till today the same was not corrected and kept as disputed bill and it happened to be three four times since the concept was made, my land line connection was detached for the same giving me enough pain to restore the same .
                      Whenever I show them the payment was disputed, the line is reconnected but the department still not clearing the same with the issue of a fresh bill, to discontinue any bad process of disconnections but to insist on customers' satisfaction etc.
                      The complainer has maintained all the bills and vouches as evidence of the claim Sir, Hope your kindself would be king enough tackle the case as to the satisfaction of the customer.Your response in this regard is highly solicited. Sincerely yours.

Iam in 750 home plan, when iam back to home the net is not working, and i have given complaint many times about this no action is taken properly and i also told to change the wire, because the wire is coming from overhead line from 100m. there is an no proper speed, i have requested to change the wire and give in underground still it is not been changed, in a month nearly 15-20 days the net is not working properly always PP down, and also the speed is very very slow, exactly on 28th the net is disconnected for not paying the bill, but for giving complaint there is no immediate action, please consider the iam paying monthly bill nearly Rs.1000 without any use and that is also only for usage of 10 days, this service is really not satisfied for me, please take the proper action as soon as possible.                       i can't see my usage details of internet since last one week so please help me to solve this problem
                      I applied for revision of my net home plan from 125 to 750/- on 20 May 2009 as I got a huge bill. The amount comes to Rs 34000/- after protracted correspondence and personal visits, the amount reduced to 20000/- and then to 16800/-. I paid it and again in May 09 I got a bill for rs 22000/- How can a pensioner having with his meager income to pay such huge bills though I already applied to change the plan in May 20 itself? Requests to BSNL makes things worsen as they say that they will review the bill. review what? makes it to 6 or 7000/- and ask me to pay ? is it justifiable/

In Apr 2009 I got a bill of Rs 33000/- plus and after protracted correspondence and personal approaches it makes first 20, 000/- and then Rs 16689/- and due to pressure and make no noise I paid it. In May 2009 I got a bill of rs 22000/-. I put complaints, the DE of Nileshwar advised me to approach to review the bill and I am not doing the same mistake iat this time. How can a pensioner with his meager income pay such huge bills?
                      How can I be down load so much data of 29 GB in Apr and 20 GB in May 0-9 . All are checking at their own AC office and saying that I am viewing picture that I never. I make internet complaints & get complaint no.but my complaint remains unsolved.
                      Sir, please resolve all this problems as i m a retired govt employee & not able to run the
                      office as i m suffering from severe joint pains that is why i m facing great difficulty &

                      BSNL — Not a complaint, but a clarification

                      THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT, BUT ONLY A CLARIFICATION.

                      I have a BSNL Prepaid connection from Kerala circle. I need to take this to US, as I need to use this when I am inside the airport in Cochin for about 3 hours before I catch a flight to US. Will be coming back after a few months only. In between, my validity period expires for this connection. So I will arrange to recharge (to avoid disconnection) in Kerala itself (my brother will do it for me this in Kerala). When I come back will this value will be added to the balance? Whether I could use the same number continuously as soon as I land at Cochin airport after a few months from now?

                      Basic question is that the sim is in US will create any problem for recharging? As well as will it create any problem as there won't be any outgoing calls from this number for a few months continuously as the sim is not in the country? As per the plan rule of BSNL, only mention is that every year before validity period expires, the user will have to recharge for Rs.220. Once that is done promptly, is there any further issues?

                      Would appreciate an answer as early as possible as I am flying day after tomorrow.

                      BSNL — no service for 3 months but billed

                      My BSNL phone No. 2280902 (vadodara) works only 15 days in a month for the past one and half year. After complaining every week, the line man attends and it works for 5 days to 1 week again same story.
                      Since May 7, 2009 it it totally dead. In spite of more than 25 complaints online, complaint register and personal visits, they have been saying that new cable is being laid (in process) and would take 2 days to restore the line. This they have been repeating for the past two months.
                      As of today the line is still dead.
                      Surprisingly the billing is done as usual with all charges - rent, features etc. with 0 calls.
                      THREE MONTHS of NO SERVICE and asking to pay for the toture they have given men all the time.
                      Whether BSNL is bothered or not? Not even a single person responsible in BSNL?

                      I am residing at Plot No: 52, third street, Bharati Nagar, Maduravoyal, Chennai 600 095. I shifted to this address on 8th Novembe 2009 . I have given change of address to all concerned .
                      Most of the letters addressed to me and my family members are not delivered so far . There are clear examples and I am a worried person . For example, My daughter, Mahalakshmi Prabhakr subscribed for National Geographic magazine from April 2009. So far all the issues were not delivered .AFter our complaint, they have arranged to deliver a second copy through other sources of delivery . I am apprehending that important documents may be lost . I am a retired person and available in my house all the time.
                      I request the authorities to investigate immediately and set right things . Please note that non delivery of important documents will cause immense damage to me and I will hold post and telegraph department solely responsible .

                      The Mobile Bill in respect of Mobile No.[protected] for the period[protected] to[protected] amounting toRs.371.00 includes the following:
                      National Roaming
                      Incoming calls – Rs. 32.00
                      Outgoing calls – Rs. 35.50
                      Total Rs. 67.50

                      In this connection it is submitted that I was not outside Jammu during the above billing period and as such have not availed national roaming during this billing period.
                      Thus amount of Rs. 67.50 charged in the bill on this account is wrong.
                      I went to Delhi by train on[protected]evening) and returned to Jammu on[protected]morning) by Rajdhani Express. For which I have already been charged national roaming in the previous bill.
                      Kindly rectify the error and adjust the excess payment in future bill.

                      I regret very much even after changing the Tariff during March, 09, every month you are sending bill according to old tariff and every month our representative coming to the AO, Office and after correcting the bill amount making cash payment in the other office. Last month our representative strictly informed you to make the correction failing which next month will not be paid if received excess charges. This month also you have sent the same charges. In spite of our repeated follow-up, your department is doing the same mistake. It is very regrettable and shameful to continue by a reputed organization like BSNL. In case you do not correct and inform by your letter, I will not make the payment and in case of any disconnection, I will publish your repeated false billings and about disconnection in the News Papers. I can not make any payment unless you correct the bill and update in the net.

                      YOUR REPEATED MISTAKE IS HIGHLY REGRETTED AND NOT EXCUSABLE.

                      You don't know how much strain we are taking by coming to your office and correct the bill every month at one office and then going to make payment in the other office, instead of net transfer.

                      I had a bsnl land line bearing number[protected]. This was issued by bsnl Barajagulia,Ranaghat, Distt NADIA West Bengal in ye 2005. It was ONE INDIA PLAN. I regularly paid all the bills andno due was ever left against me till May 07 when Suddenly I doubted that my bill was going on higher side. I complained about it and asked for call details w.e.f. DEC 07 to June08 and on reciept I found that there were charges taken 1 Rs for even 30 second call . later on it was told to me that threr was some mistake in setting and I was told that about more than 10000 Rs was excessively charged from me for th period quoted above. Meanwhile I was posted to Agartala in July 08. I tried to keep track but till date no response has come from BSNL.Request look into the matter .

                      I have very old relation with BSNL and its Broadband servises. Earlear I was on plan 250/- later on I shifted to plan 500 home combo. There was some confusion in GB and MB and thus my bill shooted up to 15000.00 Plus from March 09 to Jully 09. Presently my phone is dissconnected because of non-payment.
                      Beeing a Honest citizen and a law fearing person, I want to clear outstanding of BSNL and then dissconnect it, but I am unable to pay this big amount.

                      I've got a hefty bill of INR 13389.00 on my landline for the month of December 2009 which is way too high from my regular consumption of INR 850 per month.

                      What could be the reason for the same? How to approach this and who to contact? All compliant numbers in BSNL goes un-answered as always

                      Any pointers in this regard will definitely help me, since this amount is something that I just cannot afford since I haven't used it at all
                      I have also lodged complaint to the BSNL Authorities regarding excess billinng of Broadband charges. I am using BSNL Broadband service for approximately for last six years. I used it for four years at FARIDABAD and using it for last two years at KURUKSHETRA (HARYANA). My usage of the same remained normal. Initially I was using 250 plan, where very less download was permissible. My bill remained within the range of 1.00 GB to 1.5 GB.out of which 1.00 GB was free. To avoid excess payments I changed my Plan to COMBO 500+ i.e. Rs. 600 per month in May 2009. I being a public Sector employee was granted 20% concession and was charged Rs. 480/- per month. EMy bill remained within the prescribed limit upto August 2009. Suddenly the Bill started rising abnormally. In the month of September 2009 only Broadband bill jumped to Rs.2032.20. I protested but paid the bill to avoid disconnection. Again in October 2009 my only Broadband charges shoot up to Rs.3434.16. I lodged a complaint with BSNL authorities but no response was received. However again I paid the Bill. In the month of November 2009 my Broadband Bill issued is Rs. 4443.54, from December 2009 I did not use my Broadband and changed the plan in January 2010. I had clearly stated in my complaint that i will not pay my Bill for November 2009 till my Bills are settled. I don't want to be defaulter but also don't want to be the victim of meter jumping or amy system fault of the BSNL.

                      Dear Sirs,

                      I have been subscribing to HT since it started about 3 years in Mumbai. First I subscribed for one year. Thereafter on 30.8.2008 your representative visited my home and offered subscription for 2 years, which I accepted and gave him a cheque of Rs.749/-. This subscription was for the period from October 2008 to September 2010 The representative gave me implementqtion copy bearing voucher No.535407..

                      I received a booklet of coupons for one year from October 2008 to September 2009. So far so good.

                      Thereafter no coupons were sentto me. I waited for one month. Then I contacted your subscription dept in Mumbai on No.67764242 and they told me that that the coupons would be sent to me by courier in a couple of days. Nothing came for another one month. I called the subscription dept again and they said that the coupons would be given to the vendor - Dilip - direct. Another month went by, no coupons were given to the vendor.

                      Again, last month I contacte d the subscription dept. and this time they said that the vendor should collect the coupons from HT distribution depot at Dadar.

                      The vendor insists that I should give him the coupons every month.

                      It was good on the part of my vendor to give me HT for 4 months from October2009 to January 2010 without coupons, but finally today he did not give the newspapaer and said and has stopped further deliveries unless I give him the coupons.

                      I didn't expect such shoddy work from the establishment like HT Media That means no nespaper for me from today unless you act on war footings and arrange to give me the coupons by tomorrow.

                      BSNL Broad band 750 plus package — not getting the facility of rebate of 20 % under central govt employee scheme .

                      I had taken Broad band connection against the land line No[protected] in the month of Oct 2009 . I had submityted all the relevant papers required for availing the concessation of 20 % for CENTRAL GOVT EMPLOYEE schme . But till date I am receiving the bill for Rs 750 without rebate of 20 % . I had apporoached the office at BSNL Ankleshwar . They asked me to approach BSNL Comericial BHARUCH . I met Mr VASAVA . He asked me to deposit the certificate once again . I went on 09 Feb 10 to his office . he was on leave . Mr Yakub said that you have to go to BSNL Ankleshwar for this complaint , as it has given the connection to you . I againt went to BSNL Ankleshwar . There I was asked to meet Mr Patel ( he was on leave ) Then I was asked to meet Mr Prasad , but he would be available only after 2 30 PM . I requested the lady at the office to atlest receive my complaint . I got frustrated and applied for cancellation of BROAD BAND connection . Now I want to know that is there any cell only made to attend the complaint , instead of asking to move from one table to other .
                      I took broadband connection 299C Phone 2277850 Pataliputra Exchange patna in December 2009 but due to fault in the connection the broadband did not worked and I made several complaints which may be verified from the record with your call centre. The broadband connection was corrected on 20 january and I started using the broadband after this period only.Further I am not using the telephone for call purpose but the bill for December2009 and January 2010 both has charged for metered calls which is not correct. You are requested to look into it allow rebate on broadband connection monthly charges and also refund of metered calls.

                      I am a holder of bsnl broadband service for last one year but last month a huge excess billing is not allowing to use it anymore. We have been allocated 1.5 GB free browsing excluding night but in the month of February we used 1.4GB. However, they did a blunder and add 538MB which was used on 28th feb from 8pm to 11pm in march month billing.In spite of 1.4GB it is showing 7MB in Feb and 1.5GB in march but showing 2GB respectively.                       My phone number is[protected] and self not even made a single call thru phone for the past two months ie september 2010 and october 2010 and we are using net thru this with separate modem and we are in 750 Home plan unlimited.

                      but for these two months we have received a bill of amount rs.1950 and how can we pay for the same.
                      already given a complaint and no response on this.
                      My bill was exceeded due to the mistake of those BSNL officials. This is not fare to send me such a bill when i did not do anything that crosses my limit infact they did the wrong thing by counting my free usage into the regular usage . . .
                      I am one of BSNL broadband customers, their service is not good infact its worst they doesn't even care for their customer complaints. I am using a limited plan & didn't exceed my usage at all but BSNL usage portal shows that all my downloads at the time of free usage have counted in normal usage & when i say this to the officers they asked me to come after the bill came to me then when i go to them after receiving the bill they say that its correct, i mean the proof is infront of them usage details show that free usage is included in normal usage but they don't agree & when i try to again no one is present at any office in my city everyone says wait for a while but no one comes to the office. My actual bill is 529 but they sent me around 1465 that's almost triple of the original. No one seems to understand any technical details here in BSNL, my free hours are from 2 am to 8 am & i am also posting the pictures of how they exceeded my bill without any fault from me even though i started downloading after 2 they sent me bill for that. Hope this complaint will do me justice. These BSNL people are just disgusting, they pose bills on their customers at their will . . .

More over I do not receive the monthly bills at my home address.

                      BSNL — Billing me with incorrect charges continuously for three months

                      I'm a BSNL landline user. I have the broadband connection as well.
                      Since the change in the billing system, I've received three bills and all have had wrong charges in the due amount.
                      I've been charged with the security deposit thrice when the security amount should have been charged only one time as this is a refundable amount.
                      I submitted a written complaint which was misplaced by the billing office. Even after going and complaining personally in the main billing office the problem still continuous.
                      I'm also a govt servant so it's very difficult for me to take out time to go to the billibg every time.
                      This is very negligent on the company's part, i'm not the only customer suffering from this problem. This is a very big trouble for many more and cant be accepted any more. Either this should be amended or we should be provided with a satisfactory explanation as in why a billing mistake is being carried out continuously for three months.

                      I HAD MEET PERSONALLY SEVERAL TIMES TO AUTHORITIES BUT NO ONE GAVE ME THE RESPONSE.

                      SO PLEASE LOOK TOWARDS IT
                      Sir,
                      I refer to the WLL BSNL connection Number-[protected] account No:[protected], in my house, received in the month of December 2010. Please note that
                      1) When I applied for connection, I opted for annual scheme, wherein I don’t have to pay monthly rents.
                      2) A security deposit of Re 500/- was paid along with the application.
                      3) Also, a credit Re 2000/- added to my account in the month of January 2011.
                      When I received my first Bill in February 2011, a onetime payment of Re 800/- plus monthly rent was charged, along with the usage charges.
                      When I received my second Bill, monthly rent was charged, along with the usage charges.

                      Since I opted for annual scheme, it is understood that I don’t have to pay any other charges in the monthly bills, apart from the usage charges.
                      Please update me, if I am wrong.

                      but from last few months i am getting extra billing charges. Also the bill for FEB 2011 was more than 400.

                      in june 2011 i get the cionnection of airtel wifi and fixedline. for this the employee of airtel broadband branch mr. rohit told me the plan of rs. 550 o[censored]nlimited data base and 200 rs. of fixedline. but after the connection the bill was not of that amount . i complained him lot of times and even to customer care of airtel but my problem is not solved till the date . i am getting high no. of calls from the airtel office the complaint of bill which i cannot bear.the employee is not solving the problem . so i dont require the connection of any fraud company as it had cheated me earlier also and now even too. so plz cut off my connection so that i may not require to deal with such a company.moreover at panipat branch there is no one to hear the complaint of any customer....

                      My mobile no. Is [protected]..I have approached all possible people in mangalore and called people in bangalore.(bsnl customer care) They went on giving nos. But none was able to solve the problem. I have been receiving an amt of 1000 to 2000 rs exces inlast 3 mths billing under category sms premium content charges but none of them are able to deactivate it. I am totally puzelled whom to approach. Percept 151000 types of charges are levied in detailed billing. I hope some one from bsnl is going to help me after reading this. 3 letters already given to deactivate all my services.but everything in vain.
                      I have a BSNL land line connection with number[protected] falling under Sainikpuri Exchange, Trimulgiri Area Office, Hyderabad Telecom Dist. I have received the monthly bill no.[protected] dt.[protected] for the billing period[protected] to[protected]. Ongoing thro the bill I find that there is are new items added and billed as One Time Charges of Rs. 278.14 + applicable service tax. The itemized description is reading as "Hungama Music on Demand" & "Hungama Movies on Demand" on[protected] billed at Rs. 139.07 per item totally amounting to Rs. 278.14 + Service Tax @ 12.36% = Rs. 312.51.


                      But to my utter shock and surprise, I have not asked or demanded the service "Hungama Music on Demand" and "Hungama Movies on Demand” from BSNL but BSNL billed and debited the charges to my account. I strongly protest this action of BSNL in billing and charging for a service that is not requested or demanded by me and insist that the charges thus billed may be reversed and credited to my account.
                      On my complaint to BSNL they got back to me with a reply that they have contacted my son Akshaya Kumar who authorised the transaction. My son denies having made any such transaction. My son Akshaya Kumar never asked for, never requisitioned any service from Hungama.Com and is not aware of any such service provider or the type of service provided by them. And we never used the service atleast once which proves that we were not even aware of the service or facility existing.


                      My son Akshaya Kumar says that while he was at home (he is a student) he used to receive certain incoming calls from BSNL from time to time enquiring about the functioning of the telephone or the broadband service. And he also states that the personnel who called sometimes also asked for his name and also telephone no. as a practice of verification. I have also received such calls from time to time and replied to such callers as also my wife and my other son, also a student.


                      I am S. Anoop Kumar, the head of the house, the owner of the house and also the owner of the landline telephone provided by BSNL with the number[protected] since it's very inception and that is for over 20 years now and all the transactions are dealt by me personally and all the bills are paid by me. All the decisions as to bill plans or any changes thereon are taken by me and authorised by me, most times in writing. I have not authorised any such transaction neither I was aware of the transaction till such time I have received the bill with the charges debited to my account.


                      I feel BSNL is resorting to cheating of it’s customers by billing for products which they have not asked for in order to improve their billing. I strongly protest the actions of BSNL and demand that the excess charges of Rs. 312.51 thus billed be reversed immediately and credited to my account.
                      BSNL has recently revised charges for various broadband combo plans. I am from Bangalore. My land line number is 28601502. Account number: [protected]. Bill for Janusry no.[protected]. The bill for plan Combo 599, has not taken in to account free calls of 200. Thus the bill amount is excess. I wish BSNL corrects this.
                      I have a BSNL broadband connection[protected] with plan 650FN (night unlimited).
                      On 8th July i received my BSNL bill in which it was mentioned that from 1st of July download during night would be charged, but till that date i have downloaded 12 GB of data. Now as the information was given to me after 8 days this download should not be counted for bill as the delay for informing me about change of plan details is on BSNL part.


                      Now i got bill for July and BSNL have charged 1000 rupees extra for the download which I have don under my night unlimited plan.


                      As a customer i should be pre-informed for any major change of plan so i can schedule my usage, now i have changed my plan to 1445(unlimited usage)


                      I request you to get the bill corrected as per above description and exempt my night usage from 1st to 8th July.


                      I have lodged written request to BSNL patiala head office on 11th July as well as ONLINE CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE portal (PJB/CO/2014/11491) on 31st July, but have not got any revert

                        BSNL is the providing worst of the worst services. Telephone line remains mostly noisy. Broadband speed is not at up to what is being promised. BSNL officials say it is 250 kbps & divide it by 8 will be the speed a consumer will get. What is it.
                        BSNL office at Muzaffarnagar New Mandi is responsible to resolve Internet related problems & Shiv Chawk office is responsible to resolve Telephone connection related problems but all the employees working over there are not aware of their duty & services. Each & every time when we go to them or call him they always used to say 'this is not our duty & point to another person or provide another telephone no' and so on the chain is going on...We are just regret having this BSNL broadband connection. Every next day we get the problem, line also remains so noisy, telephone bills are not delivered timely even when we go to office to get the bill officials told us 'bills are not yet created they are generated from delhi'. Even all your BSNL websites are also designed in vain. We can't see our telephone bills or internet bills or usage neither for last day nor even for the last month. Why BSNL is running is just a mystery? Nobody is here to resolve these day-to-day problems. Even BSNL employees always deny to providing the copy of the current running BSNL Broadband plans. So how would we suppose to know about the plans even if they also don't know any better about the broadband plans...I am just regretting why I have purchased BSNL Broadband.....If anyone in BSNL higher authorities can look into the matter please help me out. My connection is very old and I am using BSNL telephone and broadband connection also for a long.
                        Plz look into the matter as early as possible.

                                My main balance from My Mobile Number-[protected] is deducting every week by renuing unwanted love trips
                                to girls.I repeatly requested the Custoremer care No-1503 waiting online for 20 to 25 minutes.I requested to keep my number under DND and sent SMS to 1909. But the message status is showing as pending.I finally deceided to shift to some other services i.e airtel or vodafone so that we can lodge complient by EMail.

                                  My name is Papan Das, and I am from Champashree Anchal, Siliguri... My Land Line Number is[protected]. After, continues complaining, and numerous amount of messages left for the server, its still hard for me to recognize what the other person is talk over my Landline Phone, Moreover, my Broadband Connection is never stable, specially during Day Time. Its like, for last two month, it became a daily rotten for use now.

                                  Kindly, someone assist me, where to go, and what can I do to get the service man. So that, I can talk/hear through my landline clearly, as well as using a Healthy Broadband Connection.

                                    this is to bring to your notice that my BSNL landline[protected] is not functioning properly for the past 6 to 8 months. I have lodged a complain many a times but did not get any response. Usually there is no dial tone for a few months n then if there is it doesn't keep functioning for more than a fortnight n that also with a lot of disturbance.
                                    I have been using this landline for more than 20 years n so do not want to get it disconnected. Kindly look into the matter as i have been paying the bills regularly.

                                        BSNL Cellular service is becoming worst day by day. If you call a number the number is conected, however, the call drops after 15 to 20 seconds and you are charged accoring to tariff. Similarly many times if you call a party you can hear parties voice but the party does not hear your voice. In that case you have to hang up, however, you are charged according to tariff.Some times it is vice versa. Especially in the evening time if you call any mobile or land line number from your mobile, the phone is not connected, even after nos.of efforts, You will get a message "Network Busy" on your monitor screen. If you call BSNL Help Line on 1503 for regisration of your complaint, you have to hear the IVRS tape for more than 30 to 40 minutes, no body attends to you and the call drops there after without any result. Most Funny thing is after hearing the IVRS tape for 5 minutes the tape says "if you want to use our call back service, please cut your call, our customer care Executive will call you after some time". If you cut the call made to 1503 by believing the announcement the Customer Care Executive of BSNL never calls you back.If you wants to register your complaint you have to call 1503 and wait for 30 minutes to 45 minutes by ignoring the IVRS announcement about Call Back Service, till the Help Desk person attends to you.

                                        sir mera no. [protected] hai aur ye 01 aug se bsnl ka koi v 94 series ka no. Dail karne par only ek hi reply aa raha hai please chek the no. You have daild akhir ye kab tak chalega aur other no se wahi no. Dail karne par call canect ho rahi hai care centere v nahi mil raha why.
