Here we are having a problem of non receiving Bsnl Broadband internet services to our entire city for the past two days. until now there has been no solutions for this. For this problem we have to look for private internet services. And also we the people are suffering a lot of problems , will the Bsnl people take necessary steps ASAP to restore the problem

    I got a cell phone No.[protected] under Bandham plan. It offered 2000 SMSs free, 1000MB GPRS free and free calls to my landline-[protected]. Today morning when I made phone to my landline 0.03ps is deducted and when SMS to [protected] was sent between 6.30 to 7 p.m, 0.50ps was deducted, which is a clear violation of the offer under Bandham plan by BSNL. I demand an immediate enquiry into this complaint and let it not be repeated in future

    sir by misstec i suscrabed redio servic on 1-8-2011 on my mob.no.[protected] and rs 5 ruppes didcut in my a/c
    than i registared my complen on customar cair to stop it. but they dont stop it till to day and rs 25 are more diduct tody for same servic i told them agein but they dont gave setisfetion please attend my problem and stop my redio servis and bake my amount otherwise i will port my no. in other servic

      I have a Mobile Postpaid Connection of BSNL. I had submitted an application to Vodafone for porting out of BSNL on Feb 03, 2011. On Feb 05, 2011 I received an SMS from Vodafone stating that BSNL has rejected my port-out application because of outstanding amount in my account. I had made payment for my bill of Jan 2011 and had attached the payment receipt of the same in my application. My next bill date is Feb 10, 2011. So, I do not have any billed outstanding. If and amount has not been billed to me, it cannot be treated as outstanding. Now to get clarification on this I have to be go all the way to BSNL office because BSNL customer care on the phone is worthless. In six years of the my association with BSNL, the first time that I got a call from BSNL Customer care was after I had put in my request for porting out. I found the entire experience very amusing. The customer care officer called me on my number and asked my name! Basic rule of customer service to your own customers - at least have his name and contact details before you call your customer up. The officer asked me why I was porting out. I simply told that to do anything - change bill plan or to get any information on my postpaid connection I have to go to the BSNL office everytime. This is ridiculous because for all other operators the needful is done simply over phone. Best part is that the BSNL call center does not even have the contact number of the local BSNL office! The officer said thank you sir and hung up. Wow.....amazing customer retention. Not sure what was the purpose of the call from BSNL. Was it a retention call or an exit interview? Why is BSNL wasting money on such meaningless activity?

      Any way coming back to my complaint - If I do not have any billed outstanding on what basis if BSNL rejecting my port out request? For any unbilled outstanding, the rule states that if I do not pay the same once it is billed to me, I am liable for suspension or disconnection. What is the meaning of this harrassment? I feel really sad at the fact that an organization that has the capability of being one of the top most Telecom companies in the world is simply a waste.

      Is there anyway by which this complaint could be sent to the relavant regulatory authorities?

      BSNL — Rejection of Porting OUT

      I am having BSNL Postpaid connection[protected]. I wanna port out from BSNL to Tata Docommo. From last 3 months i tried much,but BSNL is rejecting the request again and again. Last time Tata applied on my request for MNP on 20th July. But BSNL rejected the request with remarks "Bill overdue" .Whereas there was no pending bill on BSNL side.
      BSNL is creating lots of problems for me.

        After I sent on 24/01/2011 ( Monday at 1145 IST AM from my CellOne Prepaid Number [protected] to 1900 & within few seconds I got in my mobile from 1901 Unique Porting Code so immediately I approached Airtel Relationship Centre at West Veli Street Madurai and showed this & after checking they gave me an application form and I duly filled that and handed along with my colour photo & Ration Card ( Family ) for Address Proof and my ID and signed relevent pages and after paying Airtel gave me a sim for which they asked to pay Rs 30/= on the spot ( No receipt ) and gave a New Sim and asked me to wait till 7 working Days to change into Airtel from CellOne
        But so far CellOne NOT stopped it's service & allow me to migrate to Airtel so when I enquired at Airtel Office they asked me to wait Already 7 working days elapsed from 24/01/2011 Now almost 10 DAYS
        I dont know why a Govt.Unit behave like this without allowing one to migrate> It is very shame for BSNL

        Reason for my shifting to Airtel > I paid Rs 1046/= 0n 10/01/2006 my Calling rates are Rs 1.60 per mins to BSNL Nos & others Rs 2/= No proper Booster for this number Old Anant Live time Number
        I lost so many Rupees due to BAD treat for this Old Anant Number Once they offered me 1p/sec
        but from November 2010 all gone & so many Booster Changes No adjustment to this number

        I, Prabhakar now using CellOne prepaid Number [protected] approached your Airtel Relation Ship Centre at West Veli Street, Madurai 625 001 after getting Unique Port ID from 1901 in my above mobile number, on 24/01/2011 Monday at Airtel Office they gave me An Application Form to Sign ( I gave my Colour Photo & for ID & address proof my Family Card on completion, they asked me to pay Rs 30/= for new Airtel MNP prepaid Pack, they gave me
        And asked me to wait till 7 Days and at that time BSNL CellOne stop & once stopped
        I've to insert this Airtel Sim and migrate to your esteem service
        But almost 10 Days Passed I am unable to change to Airtel, Please help me

        This is Siva who is also using ' Old Anant Live Time card"
        As said by Prabhakar I too suffer in the Hands of CellOne
        No proper Booster to this Live Time Old Anant Prepaid Plan
        so I never take Out going Rs 2/= & BSNL Rs 1.60 per min <just hang on Incoming only > just Rs 50/= is o.k every 6 months to
        keep active this plan so I just top up for Rs 50/= & keep alive & active
        Now a days Live time of CellOne every 6 months one have to top up to Rs 200/= to
        keep that alive without death !!!
        To wipe out this, , that is just Top Up for Rs 50/= BSNL Staffs Play game after all a Govt. Unit as said Prabhakar above
        No proper Booster > CellOne treat very bad this Customers But I too tried to shift
        CellOne end NOT allow me just Rs 61/= available just for 30 Days with 0.30p/mins to all BSNL & to Others No 0.1p / sec facilities as given earlier before Oct 2010
        So soon I through away this number and inform all to whom I gave this number
        to call me to my new number may I shift to Aircel, Airtel, Relianace

          Sir,
          I have purchase BSNL sim card (no:[protected]. To activate the sim I have made 55 rs refill as well.
          I am able to receive the incoming call but don`t got any message from BSNL. Again i have refill 50 rs but it doesnt show the balance after that and it show message "your sim is inactive".

            I have a 750UL Plan for Data one connection in Ambernath (Thane Dist.) which am using from 2 years on my number[protected].

            And from past 2 years I have been facing the same problem with my connection i.e. I never get a constant connection, the link keeps on getting disconnected. Even when complaint is done for the same there is no proper response is given in time. Then eventually after 4/5 days ever thing goes back to normal. This especially happens when there is a long/extended weak end, and no one is there is office i.e. no net connection for entire week end.

            On 2nd February 2011 I have again made a complaint for the problem which am facing from 29th January 2011. I requests the concerned authority to look into the same.

              Respected Sir,

              I have bsnl mobile number [protected]

              It is normal prepaid card but in your system it shows as a life time card. I have called 2-3 times to bsnl care, they replying that your card is life time.

              I have done recharge in may month of Rs. 19 for Life time from normal card

              Than between 15-20 august 2010, I have called in bsnl care & request for normal card, I received SMS after 2 days that your card is normal

              Than I recharged with Rs. 110/- & got validity[protected].


              Recently I have added two land line number for FF(Friend & Famiuly) Scheme. in which I found that 0.30 paisa deducted instead of 0.20 paisa. Hence I called to BSNL care, they give me answer that your card is life time card.

              How is it possible ?

              Once recharge of Rs. 110/- & got validity of one year than my card is life time ??

              Today 04th feb 2011, In any life time card, maximum validity given is six months from last recharge. Suppose I recharged today than also my validity will be 04-august 2011.

              At the same time, My sim card expiry date is[protected] & it is due to normal card & recharge of Rs.110/- on your august month scheme. (GET 1 year validity & full talk time on Recharge of Rs. 110/)

              So I request you to update your system & give right status of NORMAL CARD with expiry date[protected].

                My Land Line number is[protected] & my Exchange is Jagatpur(JPR), Main Rajatalab Varanasi, it was dead sinse 13/03/2008, I was make a complain in my exchange on 20/03/2008, but i not get any responce for your side. Your Line man say that u make a complain in head office (Shivapurawa, varanasi) than I meet Customer care offer on 25/26-03/2008 Mr. Mishra jee . He was taked to Rajatalab Office and said me your problrm tomorro will be soled but next two day I am waiting but no responce, than I meet to Relasion Manager On 27/03/2008 he given your problem will be soled within two or three or day . but I am facing same problem till date, My old Fathher and Mother Live alon iat home we are working at Delhi, I[censored] are not abile to solved my problem than plz desconnect my phone or soled in periodic lavel .

Also the customer care executive did not give me any good response / reply and they cut the phone. Now I want some specifiy answer that when it will be running?? Please give me answer..                 Hi,

                My uncle's landline fone[protected] is not working for the past few months. He is living in Trivandrum, Kerala. He lodged a complaint several times at bsnl office. No body turned down to look at why his landline is not working. He was even told by a bsnl employee to apply for some private telecom providers, because it will not going to resolve in the near future. We are very frustrated.

                Please do the needful to get the landline repaired.

                we are a 25 years old 100 bedded Hospital at Joka/Thakurpukur, South 24 Pgs. having 18 phone connections. All these connections are out of order from 29th, August 2011 at 9.40 pm.                     I have BSNL broad band connection at my home . My Id is [protected]@dataone.in. My land line number is 23605629. My complaint is Hotmail.com & microsoft.com web pages not opening. Other websites are opening . I have compainrd to the call centre two days back. After trying ceratain set up tests . I was told that the the back end people will call me over my handphone. Nothing has happened even after three days. Getting through to customer service is impossible; I end up getting only their commercial record messages endlessly either in the early morning or day time or night time .                       Recently I have taken connection for BSNL broadband (28th Jan 2011). First two days the network was good and from third day I have issues in internet line. I raised complain in 1500 & 1504 on 26th Jan 2011 and they provide me a docket#. After that till date I am following up with them, but no one has responded back about this issue.
                      Even today I spoke to one of lady in the customer care about this issue (1500). For which she responded me that if you are not satisfied with the service please provide a letter to cancellation of connection in Mandaveli office.
                      One Sad thing is I raised complaint for resolution, but they are providing the resolution to move me to some other network.
                      I haven’t experienced such kind of worst service from any other servicing companies in my life time.

                        Kindly deactivate mobile radio for which unnecessary amount of Rs. 25/- is being deducted every month
                        I see BSNL is become a pro in trying to avoid calls to deactivate service and in the bargain loot the customer. I sure hope they sort this problem out for good and not with loop holes again. Many people have complaints like this, is there a way to sort this out.
                        Nothing works, you dail the numbers to de-activate you loose more money. BSNL is making us fools. 12630033 doesn't have any option to unsubscrbe only you can subsribe there. The number which they give along with renewal 1255533 plays only music and 1255530 which is again they claim to be an number for de-activation plays music.

                        Nice tactics BSNL to milk hard earned money from people without giving an option to unsubsribe. Shame on you.

                              I am using BSNL KrushiCard. My all family member having this card. Some request I wish that you must apply after thinking.
                              1) FREE Call 100(BSNL) + 400(Other) Please consider total 500 free calls.
                              2) FREE SMS - Some people not using SMS but some are using more than free. If you can attach this limit with above 500. i.e. 400 SMS =400 Call Free
                              3) We have some old BSNL mobile prepaid connections with balance. Please allow we to transfer this prepaid connections in to Krushi & our balance remains as advance bill or Deposit.
                              4) Allow STD call function.
                              5) Apply full force of your staff, visit door to door. I will told you that any other mobile company can not fight with you. But you must provide best service to customer. I am well wisher of BSNL.
                              6) Many people not operating Internet on mobile. Give them some call FREE for BSNL landline only. It also useful for your landline also.
                              7) BSNL is old company, who give krushi plan which is very intelligent.
                              Due to this plan you get,
                              a) Fix customer.
                              b) People moves to BSNL from other mobile company due to krushi plan Free.
                              c) BSNL get fixed monthly rate.
                              d) You also saves your commisions on voucher. Please think on our suggestion & do it.

                                I got registered with the name called "FETAL IMAGING ACADEMY BANGALORE INDIA" and there were lots and lots of promises made by a person recruited by Dr. Ashok Khurana to get me joined in that course. I still doubt that all the promises must have been guided by Dr. AK to all his employees. I really appreciate Dr. Ashok Khurana if he collects the money from innocent students GENUINELY. But he must know what is the meaning for genuineness.


                                He must not aim only for MONEY instead he must provide a good value to the society and students, obviously to nation as well. He must know that all the videos related to obstetrics and gynics could be easily accessed in YouTube at FREE OF COST.

                                I wish to write a lot about "FETAL IMAGING ACADEMY BANGALORE INDIA" in my experience, but I don't think whether this would correct "FETAL IMAGING ACADEMY BANGALORE INDIA". But I'm sure many students would have been affected like me by Dr. Ashok Khurana.

                                THE BOTTOM LINE FOR MY MESSAGE IS HE MUST NOT CHEAT THEIR STUDENTS BY GIVING WRONG COMMITMENTS, BECAUSE THIS WOULD AFFECT HIS PROFESSION AND HIS EXPERTISE.

                                  My name is Kallok Kr. Dey. My BSNL 3G Service connection [i.e. 3G mobile no.] is [protected]. After I recharged Rs. 1102.00, I was sent a message that reads:
                                  'You have received prepaid credit of Rs.1102 from no.279652 on 28/01/2011 at 08:15:01 PM and your account valid till 24/08/2011 Ref No.[protected]

                                  But unfortunate thing is this still I am not having the service as promised. Many a times I phoned to the customer care of BSNL but no effective result. Last time they showed piety upon me telling the complaint number which is 6751813.
                                  Now what is left to me - just sit idle and I shall have to believe that an esteemed organisation like BSNL has adopted the custom of cheating their customers this way. And there is none to stop them!
                                  I Agreed, i recharged my prepaid 3g Sim with RS 606 but i am getting only 1.2 Mbps speed, i told this speed issue to the customer care by calling them on 1503. every time i call them i have to wait almost 30 to 45 minutes to attend their call and they just wants to disconnect the call as soon as possible. I problem is still not solved they are promising speed of 3.2 Mbps but giving me only 1.2 Mbps and also this speed is not constant, it fluctuates every time from 5 KB to 155 KB when i download any file, I want to say BSNL has a very complicated server and network. i don't know about other states but here is BSNL service is not good at all.

                                  BSNL — 3G DATA SERVICE

                                  One GB prepaid plan of Rs400/- of 3G data card sold to me by BSNL office, Gole Ka Mandir, Gwalior is giveing me data search of only 0.68GB every month, form the date I purchased it (13/04/2011) as per the recorded & displayed by the said data card no.([protected]).

                                    I am havingBSNL landline connection with number 24021543 with Broadband connection. I have taken the Broadband connection in the month of May.2006. At that time Modem was provided by BSNL and a deposit of Rs.500/- was also collected from me.

                                    Even after 4 1/2 years also, they are charging me rental charges for the Modem.

                                    I request the authorities to immediately stop the rental charges for the modem, since the total amount recovered so far will be more than the original cost of the Modem at that time. And naturally I will become the owner of that Modem.

                                    Anticipating an immediate action in the matter.

                                      Please give me details about my deduction of money from my mobile without any information.
                                      Due to very poor service I am unable to connect the customer care on time. Its taking more than 20 mins to connect once and the customer care operator are behaving rudely and disconnecting without solving the problem.
                                      I Ansuman Mohapatra having docket no. A200R96550 on 20th Jan 2011 and another docket no.B01OR150874 on 1st Feb 2011 but no result is there. Also another complain in 1st week of Dec 2010, but no response from the customer care.
                                      So please record all these and refund my money back.

                                      BSNL mobile service — stop caller tune

                                      BSNL — Poor response for complaints in BSNL Jharkhand

                                      I am constrained to express my unhappiness at the faulty working of my BSNL broadband connection. I am using Home 750 plus plan on my basic landline number 2543013 and rarely I am getting stable link and speed. In general, I am getting broadband speed of 18-20 kbps and the link is unstable.

                                      In this regard I repeatedly lodge complains to the office. I met several times to concern SDO (Bariatu exchange) also. I came to know that there is fault in my line and due to this I am facing unstable link and less speed. I requested the office to correct fault in the line but it is not solved till now.

                                        i was using Excel student power pack, suddenly my plan changed to ExcelPower KTK .
                                        i am fed up with this new power pack i want to get changed to my previous plan please do help me
